BAD Experience Ever!!! After eye exam for my 6 years old daughter, doctor prescribed glasses for her! But, I was sure something going not right, I didn’t trust this doctor! I Paid 309$ total for glasses and exam!!! Next day I went to different eye clinic to double check. Do She really needs glasses??!MY DAUGHTER EYES IS PERFECT!!! No glasses Needed at All!!! This place Making Money!!! They Dont Care about your kids unfortunately!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Always double check from a different doctor If you don’t trust previously exam!!! I’m very Hope my real experience and review will help parents do not go to this place! PS. they refunded my money back only for glasses “ that she doesn’t need!”, and no refund for “Wrong eye exam”!

Thalia,Was amazing. I was on vacation and left my contact lenses at home. Needless to say I could not see well and I had allergies.Thalia was able to find my prescription and supply me with contact lenses.Thalia was patient and very professional.

Tammy was very helpful, she assisted my brother with finding his glasses and was overall a very nice person. We normally have trouble at other glasses stores but she made us feel welcomed and we left out happy customers.

Why schedule when you are closed! Could had it rescheduled on days you are open, Thank you for the trouble in going there! If there is a choice of no star, it would be NONE AT ALL.

I really appreciate how patient and kind he was towards my father with his first purchase of getting glasses at Visionworks. This will now be my dad’s only eye care provider because of Ulysses.

I literally just had the best experience! Im in the Great Lakes area for our sons Naval Graduation and completely forgot to pack my contacts. When I arrived I explained my situation and my home store, in Tucson, faxed over my prescription. Visionworks to the rescue. They completely saved the day. I can see again. Seriously, no way I wanted to miss visually seeing my son graduate on his special day! Thank you Anastasia and Joel for your extraordinary help! I appreciate you all so much. It meant the world me!

The way they fit you for glasses is impeccable. If you dont go here for your eye needs I dont know where else you would go. It would be like getting into a land war with Asia and everyone knows that is not a good idea. They have a plethora of choices and the cute OD tech will even model them for you if you ask her nicely. Ask her about that time she had in Nantucket, she just loves telling that story.

The staff is very professional. I arrived today just to check out how well my vision insurance was, and they provided me with tremendous service. The sales associate Felix was truly amazing. She broke down how much my insurance would work, and pricing. I was surprised to find out that their prices are better without me using my insurance. I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses. I will be returning here for all of my optical needs.

I went there for the first time a year ago. It seems like they have a whole new staff (minus 1). My favorite eye doctor is gone. The doctor I saw was new there, but he was very thorough. He gave me referrals, too.

Second bad experience. Had two appointments @ 620. Showed up at 605 said they could only see one of us, because we were “late”. Even the vm they left us says 620. Very unprofessional will not be coming back and will definitely not recommending.

The sales associate was very helpful and professional. The eye doctor was one of the best I have had an exam from. He nailed my glasses perfectly to my exam to just what I needed. I was able to pick my glasses up one week before they were suppose to be ready. The prices were really good and I would recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for a good verity name brand as well.

This store had perhaps the largest collection of frames Ive seen, and the prices were really good (including name brand, and store brand at lower prices). Sales staff was readily available but not pushy. Extremely pleased with the ordering and final price. Im anxious to get the new glasses!

Even though her glasses were not purchased at your store, Angel still repaired them for me no questions asked. Walk in appointment. Everything taken care of within a hour of walking in the door (including taking forever to decide on the frames I wanted) came back three hours later that day and my glasses were ready for me. 25$ out of pocket for designer frames. Amazing staff as well. Best place Ive ever been too

Honestly I have been to many glasses stores, but this one stuck out to me the most! They had great customer service which is rare now a days! Buying glasses for a young child is not an easy task, until I found VisionWorks! Tammy is AMAZING! This is the third year we have bought glasses here! Great selection for kids glasses. Tammy is very patient and puts her focus on finding the right pair. My now 8 year old son has been wearing bifocals for three years. She has always taken such great care in making sure to measure him correctly and make sure the glasses are comfortable! She has helped with the sale of my last two pairs and helped me understand his adjustment needs when we first had to switch to bifocals. I chose VisionWorks because their progressive lenses are some of the best quality out there! I keep going back because the staff is so caring and truly values the customer! Thank you!!!

This place is just Mediocre and will be going elsewhere. Ive been in multiple times. First was because they gave us expired rebates. Then I came back in to pick up me and my husbands trials, which they didnt have mine, they got lost apparently. However then I had to come back and get different contacts because the ones I got didnt work, and the manager was a little passive aggressive about the whole thing. Then when I had asked for a new rebate for my husbands contacts they sent me home with the wrong one, completely different brand. This place is so frustrating to deal with. The eye doctors are nice but not the staff.

I had just picked up some churros from the kiosk a short distance away from this place and I was immediately welcomed in by Ronaldo (Rolando?). 1st time getting an exam or purchasing eyeware from vision works.The exam went as well as any other Ive had, i did pay extra to have the optomap done only to be told that they could not see my whole eye and to recommend i see a ophthalmologist for that. I have my eyes examed every year and always pay for the extra exams and have never been told that they cannot see my whole eye. I feel like i paid extra for nothing. Glasses came with in a week.

My son broke his glasses so I took him here on my way to the Mini Donut factory for my anniversary. This guy (Mr. Raynaldo I believe was his name) fixed my son up with some fresh new specs. I guess you can say he made his vision work haha! He even gave him a mint, talk about customeer service. In all seriousness the staff was very cordial. Even if you do not know exactly what you want, they can help you find the right fit.

I originally went to LENSWITCHCRAFTERS and they quoted my glasses at $873. I was livid. I dont know why I didnt just go to Visionworks in the first place. When I lived in the city of Chicago I went to them and they were amazing then and amazing at the Gurnee IL location now!!! I paid a fraction of what Lenswitchcrafters tried to charge me a whopping $224. The sales rep Asychla, forgive me if I spelled your name wrong,was amazing, patient, very sweet!!! Thank you young lady for your assistance. I will forever go to Visionworks!!!! Even when I picked up the glasses the manager was wonderful too. Thank you all
