I’m very happy with the results in 2 months my bite got fix

I’ve had my braces on for three years and one month now. The service is okay, but the false promises are not. About four months ago, I was told that I might get a date for removal in the next month, but now I’m told that it will take three to six more months from another staff member. What a bummer. Has my teeth alignment regressed in the past four months? Will I have had to wear my braces for 3.5 years? The original estimate was 2-2.5 years. The staff is friendly, and I certainly don’t fault them for this miscommunication. I do wish that they would at least give a reason for each extra month they tick on to my treatment. This whole situation is disappointing. One star for communication.

I first visited this place for an appointment when I was in 8th grade. All the staff is very welcoming and diverse. They are very good with names and communication with parents. They have always been fair and honest with prices. They are also honest with patients and make sure they stay on track with their journey on fixing their pearly whites. Originally, my braces were supposed to be on for 3 years but I ended up having them till the end of high school and there was no additional charges added. The staff make you feel comfortable throughout your whole process. There open to answering any questions over the phone or by simply stopping by the office. I had so many unnoticeable problems with my teeth and the 5 years were worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend this place!! They are very professional and welcoming towards all ages and backgrounds.

Came into Advanced Orthodontics 3 years ago with teeth I didn’t even think were bad! All 4 of my canines were impacted! It was a long process with trying to get them down in their right place, but Dr Singh got it done. Any questions or concerns I had he made sure he answered them! All the staff here are amazing and very caring about your needs! Today I finally got them off and I couldn’t be more excited! They are very flexible with payments and working with you! Luckily I got my insurance to cover but regardless they will work with you! The office is clean and always sanitized! I loved my experience with Dr. Singh and his staff! I just got my braces off last week and felt very happy with my care the entire 2+ years I was a patient with Dr. Singh. He explained every detail of the process at each step and always respected my wishes as a patient. The staff are friendly and most speak English and Spanish. The staff, including both front desk and direct care, work well together and create a calming environment, which can be difficult to do when it comes to teeth.When COVID-19 hit, appointments obviously stopped for a period of time. When they could resume, the office put in all effective safety measures, limiting individuals on site, closing off waiting room chairs for distancing, reviewing and updating air filtration system, as well as ensuring mask usage. Through all of that, staff remained considerate and supportive, acknowledged concerns, and worked to keep appointments timely and consistent.My daughter, age 9, began her orthodontic work during the pandemic, which meant two family members at once receiving services. Staff worked to stagger our appointments and keep her calm during procedures, which is not always easy. When our appointments are separate, staff always asks about her and checks in. It just further shows their thoughtfulness and the supportive nature I have come to expect when I walk in.Advanced Orthodontics has changed my mind about what orthodontic care looks like and makes our monthly appointments supportive, informative, and engaging. So I was referred to this place by my mother who has been a patient with them for almost a year, and she had absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with warm smiles, kind staff, and an over all welcome ness that makes you feel like you’re not just another patient to them. They have really good COVID restrictions and are very clean which is always nice and they are very accommodating with any issues that you might have. Every single staff member I encountered was so nice and professional, and they made me feel very comfortable, including Dr. Singh himself was so kind, and informative with all the questions I had. Very humble and nice Doctor, extremely interactive with the family, very nice staff all polite and well trained, nice and clean atmosphere. I felt safe and secure and very confident that they knew what they were doing. The Doctor Explained the procedures step by step he explained side affects and any possible future issues that may or may not arise and made sure both parents and the child understood. The Doctor was very upfront and honest I am very happy we were referred to this office, they dealt with our insurance so we didn’t have to do much at all. Took my daughter to get her braces done. The whole staff..from the time you walk in to check in with the girls up front, to the doctors,and until the end, were extremely nice and professional. They made us feel welcome and at home. Felt very comfortable there and they all did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

This is an amazing orthodontic practice. I had ceramic braces for about 17 months and my teeth came out amazing. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience. His practice is very busy so he has seen a ton of cases. He can examine your issue with a short glance. He is very personable and his staff is too. He advised me to go with ceramics ( I was 31 when I was first fitted) instead of Invisalign. I am sooo glad I took his advice. He was able to fine tune my teeth in a way he wouldn’t be able to with Invisalign. In addition, frequently coming to the clinic was such a joy. Peaceful music is playing in the background and everybody is just happy to be there. When the Covid pandemic hit they did not skip a beat. They set up a very safe environment ( air filters, barriers etc.). Dr. Singh prices are very reasonable. I am not sure how long that will last ( he’s that good). Him and his team are the best kept secret in CT.I forgot to mention a day before I got married Dr. Singh removed the wire on my braces for no charge.After seeing how my teeth turned out and how amazing my experience was— my wife is now going on her braces journey with Dr. Singh’s team His work really speaks for itself —you will not be disappointed.

I really like this place. They have good services and my teeth shifted into place in the matter of only 6 months. In other places it would take Atleast 2 years or more. Not only that but they take thier time with thier patients. They don’t rush us and they are pretty understanding. They also take calls after hours to help out patients who have problems. When I first came in, they asked if I wanted to pull some teeth because they dident think that my teeth would shift properly. When I said no, they did everything they could to make sure that I kept my teeth and that they were straight. If you ask me this is the place to come for the best service and if you want to feel welcomed.

If you have an emergency they will take you right away and you don’t have to wait. Retainers are also included so you don’t have to pay any extra fees. Pain free treatment.

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I went here a few weeks ago and the office is really small, you have no privacy between patients, and the doctor has his children running around where patients are. He wanted to charge me $5,904 for the treatment which is quite expensive. I went to another location and got the treatment much cheaper. I guess most of his patients are minorities that might have less choices since they dont speak English. Anyways...

This is a fantastic orthodontist. The doctor explained everything in his office and price breakdown. Looking at the whole number braces can be expensive, but being able to pay monthly makes them very affordable for many people. I checked out other Orthodontist and Advanced Orthodontics were a couple thousand cheaper. I ultimately chose this place based on reviews and people I know that come here. My son needed braces on top and bottom, but Dr. Singh recommended he do the top braces the first month and come back the following month to put the bottom braces on. He felt it would be better so my son wouldnt have his whole mouth sore and he wouldnt struggle so much to eat. I thought that was really nice. When I had my braces put on as a teenager they put top and bottom on at the same time. My mouth was so sore, I could hardly chew. It goes a long way when Doctors think of their patients and how they might feel. My son has come across a few kids from his school that come here, and I know someone that I worked with. These reviews are definitely accurate. The secretary is sweet and everyone else that works there are all super nice.

This is probably the best place I’ve been to so far! All of the staff are very attentive, and tell me what they are going to do before I do it (if I ask, of course) They usually detail the process that you are going to go through, whether it be for braces, retainers, or whatever else you can think of. They are also very good at fixing any problems you may have, like broken brackets or loose retainers, and are generally very careful about that kind of stuff. Overall, it’s very good, and family oriented, which makes it a great place for kids and adults alike.

Dr. Singh has been wonderful for our family. He has successfully advocated for our insurance coverage (after another provider declined to even try for approval) and has used modern methods and innovative but proven approaches to design an individual plan for our two children that correctly aligns their teeth and jaw (with no needless extractions). We are very pleased by his commitment to the correct approach and individualized treatment for both our children. He takes extra time to explain the treatment steps and to make sure that we understood everything and agreed to the treatment plan. His office is calm and unhurried.Update 7/20 - we are so pleased with the finished results! We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the staff. My daughter is so pleased with the results. Dr. Singh treated both our children with care and professionalism while working with the insurance company. Our kids were never in pain or even discomfort throughout the treatment. The office is always very clean and orderly. Nothing but praise!

When my two sons and I moved from California back to CT, we found Dr Singh who took over care for my older sons braces. We had missed a few months of appointments due to the move and my sons teeth needed some corrections.
