Everyone i meet in person is lovely, but getting in to see a patient is miserable. Repeated calls, not returned.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! My Mother was there for 3 weeks. They constantly got her medication wrong. They overdosed her on her antidepressant medication then outright lied about it. She had UTI infection and when she asked to see a Dr for antibiotics the nurse told her to drink more water. The infection traveled up into her kidneys and she ended up back in the hospital.

I have a very good friend that works for this facilityI also have visited this place ,it has wonderful and caring staff and great administrator .

I just dont understand why Whitney Manor would allow an employee to work there or stay employed there is they dont get a covie vacancinated when the shot is offered not once but twice at no charge, I know that they cant force emplyees to get the vaccine but begin a private medical facility they can make it a condition to stay employed there, almost all yhe patients there have underlined issue or conditions so because of a few they ruin it for many, they ( the patients) have been in lock down for over a year and thats not good medically for their health either not to mention you cant even see or be without privately without an aid hearing what could be personal or private business, shame on Whitney Manor.

For 2+ weeks my (94 yr old) mother has been in Whitney Rehab for the start of long term care. The professional, friendly staff is making her adjustment to this new way of life much easier than expected. Social services, nurses, aides, therapists, doctors etc... all work together as a team to understand and treat patient needs. Im feeling good about Whitney Rehab being a long term win win for my mother and for us family members.

I found the Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center to be a very caring and highly competent facility. The help there is very friendly and hard-working. The care is excellent as is the food. I am comforted by the care my mother is receiving there. I would recommend them very highly to others!

Ive worked at Whitney Manor going on 10 years now great place we have a great team here and a great administrator great DNS and a very friendly atmosphere. Every morning I come in the place smells good no foul odors. and most of all all of us that work here really care about our patients

Caring staff, from the receptionist, housekeeping to the nursing staff, my moms care had been consistently good. Her CNA and the other CNA’s love, knows and cares for their patients. Every nursing home could always be improved. All problems are addressed in a timely manner. Thank you Whitney Manor!

Wonderful facility, caring staff, excellent accommodations. Plenty of activities and delicious food.
