In terms of psychiatry, this place is AWFUL. Dr. Linda-Nsombi was twenty-three minutes late to the appointment, and what was she doing? The staff was having a party in the back, eating. She did not take accountability for being late, nor did she ever explain why she was late. Forget about getting to know you, theyll just treat you based on what they THINK you are. They are extremely prejudiced. Do you want to be overwhelmed in all of your appointments? Go here! They love to crowd everything into one day. Theres a reason why they are constantly empty, and thats because they treat their patients like garbage.If you want to go to a quality mental health service, Foundations Counseling is right next door. For whatever reason you are seeking help, it is a valid one, but this place is not respectful of their clients time or mental energy, so please keep that in mind if you DO go here.This place does not treat you like a client. It treats you as a customer. Striving for a guest experience is wonderful, but those going to therapy or psychiatry should be seen and respected as a client, rather than a one-time customer that gives you money and leaves.

I am a client for mpw and they are great my Therapist has helped me with a lot of different resources that has helped me with a lot of different things I highly recommend Jordon she has helped me and friends out alot

Best doctors/staff around that actually cares about patients. Even if there’s an issue, they take care of it same day - as soon as they are notified. Couldn’t speak higher of the doctors and staff after more than 8 years with them. Most of the time people get on here to post a review is if they have a negative issue or complaint, mire people need to take the time to share positive experiences.

I have worked in the field of addiction for 29 years and MPW is by far the best agency I have ever worked for. The staff are very compassionate and client care is the top priority of the agency. I feel blessed every day that I get to work for such an amazing client centered facility. If you have unmet mental health or addiction recovery needs this is the place to be!

Linda is my doctor there and has helped me so much in my journey with sobriety! All the doctors and nurses are extremely nice and helpful! They will never give up on you no matter what. The detox program is awesome and they feed you very well! Thanks MPW for all you do i couldnt do this without you guys!

Was a nice place to work up to about a year ago but they are losing so many good employees and they don’t seem to care or want to find out the reason why.There seems to be three women running this office but Dr Moss needs to be more involved with his company.I myself worked there for almost three years and after finding out I have breast cancer and going thru two surgery’s I didn’t even receive a get well card from them so that shows that they do not care about the employees it is all about the money.

I overall love this staff, their mission, and everything they do for struggling addicts. Most treat you with respect and as a person. I had some conflict but I believe it was personality conflicts, and I was just not ready. I highly recommend Dr.Moss and all his programs.

I seen Dr. Linda Nsombi last week and she was amazing very professional and understanding.

I have been with this place since I first seeked treatment. I have been in PHP and IOP and I love it! I have learned a lot from Modern Psych and love the facilitators Ash and Leroy. Front desk staff is always nice and polite. Nurse Linda is an amazing nurse. She works hard and really does care about her patients. Very helpful and if there is anyone in need of help or anything she will do her best to help you and offer resources that does help.

One thing for sure is that staff genuinely care about the clients and will go out of their way to meet all client needs. Dr. Moss has even been known to make home visits, as his commitment to provide high quality care.

I have been going here two weeks now for the outpatient substance abuse program and so far it has been great. All of the staff is kind and they actually care about all of the clients well being and recovery. The guy who facilitates the detox group ash is excellent at what he does. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with drug addiction

My first visit here wasnt very pleasant but after speaking to Dr. Moss on the phone I was able to come back and get the help that I need.

I see Linda as my nurse practitioner and I’ve been coming to see her for 2.5 years. She’s always went above and beyond for me and always checked up on me and made sure to do anything to help.

I would definitely recommend this place. Things havent always been perfect, and you need to prove you want to be there early on (for substance abuse). That said, the staff are almost always extremely considerate of patients needs.

Dr. Moss & his associates, counselors, addiction/detox personnel, all the staff at MPW are amazing. Ive never felt shame or judged when I walk through the door. If you give yourself the gift of sobriety and dig deep down to heal your mind, body, and soul within (let your brain heal) I reccomend these specialist. Not only do they care but they will go above and beyond if you need them to and your doing your part. You will get realistic results and succeed. Every single person on the planet needs self care, and its its easy forget that. Coming here will help you gain control of your future.

I went through the GENESIS mens program and it completely changed my life. 25 years of addiction and suffering was washed away with the blood of JESUS CHRIST! If your tired of the daily struggles of addiction, you couldnt find a better place to turn your life around!

I am a patient of now and doctors and nurses care about people who trying to get and stay clean wont find better care of you want it

At first Dr. Moss was pretty nice. Then he started discharging patients who were smokers. After a few months he started showing his true colors and of course he’s in it solely for the money. Was discharged from the clinic due to missing one IOP. That was to see my first grandson being born. Office staff was pretty cool. Never answered phones or returned call. Wouldn’t recommend him. This was when he was only at his wc office.

Ive been here for almost a year and its been great. Ive gotten the care I need. However, my first NP Joanne, was not the greatest. Shes dismissive and tried to put me on Saroquel just for sleep but she had hinted at me being bipolar many times(which is what that med is for). I refused to take such an intense med just for sleep. I switch nurses after that and I got Linda. Shes a very caring woman and listens to you. I was eventually diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and I recieved free meds(samples) because bipolar meds are expensive. Overall this place is a good place to go.

Front staff very friendly. I see Keisha Jordan and she helps me like no other doctor has...shes always listens and gives her input on whatever situation Im speaking of. She makes me feel comfortable. She is a grt professional doctor..thx to all there!!!

I was looking for a psychiatrist to manage my depression and contacted this group. I was urgently in need of help, but was told that due to my other medications for chronic pain from a past motorcycle accident that they could not (or would not) help me. Too concerned for their own reputation should something happen due to my medication, they chose to abandon me. They could have at least brought me in to discuss why I was on those meds and if something could be changed in order for them to help me. I typically do not place reviews on the internet, but I felt that this group could have been more compassionate in helping others. I would have been willing to discuss changing my pain meds with my pain doctor, but that was obviously not an option for them. I guess it was too much out of their way to help someone who really need it. I am glad I was able to find another doctor quickly.
