This is the BEST DENTIST in Connecticut. I had the best experience. From my very first phone call to Stacy the receptionist, to the assistant who held my hand for every anesthesia dose, (forgot her name but I owe her lol) to Dr Park and down to my last visit. I felt so welcome. Dr Park is so gentle - Ive never had such experience. Normally Im afraid of the dentist. But I felt comfortable driving there and finding myself in the chair. I have the best smile today all thanks to JP Dental!!!!!

JP Dental is a fabulous dental practice conveniently located in Hartford. Dr. Chung and Dr. Park are very professional, but also friendly and kind. I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I visit the office. I also think their services are top notch. The dental cleanings are very thorough and never rushed. I’m very happy with all the services I’ve had there and can’t recommend JP Dental enough!

JP Dental is located in a private, quaint area close to St. Francis Hospital near the west end of Hartford not far from where I live. Upon visiting their office, I viewed their picture gallery on their website and discovered they took personal pride in cosmetic dentistry as well as routine services rendered. In addition, I learnt Dr. Chung, his wife Jill Parks, and staff were nurturing and trustworthy professionals. They knew I was afraid of them and had not visited a dentist in years. Now that I go to them regularly, I want everyone to know, theyve transformed my teeth and the way I care for them. But most of all, they have changed the way I characterize, Going to the dentist!

Dr. Parks and Dr. Chung at JP Dental are amazing. Ive had quite a few procedures done with them and they have been nothing but kind and professional. The welcome is warm from the time you walk into the door. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a new dental home.

Dr. Chung is a very patient doctor and will answer any questions you may have. Its not easy for international students to see a dentist in a foreign country, but I feel very comfortable with this clinic. I know about it from my friends and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Ive been going here for the past 9 years and Ive always been happy with the work. The last 2 years have been amazing though! They are honest and do not pressure you. I am usually sensitive but here I dont even feel a thing while he works.

One of the worst dental offices ive been too. The doctor himself wasnt bad, dr Chung, but they arent really reliable when it comes to what their patients need. If you need to get work done I advise going somewhere else! Anywhere is literally better then here and I am sure youd get better patient assistant calling a 1800 number then going here. Stacy was not helpful at all and doesnt understand the severity of this pandemic and the financial cost its taken on everyone. And she expects tou to just be willing to spend your money if your insurance doesnt cover it.

They have foster an atmosphere of caring and professionalism and I look forward to my appointments as much as one could look forward to a dental visit ☺.

I LOVE JP Dental! Dr. Chung and Dr. Park are AMAZING! They are Dentists who really care, take their time with you and make you feel like you’re the only patient they have (even when they’re busy). They try to accommodate to your needs to make you feel comfortable because, let’s face it, the dentist is the last place majority of us ever want to go see! They care about the little things that make you nervous and they take their time to make sure your experiences are a good ones each time you go see them! They are knowledgeable, masters at their skills, and to top all that off, they’re down to earth and friendly! If that wasn’t enough to convince you, let me tell you, they have the BEST STAFF EVER!!! Vanessa, Anna, and Marlene are just great! Always so cheerful, friendly, and make you feel like you’re visiting with old friends! Marlene is a wonderful Hygienist. She’s knowledgeable and gives you great advice for better mouth care with practical applications. You won’t go wrong if you choose JP Dental as your Dental providers. They really are as amazing as I’ve described!

I had 2 great visits with Dr Chung recently. I had called first thing in the morning as a new patient to have a crown recemented the first visit and a follow up visit for other dental work. He was able to see me the same day the first visit and within a reasonable time for the second visit. His office staff was very courteous and professional from the time I had arrived to when I left both visits. Dr Chung is extremely detailed oriented, was very focused on my dental needs, and was very gentle!I strongly recommend Dr Chung for your Dental Needs!

Office is very clean and sanitary also comfortable , and calm. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Parker are very professional and gentle. Today 10am I received xray and cleaning by Dr. Cheng. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. I was comfortable with the cleaning . Id recommend his practice (J.P Dental) to anyone..so dont be so fearful go get your teeth taken care of with peace of mind.

Im deathly afraid of dentists due to past awful experiences. Staff did not make me feel as if my fears were silly and did their best to keep me calm and to reassure me. Dr. Park is AMAZING. She is the most gentle and patient dentist I have ever been to. I have never in my life have said, Oh my gosh, thats it? That wasnt even bad at all! after any dental procedure, and yet thats exactly what I say every time I go. Plus, the practice works with you if your insurance doesnt cover a procedure. JP Dental is the best dentist Ive been to in my life. I recently had to get an implant done and from the beginning to date, Dr. Chung and Dr. Jill Park has been the most informative, patient, and smart doctors Ive ever met. The amount of high-tech equipments and techniques they practice is unbelievable and most dentist in the east coast will not be able to even come close to what they do. My implant was guided and their x-rays are stat-of-the-art. Most importantly, the two doctors are just so courteous and knowledgeable. Its really the mindset of these two doctors that wants the best high tech equipment for their patients. They strive to implement and pursue new technology and techniques. Ive been coming here for a few years now and couldnt be happier with my experiences and care. After some negative dental experiences elsewhere as a teenager I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist, and so I avoided going for several years (which made me more anxious of course). Once it got to a point that I HAD to go, I found JP dental through my insurance and then chose them based on other reviews. Everyone in the office was so understanding and patient about how anxious I was and did everything they could to make me more comfortable. Justyna has been my hygienist, and Ive seen both Dr. Chung and Dr. Park, they are all wonderful!

Great Place with a very friendly and accommodating staff. I needed to get a crown after a root canal and they were able to see me that week and get me all set up. They worked with my insurance to get it paid for and then waived the remaining balance for me! They also gave me a big discount for a few fillings because i had maxed my insurance out. I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff and am so grateful that I found a good dentist, I mean my teeth and mouth never felt better!!

They are awesome!!! I love the different flavors of the numbing jell. The ladys are wonderful and go above and beyond for your convenience. The hygienist is amazing and gave me a mini head and face massage! They are awesome Dr.Park is brilliant at finding solutions to difficult issues. I love it here! The lobby has light refreshments and massage chairs!

Dr. Paul Chung Is the absolute best!I had a pair of impacted wisdom teeth on the bottom set. I put it off for quite some time until I was running into severe waves of pain and discomfort. I was worried as any parent would have been, understanding the high level of difficulty in treating my 2 year old son who has never been to the dentist office. But the moment we entered the office, my worries were forgotten as my son received a balloon made out of Latex glove and toys. Dr. Chung allowed him to play with the dental equipments as if they were water guns. I really appreciate the fun and the positive dental experience provided by Dr. Chung, and the staff members. Saying that this experience will last a lifetime for my son, is an understatement.

The front desk staff greeted me warmly and refilled my prescription promptly.Audrey met me a few mins prior to my scheduled time and we exchanged pleasantries. She was caring and as gentle as possible with my plaque filled mouth.Dr Park assessed my mouth and concerns regarding 2 needed implants with skill and the highest level of professionalism.I have only positive comments for JP dental and am the only one I know that actually looks forward to going to the dentist.

Ive not been to a dentist in a very long time and was extremely nervous. Being a new patient, JP Dental was able to squeeze me an appointment the same day as my tooth unexpectedly chipped...It was so sharp, it was cutting into my tongue.. As Dr Chung patient , I would definitely recommended this office to anyone especially those who are terrified of needles as much as I am. I can tell you right now he is so gentle, that I didn’t even feel it. My front tooth was chipped and the way it was esthetically done you couldn’t even tell and I am extremely satisfied.
