Everyone was very pleasant to me there, i especially love Dr. Jones. Hes a sweetheart. The woman that did my P.E.T. test made me as comfortable as possible, dispute my injured shoulder. And the woman that put on my 💖 monitor, was extremely pleasant, and carried on a lengthy conversation with me, making me feel very comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for checking out my 💖, hopefully, ruling that out, as to why my feet and legs keep swelling, beyond control. 💕

Stay away from Dr. Fariti at Hagerstown Heart. He is an aggressive, uncaring physician that is easily angered. He brushed aside my questions, made a subsequent appointment for me and when I showed up for the appt he was not even at the clinic; I was told the appt had been cancelled but I was not notified or asked for a confirmation. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about the patient.

Excellent physicians, Great staff and quality care has always been my experience at Hagerstown Heart.I have always been greeted by professional staff. Appointments are prompt and there’s very little waiting time. Doctors are thorough.They take the time to explain issues in great detail. Answers all of my questions and never hesitate to refer you for testing and other doctors if necessary.I’ve had some major issues avoided by the quality care I’ve received there. I highly recommend them

I do not recommend this place. I should have left before my appointment. While sitting in the waiting room the recepionest started talking badly, to the entire waiting room, about another patient. She was openly mocking an elderly lady trying to justify her poor reaction to an earlier interaction. The doctor was 45 minutes late and then was condescending and rude. He was not knowledgeable about my heart abnormality and tried to belittle me for knowing more about it then him. When I defended myself he actually cursed at me. Then once I was leaving and checking out the recepionest was standing around talking to other employees, again loudly talking badly about other people. The only positive thing about my whole experience was the nurse and the scheduling nurse. They were both polite, professional, and helpful. As a whole this place was completely unprofessional and rude. Find another cardiologist.

This facility has a problem refilling prescription in a timely fashion. It has now taken a week and still no refill and not able to speak to anyone that will help I keep getting sent to a voice mailbox and never get a follow up call.

Was one of the worst experiences ever. From the time I was called back by Ms. Lauren, whom never introduced herself, the whole experience with her made me question whether or not to come back because I was left waiting in the room after Dr.left and after 40 minutes of no response I went out and found Lauren and she looked at me like I had two heads...steer clear from her if you HAVE to be seen. Latice saved the day and built confidence that the practice does not usually have this problem so I made my upcoming appointments with them.

Went several months ago. The very first time I was in the receptionist was short with her attitude quick and didnt want to answer any questions. The doctor that I saw he was very good and very kind and patient and had many answers for my many questions. After that he wanted me to take a few tests that they do there at Hagerstown heart. The woman who I choose not to give her name however shes a very short woman and she does a particular heart test she was rude rude and rude. I would never suggest anyone go to Hagerstown heart I dont know where these people get their attitude they must be miserable people. I will never go back

From the recepiontist to the doctor nothing but good people. I had a PET scan done and am closterfobic Miss Rose and the nurses were great with me and helped me through it. The nurse that checked me in before I saw the doc was very nice to my wife and me.

Terrible I went with a friend she was treated so poorly, Ive never seen anyone be treated so rudely by a nurse she needs to change professions her name wad Marissa. My friend d even told the Dr and was dismissed and talked over her comments. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

I never go to Meritus doctors but I figured I’d have gone here anyway but the doctor was very douchey he didn’t let me finish what symptoms I was experiencing and interrupted me and the lady at checkout was rude to me as well

I went here about a year ago which was my very first experience. The younger blonde hair receptionist was very rude just had an attitude. Today, a year or so later, I had a new appointment and was referred by the emergency room for chest pains. The emergency room had to run a test to see if I was having a heart attack which I stayed for and I couldnt stay for the second round of blood test needed to be taken a few hours later. Today when I went in for my appt at Hagerstown heart, I was running behind because I had to pick up my son from school because his allergies were getting really bad and he was coughing and uncomfortable, this made me not even 15 minutes late for my appointment. I tried calling Hagerstown heart 2 times on my way to let them know I would be late and couldnt get anyone to answer and waited on the phone to see if someone would pick up. I was waiting the whole time. Eventually arrived and hung up the phone, went inside to have them tell me sorry the doctor just came out and said no. I guess they dont have a 15 minute window for patients who have had heart problems or chest pains. I walked out and turned around when i got to the door and they seemed to be gossiping. I never liked this place from the beginning and their attitudes. Mind you its a Tuesday and I had a job to go to today.

I had the pleasure of working with Drs Faridi, Hamilton, Hood, Jones, & Reilly, as well as the late Dr. Papuchis, as a Cardiac Monitor Technician on PCU at the Old Washington County Hospital. Time after time I saw these men do amazing things; their knowledge & skill is second to none! When I need a cardiologist, Hagerstown Heart will be my team!

Very friendly staff, Dr Reilly was very helpful and took time to explain everything we needed to know.Didnt feel rushed at all.

This place is a joke. Their net promoter score has to be absolute TRASH. I dont reccomend this office to anyone. I cant even begin to explain how slow they are in getting back to you with results. Its almost impossible to get someone on the phone to follow up on test results due to long hold times and when you do get someone finally, the only answer they ever have is well, the dr has your chart so we will have to call you back or my favorite the dr is out of the country for the next two weeks, you will have to call back then. The reception workers are very rude as well. I wish I had never gone with this office and went else where. Now Im stuck with them as they have done the testing I need and I have to just keep holding them accountable until I can get my results. It is now June 2018 and this all started in February 2018.Today, June 19, 2018 I had to go into their office in person and get my test results so I could provide to my dr as they failed to fax the results as requested (MULTIPLE TIMES).
