Extremely knowledgeable, polite, never will I visit another Gulf Coast ENT practice besides to see Dr. Vincent J. Pisciotta MD. He expresses real concern regarding his patients issues and also alternative treatment options. Safety is paramount to his practice, and this is what I feel defines a good doctor. Any negative past reviews by others stating that his wait time before appointments is excessive, is not supported by any evidence at all based on my experience. People do not acknowledge that there are doctors such as Dr. Pisciotta who have polite bedside manner and whole-heartedly take the time out to talk to a patient about all issues. Not only this, he is a associated with another excellent practitioner Dr. Bratton who might share an office on appointment day. So maybe exam rooms might be a little full that day. Take into account also, these physicians have lives as well and are most likely in surgery in the morning before seeing other patients, there is not an excessive wait time with his practice. Also, his staff is extremely respectful and go out of their way to the great lengths to accommodate a patient.

His office staff is horrible. They did not tell me that my appointment had been canceled when I called for directions. When I asked when will my new appointment be scheduled she stated she had to check availability and hung up the phone. I called back and was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and she someone answered the phone, they just hung up. While on hold I called from my other line on the SAME phone and they picked up for that one prior to picking up for the line that had been on hold for nearly 15 minutes at that point. Horrible customer service.

The staff and Dr pisciotta have done as good a job for my son as can be humanely done. Usually in a faced paced doctors office staff are only human and can only do so much at a time. So if you think youve been rude to, then its probably because YOU.

They got us in same day, and their NP was very caring and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great.

Wait time in the office is an issue, however, Dr pisciotta is one of the better doctors Ive had. He has solved any ent issue Ive come to him with. When I first started seeing him I didnt have insurance, not a problem for them they put me on a payment plan. So, if you dont mind waiting in a room for a few extra minutes, then I highly recommend this doctor.

The office staff is awful. Nicole at the front desk is extremely rude and too busy with her personal calls to help with scheduling questions. They continually cancel and reschedule appointments because they double book times. Find a different ENT especially if you are bringing a child. They have no sense of urgency for a childs pain and all 3 appointments we have gone to we have been put in a room and waited an hour for the doctor to come in for less than 5 mins.

The best ENT Doctor on the MS Gulf Coast with the best nurses and staff ever. 😊
