I enjoyed my first visit to Grand Avenue Dental Care today. All the staff were very friendly. The dental hygienist explained the care I’d receive. The dentist was thorough. She explained what she was doing and looking for during the exam, took time to share information on my current dental health, review X-rays, and answer questions. I was highly impressed and look forward to my next visit!

Grand Ave Dental has always been a great experience when going there. Most recently getting a filling, they kept asking if Im comfortable. Its nice having the consideration when getting some work done. Not only did we get it done way sooner than the allotted amount of time but the assistant asked if I would like a snack or a drink. Everyone that works there is always in an upbeat mood and its nice and refreshing.

I have been going here for a year. This is an excellent dental clinic. The staff are very professional and kind. They also dont keep you waiting, when you have an appointment. Dr. Habib Ali Rahemtulla was excellent when I was having an issue with my teeth. He took time for X-rays to ensure what the issue was and explained the options to correct it. He allowed me to ask many questions without feeling rushed.I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Nothing but positive experiences. I have seen many of the dentists here and they all have been great. The assistants are very friendly and personable.For those who have apprehension because of pain. Rest assure you will not feel pain during the procedures.I wish I would have started here when I was younger. I visited today with my three young children. (Five, four & two) They did phenomenal with my kids, were informative, and quick to see us all too! We travel from Menomonee Falls to see them, and won’t be leaving anytime soon!!

Had a crown come off on tuesday night 5-25 called Wednesday 5-26 late morning and they were able to get me in at 5 for checkup and cleaning and to look at tooth. Had me come back in Thursday morning 5-27 and all that had to be done was to re cement it. In and out in 30 minutes. Awesome job

Moved to Wisconsin a year and a half ago so of course needed to find a new dentist and boy did I hit the jackpot! Not only are the the hygienist very personable but so are the dentist and then to top it off they have massage chairs, water and cookies! Way to go Grand Avenue!

Fear mongering, pushed procedures, testing, and specialists we didnt need according to the specialists we saw! Also didnt check insurance when asked before procedures were done and cost us money because of it.

Everyone is great. Wonderful dentists! But billing really sucks. They will give you an estimate but then they want you to pay $100s more. They do not charge your insurance correct. A reason Im not sure if Im going to go back. I love my dentist, but they are $100s more then what they told me (months later) might make me run

This is the BEST dental office. Everyone who works at this office is wonderful. Ive never had to wait long, never been felt rushed, everyone is calm, polite, helpful. Everything works seamlessly. PLUS, the goody bags! They contain toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, which they will adjust to your needs. Example: If you are having an issue like sensitivity, theyll give you a sample the newest sensitivity toothpaste OR if you are experiencing dry mouth, theyll give you a sample mouth rinse for that. AND: You get a beverage (bottle of water/other drink options) and fresh a baked cookie.

Thank you to my new favorite dental hygienist...Laura! She is amazingly thorough. Keeping in mind they have modern medical equipment here. When cleaning my teeth Laura implemented the ultrasonic method to remove the tartar, which I love! She took before and after pictures of my teeth to show me how clean they actually became. When you have stubborn plaque that needs to be removed you really need a girl like Laura in your life! Moved here from Chicago and was traveling from WI to IL to get my teeth cleaned, until my neighbors shared the secret of Grand Avenue Dental a treasure hidden away in Hartford. A city centrally locatedbetween Milwaukee and Madison. Filled with GREAT staff that display excellent professionalism and knowledge. This place was absolutely amazing! I needed work done prior to a total hip replacement and was scared out of my mind. Everyone from Erin, to my dentist, the oral surgeon to the staff at the counter were over and beyond great. They gave me stuff to put me at ease and made me feel like I actually mattered and not just a paying customer. Thank you for EVERYTHING. My surgery was a success and the process began with you guys. I went in to have a crown. I had no idea what it would entail. They drilled the tooth which I didnt expect. I almost walked out when they put a swab of anesthetic on it knowing then that the needle was soon to follow. They could have explained this to me at my previous appointment. I was very upset. Also I was never told that the procedure would take 3 hours. I missed a later appointment because of that. They probably did a good job but there was a total lack of communication. Also the x-rays werent covered by my insurance so I had an additional $96 to pay. Dont think Ill be going back.

Dr. Holloway and Jamie were amazing. They guided me step by step as to what they were going to do and were very aware to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend them to any one who dreads the thought of the dentist and anyone else.

I went in as a first time patient and they took me on a tour of the location before sitting me down and finding my tooth issues. The first several times there are actually pretty nice. After awhile, I have tooth issues so I to back in to find out I have to get a filling and a crown done. We talked and I asked how much. They had to check to get back with me. I get a call a couple of days later and they said after insurance it was only $350. I was sold, so I went in and got the work done and paid my $350 same day.About 6 months later however, I get a letter in the mail that I now owe an additional $850 and some dollars for other services. When I called and said that the number that was given to me was $350 and I had already paid it, they told me that was the old number and I still need to pay the new amount. Unwilling to back down, we now have to pay just over $1200 for a filling and crown...AFTER insurance.Dont let them fool you; they may seem very nice and have a really nice setup there, but they will try to stiff you an extra several hundred to pay for those free cookies and toothbrushes.Long story short: Keep receipts and get EVERYTHING in writing from this place if you plan on stopping here. I know I nor any of my customers or coworkers at my job will be.

Great friendly staff and service! Everyone did a good job explaining the appointment process and welcoming us to the practice since this was our first visit. I was impressed (and a little surprised) at the thorough exam/consultation, massaging exam chairs and the welcoming environment of the waiting room - which comes complete with complementary water, tea, coffee etc., and a cookie for after your exam!

Came here for the first time to get a referral to a surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. The appointment was fine but if they refer you to OMSA don’t do it. I had a bad experience with these doctors. If I had to do it again I would have asked them to give me a referral to a different surgeon.

Dr. Wilk and his team are the best dental office Ive ever visited. They provide the best care, are friendly, welcoming, and caring. I finally got my boyfriend to go to the dentist regularly because he finally found a practice he likes and feels comfortable with. We drive 5 hours and across three states to keep going to Grand Avenue Dental Care. Its truly the best care Ive ever had and Ive had 8 different dentists in my life. This is the place I plan to go to for the rest of it.

So, I had my first dentist appointment in almost 25 years today. (I know, gross right?) But I want to thank the folks at Grand Avenue Dental in Hartford for making the experience so comfortable. I dont get intimidated by much, but Im telling you, this made me really nervous. I felt like the entire staff knew how nervous I was because of the situation and understood how delicate the situation was. As soon as I got there, the staff was so accommodating I felt immediately comfortable. They took time to get my history and even my personal story. They offered me a water or coffee upon my arrival, and also gave me a welcome gift bag! When the appointment started, they were very understanding and explained everything they were doing and looking for. I was very impressed and am so glad Nick Wagner Racing recommended them! They turned an intimidating experience into a great one for me! I am so happy I finally worked up the courage to go. If you havent been to the dentist in awhile, (and I know Im not alone) please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Grand Avenue Dental in Hartford, WI. You will not regret it! I already made my second appointment and they fit me in for a cleaning next week!

As a 20+ year dental veteran....I know what I’m talking about when I saw this office is great! I was seen on time, given the option of iPad or paper registration, knowledgeable dental staff and thorough exam.I have found my family’s dental home!

I wouldnt have my dental care done anywhere else. The facility is state of the art and the staff is fantastic. My family has been going there for years and have always been treated with respect and compassion. Going to the dentist was never something I actually looked forward to, but I can honestly say, I dont dread it anymore.

All I can say is wow this is the coolest dentist office I have ever been to. 1st you walk in and there is a very friendly gal that greets you. As a first time customer there is a welcome gift, they also have water COOKIES, and a growing machine for your use. I have been going to Grand Ave Dental for awhile. They are all so nice, caring, anf professional. I only saw Holly, the hygenist. She is so nice and provides good advice on what I need to do and continue to do. Dr. Clancy came in to say hi and just to see how everything was going. I used to need the nitric for my appointments because of my anxiety. I do not need it anymore because they take such good care of me.Not sure why this did not post when I saw Holly. Had another appt today and no complaints! Becky and Dr. Clancy were amazing and made my process of getting rid of an old filling and getting a new one done without any issues. Thank you both!

Great cleaning and check up with Dr. Wilk and Becky. Just wish they would take off the no concealed carry sticker on their front door. It has been Wisconsin law since November of 2011 and over 300,000 people in this state are licensed to carry. Dont discriminate against responsible concealed carry citizens.
