I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice. The wait time wasnt long the dr was quick after the nurse was finished with me. Over all a very pleasant experience.

Consistently excellent care. Responsive and professional support. From Dr. el-Sherif to the office staff and medical techs who perform EKGs and other procedures, the entire team is extremely competent and genuinely cares for the individual patient.

My visit went very well. I had a fantastic talk with my doctor. I love Dr. Konadu !!! She always makes time to talk with me. My questions always get answered even if they seem trival to some people.In my opinion she is the best doctor in the practice. I have seen four (4) doctors at this practice during the past 8 years.Please dont ever change practices Dr. Konadu.

The staff are always friendly, from the front desk check in to the clinical staff. Dr. Carlos is always amazing and takes time with me. I have never had a bad experience with the anyone or thing in this office. Thanks for your hard work!

Ladies were very nice , Shavonne helped with getting checked in n ready for the doctor. Had my 3 year old granddaughter with me n she told grand daughter if she s really good for Pappy, she d have her a suprise when we were done! N she did, even though she had to assist next patient, she caught up n gave granddaughter a coloring book/stickers. :) and, the doctor gave me some options n things to consider/work on too. Very good visit! Thanks. 🙂

Dr. El-Sherif and his nurse are great!! They both take time to talk to you. Dr. El-Sherif spends time with you explaining everything to you good or bad. He’s one the good ones who actually looks at you while talking to you. That’s big for me. My visits are once year for preventive. I’ve had high blood pressure since my mid-twenties. So, I try to stay ahead of it.

I called this facility to make an appointment and was greeted with a terse Robinwood. No good morning, or a name or how can I help you and then any questions that were asked were answered with a sharp and unfriendly tone. Your receptionist is the first impression a patient is exposed to. Needless to say, I decided to not use your office with the reasoning if this the kind of receptionist you hire, the rest of the experience will not be any better. I suggest you hire someone who likes their job.

You have heard the saying, “I owe this person my life”. Well it could never be more true for me. Doctor Zirvi and his outstanding Team did the impossible and saved my! I passed away a total of 9 times during my incident and they never gave up on me. I owe them everything! Doctor Zirvi is highly professional and personal and his staff at all levels are easy to work with. He has referred me several times for testing and a procedure and every referral has been outstanding! Robinwood Heart Center is a lifesaver and I am forever grateful. Thank you Doctor Zirvi and Team!

Ive been coming here for years on and off trying to get help for my heart issues. I was always told I was fine and it was just anxiety. The last time I was here, I was told the same thing. A few weeks ago I finally caught one of my episodes on an EKG and took it to my PCP who referred me back here. I was a bit hesitant because I have felt blown off everything but my PCP told me that electrical problems are hard to diagnose. So I set up an appointment here, and with a cardiologist in Frederick for a second opinion. I ended up getting an appointment with the Frederick cardiologist much faster. They contacted Robinwood heart center for my records and robinwood heart center contacted me. The woman was EXTREMELY RUDE. She didnt let me speak at all. I told her that I had went to them for a second opinion and she said thats fine, youre records will be released and your appointment will be canceled and then she hung up in my ear. I was planning on keeping my appointment. Im pretty sure I have a RIGHT to a second opinion. Anyway, I wouldnt refer them to anyone and its unfortunate. I hear this from so many people all all time and looking at the reviews confirms that they are completely unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst office experience I’ve ever had. The front desk woman acted like she was put out when she had to come to the door to check my temperature. When I greeted her she grunted and moaned at me then walked away.I was told I’d receive a call back multiple times and never did. When you call, it puts you on hold, then after 5 minutes, dumps you to voicemail. When you finally do speak to staff, they sound upset that they have to do their job and speak on the phone. Beside the obvious unprofessionalism, this causes a delay in care. I gave this office one star only because there are no zero star or negative 1 star options available. If you must go there, expect sub standard treatment, and plenty of aggravation.

My husband and myself are patients of Dr. Konadu, she is an excellent Cardiologist. She shows compassion and cares for her patients.I love all there staff especially Renata, but the staff is very professional.Thank you Robinwood Heart.God bless all of you.

Terrible customer service. They cancelled my appointments twice without even noticing me at all, this has happened twice already!!! These people have lied so much which reflects the center very poorly too. Dont waste your time here, greatly disappointed!

This office refuses to upload test results or share the test results with patients. I requested my records twice through Patient Portal without any response! Patient Summary is NOT Medical Records! The doctor was very nice but refuses to show Patient the results.Also, after becoming DISABLED, Living on a Low Income, I was forced to go on Medicare & Denied Medicaid. My Medical Bills are now piling up again! This discrimination against Poor Disabled is inhuman. It does not effect my review here, but it is truly a disgrace on my bills from here! In only 1 month time, my medical bills add up to 40% of my Monthly income & Extra Help does NOT Help!

I just do want to thank this office staff for my experience. They where exceptional to my mother and I. They have a very amazing staff. I had a very pleasant experience.

Poor customer service. Order for cardiac holder showed as logged in but couldnt be found. Had to contact doctor again for new referral. Appointment took more than two hours. Some office staff were helpful. Technician was abrupt and not apologetic. Just hope quality of exam is better than customer service.

I was waiting for a family member to be finished and I was in the reception area. The front desk registration were the rudest receptionists I have ever come across! Just because there is a glass between the reception area and the waiting room, doesnt mean you cant be heard! They were talking about patients that were on the phone and patients that were being seen. They were using profanity amongst themselves. One lady was talking on the phone to a patient and was being sooo rude! Then to top it all off a African American lady was waiting to be helped and no one would help her. A caucasian man came in and stood behind her and they got right up to help. The lady just needed a paper that was supposed to be at the reception area and they were very rude with her and then said there was nothing there for her. Then they found it and took their time getting it to her. As soon as the lady left they began talking about her. A lady that was in the waiting area went up to the receptionist and was talking to her about the African American lady. Needless to say, we will never be back! Rude, rude and rude! Then they were singing and carrying on! Very unprofessional!

Dr Zirvi saved my life ten years ago with two stents and I’ve been going to Robinwood Heart Center since my heart attack. He and his medical assistant are very efficient and an appointment with them will always be productive.

Dont waste your time and money here. 2 weeks ago my Primary Care Physician (PCP) sent me over as a walk in to get an EKG and referred me for a consultation. After 2 weeks and several emails and calls, neither my PCP nor I have received the EKG or been contacted about the referral. I will now go to Hagerstown Heart and Im out the money for the EKG they refuse to read and send to my PCP.

I went in for my appointment, and as the dr was starting treatment he tells me they didn’t get approval from my insurance co. I left. They then listed me as a no show. So I made an 80 mile round trip for nothing. Again I went in and as soon as I get there I was told I wasn’t approved yet! They’d call me as soon as I was approved. They never called. Consequently I went to my MD and find out my blood pressure was very high. I went to a different cardiac dr and had to get a stent. I wrote a letter to dr sharif st Robinwood and he never replied. Don’t go there!!

I have been a patient here since 2010 and have always received outstanding care and treatment. In order to receive kindness and respect you need to show the same.

The office manager was very unplesant she called me up to tell me there was no insurance referral & that the doctor should have told me about this. All my doctor told me was they would take care of the referrals & to make the appointment. The woman continues to blame me getting smart with me & making me feel stupid. My mom then tried to deal with her she got smart with her & said aloud what our insurance was which she has no right. My mom had us wait to see if the problem got resolved it didnt & at that point we told them we will not & go somewhere else. She then proceeded to tell us of what was missing (to try to get us to reconsider) but got smart yet again. I highly recommend not considering going here. We had problems with the office staff from when we were making the appointment. You will not find any respect from this office staff.

I have my first incounter with Robinwood Heart today, and it was not a pleasant experience. My mother was scheduled for an echo cardiogram today. Since she had an early appointment at Meritus Medical Center, we did not go back to her house. Unfortunately, we missed a call from Robinwood Heart to reschedule her appointment due to the fact the tech was ill. My mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and the oncologist wanted this echo done before chemo began. When asked how soon this echo could be rescheduled, the front office person was rude and unempathic to the importance of the situation. She responded with I cant help she is sick and I cant help that echo cant be done today. When she said I cant help she is sick, she was looking straight at my mother. When confronted by what she meant by her statement, she said she was referring to the tech. Due to the lack of caring by the initial contact person, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

They can not keep a schedule. They schedule me for a day they were closed. Then they rescheduled me for a time they were not open yet. You will wast your time.

Had to call several times to fax over my results. Terrible customer service! Wont be going here again.
