Idiots husband had appt may 31 told dr Felsen staff wouldnt send in my lactulose prescription husband assumed by dr Felsen it would be sent in. To exspresscripts called expresscript today prescription never sent in once again husband has to go to Pharmacy for it dr Felsen great staff fing. S head idiots dont do job they get paid to do

Dr Felsen great but staff not so great was there yesterday needed new prescription for lactulose jerk tells us he cant fax script to expresscript because prescription is a liquid that I have to mail script in I knew he wax wrong but my husband doesnt argue so my husband took script to a local pharmacy which costs more and is inconvenient I today called expresscript and of course I was right when I go in 4 months you will hear me for miles as I am going to get a new script and moron is going to fax it in to expresscript do his job I am beyond furious I worked since I was 17 I always worked hard did a great job do not like being inconvenienced by an idiot
