Great experience, fast, efficient, lady was personal.wish I caught her name but she had blonde highlights braided into her hair. She took 6 vials and had amazingly steady hands. 👍🏾👍🏾

Not sure why everyone gives this place such a bad rep . Honestly the service was great and I was in and out in 5 mins. Yes there was one person working but she was AMAZING .

If I could give a ZERO I would. There is no way to speak to anyone via phone. Service is at a snails pace. Completely non-functioning office system. Go elsewhere for care.

No one was at front desk to handle walk-ins. Orders from my Doctor were only half filled, so results were incomplete. With only one nurse on staff, nothing can be accomplished successfully. The nurse was very pleasant, but could not concentrate on duties because she was alone, trying to handle all the patients that signed in or walked in. I was not happy with only one set of results sent to my Doctor, when she placed 2 orders. Quest needs serious assistance of more than one nurse.

Very Slow!!! Only one person on staff.!!!! 30 minute wait for patients because the nurse needs a back up. Noreen is a good technician but should not face to do the afternoons alone when there are 6/7 people waiting. She is not the problem-- Quest needs to be on top of this!!

Very slow, seem to only have 1 person working so only one patient can be seen at a time. No one at the front desk except a sign in sheet. Had to drop off a sample and waited 30 minutes to be told to fill out a simple form and leave my sample on the counter and theyd come back for it. Not professional at all.
