There is no better doctor than dr Chavez

Very good caring doctor. The one star is for the office staff. Its impossible to get an appointment. If your lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone they send you to a voicemail so someone can call you back just to book an appointment. What ever happened to customer service? Why cant this office be normal and have a live person answer and book your appointments like 99% of other doctor officess? This office is mismanaged and no one seems to be in care. My review is not based on one experience its on 2 years experiences. When they moved from the old office to the new office we were told they were hiring a person just to answer the phone. In the beginning it was good but as the old saying goes leopards never change their spots.

Would highly recommend Dr Chavez. She has a great bed side manner and she makes sure you leave her office with ALL questions answered!! Very caring Dr.

Dr Chavez is absolutely amazing the best Dr in town he really cares about his patients genuinely. He takes his time very kind shows concern and care. Very gentle and if he has to do a surgery his work is so amazing you don’t see any scar. He takes his time answering all your questions and concerns. I feel he goes above and beyond he goes the xtra mile I highly recommend him and I am very happy to have him for a dr. He makes the best decisions for his patients because he really cares. Do not waste your time booking a physical with this office. It is truly a shame because Dr Chavez is wonderful. Her staff on the other hand is very disorganized and does not return phone calls. If you suffer from hypertension this is not the office to visit. The wait time is ridiculous. The nurse will tell you that if you are changing pharmacies you need to speak to the front desk as she does not handle that part. The front desk will give you the run around and tell you it could take weeks to add a new pharmacy. I am currently waiting 4 wks. When calling the office it is almost impossible to get a live body and you will get lost in the eternal computerized voicemail system.

Great physician but poor front staff. No one EVER answers the phone. Cant schedule appts when necessary. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for over one month.

Just the best doctor in the State of New Jersey. She goes above and beyond the medical care. I can say a winner

Dr Chavez is a wonderful Doctor!The office staff however is horrible, never answer the phones, always on their cell phones, ask the patients to fill out their own referrals. Sonia actually told me thats how the procedure is done with a fake smile! Not to mention the referrals never get to the specialist ever! My prescriptions are always wrong my pharmacist always has to call which they never get through I have to go there to have it fixed they give me attitude I have to go there to make an appointment cuz God forbid you make an appointment online they say they never get it and you cant make an appointment that way they get upset and give you attitude! I actually even said well if you answer the damn phone maybe I could make a appointment meanwhile the phones kept ringing I said why dont you answer the phone all the phones are ringing and all of your on your cell phones texting!! I even witnessed Sonia getting loud and rude with dr. Chavez, this office staff all needs to be fired they are horrible horrible staff they need a new staff to be replaced immediately!!!! It makes the Doctors have a bad reputation!

2 Stars are very fair. Short temepered staff at the front desk. No follow-ups. Hard to get your medication for the most minor situations, ... :( perhaps very minor things like a physical, but the office is ran so badly that u may find yourself regretting it because the paperwork was sent to the wrong place. Its worth 2stars.
