I did not experience any pain when Dr. Neal Patel performed filling procedures. In addition, he repaired a chipped tooth. I highly recommend this dental practice!

I had as good of an experience that one can have when going to the dentist. Everybody was warm and welcoming, from the receptionist the the RDH and dentist. All of the treatment options for my particular conditions were clearly and thoroughly explained to me and I was involved in the decision making process. During the procedure, I was asked at regular intervals how I was doing and if I needed a break by both the dentist and RDH. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Do well Dental is fantastic. It’s been a while since I went to the dentist and these guys made my experience wonderful. I was in very caring hands. They figured out a game plan for me and I recommend everyone to come here. You will not be disappointed

Very clean facility, staff were pleasant and listened to all of my dental health concerns. They then gave me a detailed plan to rectify all issues. This accompanied a explanation of all treatments and the costs after insurance were provided.

This place is amazing !!My last office had stopped taking my insurance so I was looking into seeing a new dentist where I felt comfortable as I have a lot of anxiety. After trying a few places out I wasn’t please with how I was treated so I was back to my search for a new dentist to call home. I came across dixwell dental and saw they had absolutely amazing reviews. Making my new patient appointment was a breeze , the front desk was extremely polite and answered any questions I had. When I came into the office I was amazed at how beautiful it was!! Dr. Patel greeted me right away and was so kind. The hygienist was a dream she was so polite and really made me feel relaxed during my cleaning. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and educates his patients on how to take care of their teeth in the best way. He is very kind and listens to his patients and their concerns. I left the office feeling very confident & happy that I just found my new home for dentistry ! I had no anxiety during my visit ,and he explained everything he was doing in detail. I just can’t say enough amazing things about this place , they also take husky which is amazing ! I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!!

Im usually not terribly enthusiastic about going to the dentist, but Dr. Patel made it such a smooth experience! Unfortunately, I had to get fillings done (something I havent done in decades), and was a bit nervous, and said so. Patel made me feel as calm as possible, and it was all over before I knew it. He did a fantastic job and I (actually) look forward to my next 6 month check-up.

It was my first time at Dixwell Dentil and it was one of the best dentil visits I have had. The staff was friendly, informative, and very patient. I needed help with the computer they use to get my background information. They clearly explained how to use it and personally assisted me till I gained confidence. Doctor Neal Pitel was very professional and and very interested in the problems I was having with my back molars. Unlike some other doctors I have met I felt his bedside manner was genuine and compassionate. Dr Pitel is a very good listener and instead of rushing though my appointment he took his time and and calmly and thoroughly addressed all my concerns about my back molars. I highly recommend the whole team at Diwxwel Dentil and will pass on the good word to all my friends and family

Dr. Patel is very thorough in his examinations and explains to you what he’s doing every step of whatever procedure you’re having done. He’s on top of whatever concern you may have regarding your appointment or work that you just had done as well. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and they even do retainer replacements as well at an affordable cost!

This is by far the best dental practice Ive ever been to. Extremely clean, professional, the doctor and his staff were very knowledgable, and they even have a TV with Netflix on the ceiling for you to watch while youre in the chair. No complaints whatsoever.

The best dentist I have ever been to. He takes the time to explain everything. The office itself is very new and state of the art. His staff is top-notch and her hygienist is great with kids and is very thorough. You get to watch TV while having your teeth worked on as well. All around Professionals!
