I had an excellent experience with all of the staff and my teeth are beautiful. I appreciate the staff and Dr Desai listening to my goals and not pushing for more. They were flexible all through Covid as I am a travelling nurse and they were even willing to mail me new liners. The office is clean and modern, making for a comfortable visit. Braceausarus is a great place to go when you want to end up with a great smile in a short period of time. Braceausarus fixed up my teeth in under two years and now I can carry my great smile wherever I go. I reccommend It because not only is the staff friendly but they care about all there patients and keep doing an amazing job until there customers are satisfied but they also have a great workspace that is both kid and adult friendly. I appreciate everything Braceausarus has done for me and I hope if you need help on your teeth you will go there too!

They are polite, answer questions fully, and did not pressure me into making a decision. I never post reviews but felt it necessary to provide some perspective on Brace-Assaurus Orthodontics. When first encountering their incredible office space, with the most advanced kid-friendly amenities, you can’t help but think it’s a really great place to bring your kids. Although as beautiful and fun as the office is, the staff are even better. It truly is one of the most impressive groups I’ve come across in the state of Connecticut. From the administrative staff, to the orthodontic assistants, to Dr. Desai, I’ve always been amazed at how personable everyone is while being incredibly talented at their craft. Each and every time I’ve left the office I always think to myself how lucky we are to have found Brace-Assaurus. It’s simply the best dental/orthodontic experience we’ve ever had and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was taking my little son, 7-year old for our first visit to this place for a checking. The office environment is very kid friendly. I personally especially like the design of opening operation area with artificial tree decoration around. The staffs are very friendly too. They explained things clearly and are nice to the kids. The doctor is professional. We had a very good experience with them.

Dr. Desai and all the staff have been great with Sam. He started as a 4 year old with extensive crossbite. Retainers helped with that issue and then braces brought his teeth into alignment I never thought could be achieved. Sporting a beautiful smile.

I was an adult patient of Dr. Kim in 2014 and 2015. I would recommend him without reservation. There is a helpful variety of payment options. Both staff behind the front desk and the assisting staff were consistently friendly, professional and especially considerate of this older person since most of the other patients are young persons. The physical facility is immaculate and attractive. The location and parking (free) are convenient.
