I appreciate the services offered at TLC. They offer a wide range of mental health and chemical dependency services. I was in residential and now receive outpatient. People forget on these reviews that its ultimately up to the individual to accept the treatment. You get out what you put in. I have felt nothing but support for over 2 years now. Great place.

Used to work here great place to gain work ethic experience

This company is useless. Ive been a client for about 4 months now, after leaving the agency for a couple years, and have never seen a doctor and saw a therapist one time before she quit the agency. I remain unmedicated and have yet to have anything really positive come out of my experience. My case manager doesnt do anything except stare awkwardly. They just dont help like they used to. I would recommend finding a different mental health facility.

Couldnt help my gay friend out

Needed their help desperately for a 6- year old younger brother who is mentally challenged, they dont even bother to answer the phones or call back

Its very hard to get anyone to answer the phones in the office.
