My experience here was great! Check in was quick and I was seen within the hour. The waiting room and rest of the facility I went to were very clean. The staff was polite and professional. I saw Jack and Dr. Vazquez and they were both very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely come back here if my PCP isn’t available to see me.

I went to Hartsdale City MD for a Rapid Covid Test. I was told I would have to wait at 1.5 hrs as it was very busy. I was able to leave my cellphone # and go home until they text me. This was very convenient for me. I found the staff to be polite and welcoming. This was so much better than the pharmacy as I looked on and couldnt get scheduled for testing. I was also seen by a real doctor to evaluate me. I would use this facility again.

Clean. Well organized scheduling. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Pleasant front desk. Nurses and doctors were nice to interact with. Checkin using tablet and scanner was easy. Nice waiting area with big windows and lots of natural light.

Place is clean staff is nice but took 1.5 hours for a rapid test when it was pretty empty. Only three people inside when I arrived. Ridiculous!

Free Covid-19 testing with no appointment required! There’s a long wait for it though. I waited over 2 hours. You don’t have to wait there, you put your name and your phone number and they will send you a message 30 minutes before your appointment, you can also get updates of how many people are in front of you. After that, is super quick. They will send you an email or print you the result upon request.

The team at the Hartsdale location did an amazing job and were super friendly. Check in was smooth and easy and the instructions provided to me was very clear. Again, the friendly staff is what made me happiest the most. Great and positive experience.

Horrible experience. I waited 3.5 hours for a COVID test when I was told an hour. They brought in people that came after me, before me, and the woman at the desk was very unkind and unhelpful. I specifically said when I came in that if it would be much longer that I would come back the next day. Instead they no, it should only be about an hour. My daughter had a lot of homework. It was an awful experience and horrible of them to give misinformation. Be honest about the timeframe and let me decide if I want to wait that long. (I would give 0 stars if I could).

Went for a Covid test but had to wait for almost 3 hours. And the lady at the front desk doesn’t know what she’s doing, unhelpful and unkind. But the place is clean, nurses and doctor are very nice and helpful.

Use the self chek-In!!!After waiting on line outside for 30 minutes the City md employee at the door just gestures for me to walk inside. I make it to the front desk and the employees behind the desk tell me to go back to the self checking ipads where the 4 people who were behind me at the line are now in front of me. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes Im called to the back where a lovely nurse asks me what I need. Shortly after I see a doctor and Im done. in sum, the service in the back is more personable than the front.

Don’t waste your time! I got to this place at 10:45am they told me to give my info and they would call me back in an 1 and a half.2 hours later I got a message to come in they’re ready. What a joke. I get back there only to wait in the another hour.I had to ask the receptionist to ask the doctor to come see me, if I didn’t who knows how much time I could have waited.

Although I came here to receive care, as it was the closest option. Upon arrival, which was before 5:30pm I was told that although they close at 7pm they arent taking anymore patients. Very poor customer experience.

Excellent for Covid-19 Rapid testing, make sure you communicate with the staff and they will make your experience very comfortable where you dont have to wait outside, you can wait in the car, especially with the winter and freezing temperatures.

My first visit to City MD and was very impressed. Very helpful and friendly staff, and a physician who was very attentve to a routine matter. Good post-visit instructions and detailed written description of the treatment to take with you. Very professional and first-rate.

Went in 7/11 to get my daughter a COVID test. Overall, a good experience from check-in to exit. Would definitely use this facility again.

Citymd Hartsdale is the best. Vlad the manager helped us register. Amanda was friendly, efficient and took us in quickly! We were in and out in minutes They got it right on from the start !

Everything was perfect from the time I entered the facility to the time I exited. I would highly recommend this place.

Had to get a rapid test so I could get my vaccine after traveling out of the country. Dr Rodriguez was exceptional and went above and beyond what was required for a simple rapid test. I was frazzled when I got there and his kindness and genuine concern was the reset I needed. All doctors should take a lesson from him.

I have been to CityMD several times in the past year and every experience has been wonderful. The wait time is fair, and the doctors caring and professional. Its my go to place if I need immediate medical care.

This was a good experience ! Everyone is very patient and kind. Right down to the girl who lets you in ...I found her to be perfect for the job. Everything went smoothly and professionalism was a constant. Great to come to a place where you are treated kindly and are taken care of promptly.

I came in for a sprained ankle and the receptionists at the front had a really unwelcoming air about them. Barely able to stand on my freshly sprained ankle, I was told to register at an iPad that forced me to stand to fill out my information. The ladies who helped me after that were nice, but after I was checked out, one of the girls at reception took 15 mins to print out a note for work and a piece of a paper with 3-4. I wanted to see if what the hold up was, but all three of them really appeared as if they couldn’t be bothered. Definitely not coming here again

This place is for emergency care only, so please be aware of that. The line to get in goes very quickly and check in is easy. The people at the desk are fantastic. The nursing assistant staff is very cordial and very knowledgeable. There are plenty of waiting rooms and rooms for the doctor to see you. The MD on call is very thorough with you and get right to the bottom of it. If you are in this area, I highly recommended it.. There is plenty of parking and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The hygiene of this facility is top notch. This is a great asset to Hartsdale New York. I got a quick Covid test and some blood work done. The quick flu test is also available and this place takes most insurances. The most important things to me are professionalism and care and these folks have done a good job.

DO NOT BE SEEN BY YEIMER BRAN!This was not my first visit at this location but is the first I’ve ever had an encounter with this provider. I visited this CityMD because of discomfort and pain. During this encounter, YEIMER BRAN was discourteous, rude and arrogant to me about my general health as a young woman. As a health care provider, he did not display any ounce of bed side manner. He entered the examination room with zero empathy and professionalism. I felt ignored and humiliated by his curt and dismissive behavior. I thought health care providers are supposed to make you feel better.

I arrived at 12:10 in the afternoon on a Saturday and was turned away because they would not be accepting any more patients for the Day. What is one to do when you have a sick child? Had to drive into Yonkers. What’s the point of an Urgent Care Facility that advertises in large letters “Walk right in” when they send you away?

The wait time is ludicrous. Not only can’t you wait inside the building but you have to wait until you get a text saying that it’s OK to come in. At that time maybe 15 other people get the same text and you have to wait another two hours. Only to be seen by a Doctor Who tells you to go to the emergency room

Thank you to the front desk employees for your kindness. Thank you for getting me in for a test at the last minute due to the sudden passing of my mother in a nursing home. You made a terrible situation a little bit easier for me to handle. I went with my family to get tested for COVID 19 the day before Thanksgiving. Everyone there was so kind and patient. The nurse even remembered me from a previous visit! They made me feel safe and cared for.

They need to come up with a better system instead of letting people wait outside for 4 hrs to just check in.Take peoples phone numbers let them sit in their warm cars. Text or call them when ready to be seen. Once inside the care first class.

I was new and the set up for my paperwork/account was easy. I was brought in to the exam room relatively fast but there was a little wait time once i got there. There seemed to he only one doctor who was running around so i didnt mind waiting a bit. She was super nice and calmed my nerves. All the workers there were also pleasant to interact with.

They should have a better system in dealing with individual who are coming in for covid testing there’s no way to monitor or determine the length of time individuals would be waiting from a piece of paper so there making an educated guest on wait times. I arrived at 0830 hours and a hour later I had gone back inside after waiting in my car for an hour to check the status of the wait the girl had told me it’s about 45 minutes til an hour two hours later i had gone back inside again and they had told me the same thing again long story short 5 hours later I finally got my PCR test if it wasn’t because I was traveling I wouldn’t have waited that long. Also they won’t let you register until the doctor is ready to see you I’m assuming so there system cant track or show individual waiting as long as they are.

Summary: 4.75 hour wait to receive a 30 second test, when there were only 32 people ahead of me (~7 tests/hour).Explanation: Went for a covid test, which was required by my university prior to returning from winter break. I arrived at 06:00, I wasnt seen until 10:15 (there were 32 people ahead of me, excluding normal urgent care patients), at which time the test itself took no more than 30 seconds. After receiving my test, I needed to wait an extra 30 minutes for a doctor to come into my room only to be told that I will receive the results through email. My university is able to perform around 130 tests every hour (both my university and this CityMD location administer the same test, the anterior nasal swab test) and we have a temporary setup of tents in one of the basketball courts. They do not need to reserve an entire room to perform these tests, they could be easily performed in a temporary tent outside, so that far less equipment needs to be disinfected and far more people can be seen. I dont know if this is any better anywhere else, but this is unacceptable.Note: This is a review from my personal experience regarding this specific CityMD locations COVID-19 testing procedures. Ive posted this, because over the last year I have received over 70 COVID-19 tests through my university (tests are conducted biweekly during semesters), which makes me believe that Ive had enough experience to talk on this matter. The longest Ive ever had to wait, outside of this instance, was around 20 minutes; the time I needed to wait that long, was when only one tester was on site and there was a line of a little over 30 faculty and students.

Great place! So clean, easy registration, not packed, not much of a wait, quick appt, friendly staff, great doctor, great location and definitely taking the necessary precautions to ensure you are safe. Definitely recommend!

I understand with the pandemic and COVID testing that there are much longer than normal wait times. I was told it was a two hour wait when I walked in but it was well, well over a four hour wait. They are grossly understaffed. Sadly, I would not recommend at all. Terribly mismanaged. The star is for the very nice front desk staff.

This place is so unorganized Ive been here since 8am and the receptionist keeps saying 1hr. 2 hours later go back inside because they have everyone waiting in a car so its really no way to determine who is next. They have a list and says they will call when you are next but Im seeing people after me go in and minutes later leave. Everyone that I have been waiting for in the morning is no longer in the office. I speak to a receptionist and was told they are pausing Covid testing, until when I ask? They dont know but your next. Are you serious? I have been here since 8:30am and it is now 1:53pm. ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Typically a great experience at this location, but since covid, they have to work on their service skills. Im sure its not ideal to deal with nearly every patient wanting a covid test but the front desk made me feel like they were annoyed at me for even asking about it.

I went yesterday morning around 9am for COVID Test they toll me we r not doing covid test now They said call us after 2 hr.I call them after 2 hr they toll me call us after 3hr.I was waiting there almost 4hours nothing happened.My suggestion they should start doing appointment for COVID test. Then i went to CVS for covid test.CVS is fast and efficient.Not going there any more.

I went for pain in my eye. The doctor said while she did not see anything she would treat me for a corneal abrasion. So the pain continued to get worse and my eye was starting to swell shut and I ended up going to the ER, where they did find a cut on my cornea, which was missed, but more importantly, there was a foreign body on the inside of my upper eyelid that was contuing to scratch the cornea. She never thought to look there.

Don’t full yourself to go here to do Covid test it’s been more then two weeks for Covid results and still haven’t got anything , sitting home can’t go nowhere, can’t even work until I get my results I have baby at home and this place is BS you for Covid test, it’s all scam they don’t have answer for you if you call once they say we don’t have it then you ask to speak to someone else they will put u on hold for very long time and not even answer it . Stay Away from scammers like this place..
