They are all right just dont trust them, they have workers that think they are better than real parents most of them act like they care but dont.

Just called up there to get information to obtain records for a loved one from a previous case years ago and the receptionist sounded as if she hated her life so much that it made me hate my life lol. Some black lady. Please be kind to everyone at your job

This place is corrupt and they lie on pple. Do not trust anyone from this place. They are not on your side to keep your family together. They think they are above the law and can do no wrong. This place needs caseworkers who actually know what they are doing and know right from wrong. This place is the biggest joke. Watch your back when dealing with this place. They are not there to keep your family together. They would rather rip kids who are doing well out of their homes and keep kids who need to be removed in their homes. Do your homework when it comes to this agency. Know your laws and rights.

The supervisior and casework are beyond anything Ive ever dealt with. I got my case closed thank god because I proved the caller was harassing me.If the come to ur house dont even bother talking to them dont let them in ur life period. Dont let tgem speak to tge kids or anyone else.

Made a call to inquire about how to report on child abuse on a certain situation Ive found, and was treated like utter GARBAGE. Though there was little direct sass besides the lady interrupting me constantly, her condescending tone made it perfectly clear she did not want to talk to me. It was like she was expressing the entire call how annoyed she was that I was making a call on behalf of a childs true welfare. Its pretty pathetic the government agency in Butler County in charge of taking child neglect/abuse reports takes them so begrudgingly. Its their one real job, and they cant do it right! ANY hard-working taxpayer from the region should do the county a favor and down vote any funding levee that would put money in this mismanaged agencys coffers. It would truly be a waste to continue dumping money in the pockets of people who dont want to be there nor manage their agency proper.

They lie to manipulate the system against you. Sad part is our child was the victim of a situation but they were so worried about proving their agenda at our child expense. We ended up getting a lawyer to protect them services that was supposedly protecting them. NEVER trust a word they say they act like your bed friend till your back is turned.

Easy to locate staff was very helpful

Called them for help since my wife was very abusive towards me and my newborn son and arrested for domestic violence. Annie kitchens and sarah demoss were working my case. They did nothing but lie to me from the beginning. I just now found out they both blatantly lied in court under oath and made up stuff that wasnt true. They promised me my child would be back within 24 hours. They lied. They refused to leave my house when they had no legal right to do be there. They are the reason my marriage has failed. Theyre nothing but a bunch of man haters. Even if your the victim of domestic violence like me. Im being treated as if i was the abuser while the girl that threatened to kill my baby and nearly broke a bottle over my head while protecting him repeatedly for months gets to see him everyday. Cps doesnt care about kids or familes. They only care about how many familes they can destroy. Annie kitchens and sara demoss.. You two are pure evil. I feel BAD for whatever man ends up in your sight.

I would like to elaborate on the professionalism of the Butler County Children Services, the kindness, the understanding and caring staff that i have incountered with are absolutely outstanding and wonderful. Supervisor Debora C., Interstate worker Michelle B., Intake Joe B., and my two favorite Erin J., and Bootiful Jennifer P. These people have gone above and beyond the meaning of caring for children and their families. I have adopted 7 children, and at the present time am on my eigth adoption. I have never incountered such proffesional and caring staff as at Butler County Children Services. Im not as cool as i try to be but as i heard the saying on tv, Butler County Children Services YOU ROCK!!!! Thank you for everything and God Bless. Wanda and Keith H.

Horrible! Daughter had a SEVERE case and they checked on her ONE time and closed the case! I don’t know how or why they still receive funding or are even open!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Should be ashamed of themselves. Please file a lawsuit against this agency after dealing with them. Stop letting them get away with this!
