Each time I have been here the appointments start late with no apparent reason as to why, not 5 or 10 minutes late, but 35-40! It would be helpful if they had public wifi access as well for parents/guardians in the waiting room.

Was told by multiple therapists and teachers amd phsyciatrists throughout the years that adhd is likely amd the phsycologist I saw here saidbtheres no way I have that because I have trauma and didnt evaluate me for it. Was rude. I Accepted that response and months later got questioned for it by a phsych id been seeing at a different place because I was showing symtoms and struggledwith it as a kid. I was diagnosed. Evaluation itself was short and she didnt answer any questions I had when I couldnt understand what the questions meant and told me to mark anything. She basically ran out of the room and thr appointment was very short. I was evaluated in March and didnt get a call until they called to tell me she was no longer there, 7 months later. Never got the result and wont be looking to get them from the new phsycologist because of how bad the experience was.

Several staff members were rude to my child and I during appointments. I had an evaluation done early June and still will not receive results until next week. So over 4 months wait. I called several times to check on the progress amd calls were only returned 3 of the 7 times I called in the 4 month span. I do not recommend this facility for your or your childs care.

Yes they accept my insurance, only to show up in person and be told no they dont. Called back a week later, yes, they accept my insurance. Called my insurance, yes, they accept my insurance. But they still refused to see me because, in person, they dont accept my insurance. What the actual F? Gaslight much? I didnt call or stop by to have my mind messed with worse!People who need a place like this, need straightforward, honest answers.Oh, and when the funding runs out, you can only get service if you attempt suicide or get arrested. THAT IS NOT HELPFUL!I dont recommend going to anyplace that outright lies and is absolutely, completely and totally crazier than I am.Oh, and be sure to wear sturdy shoes. Lots of used condoms and needles around the building. Also, bring change for the panhandlers or risk your life.

I gave 2 stars because the woman i seen seemed to care about what i had to say but.....i have called and called with leaving numerous messages and never got a call back and thats most annoying when they tell u to call back and check on things and get left in the dark by no call backs !
