This is a very nice facility for quick medical appointments. The staff was very helpful and the facility seems to be in good shape. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Being seen by Dr. Marshall and staff is a mistake. I had to keep telling them that everyone in my family has died from cancer. When I finally got to see Dr. Marshall he rarely looked up from the computer. Im in there sick and all he can talk about is hes not making enough money from my insurance. He told me he just got in an argument with a lady because she wanted a handicap plackerd for her BLIND husband. He said he couldnt, that would be borderline fraud.Whats going on over there MHG?

Dr. Ladner is dismissive and very rude. During my appointment, which was a follow up from a walk-in clinic visit where I was advices to go to the ER, her behavior made me feel like I was wasting her time being there. She’s moving, so I will gladly find a new primary care provider. That works for me since I certainly wouldn’t ever schedule an appointment to see Ladner again. Common courtesy and bedside manner are definitely not her strong suit.

My name is Misty Bertucci.....want to make sure that is on the record....I have no problem with the clinic per se, what I have a problem with is having switched from Dr. Marshall, who my Mom and Dad used for so long and having used him myself for around 20 years.....to Dr. Ladner, I went to the walk in believing I might have a UTI....Dr. Marshalls staff refused to see me even though they had an opening. Thank God Dr. Ladner was able to fit me in, even though she did not have an opening. Now I am positive I did the right thing by switching. How unprofessional and childish. I had switched because I felt like he became to impersonal, always speaking into his microphone putting our visit on record......wait, talk to me....THEN speak to your computer!!! Now I have this childlike reason to add to my list.....pitiful!!!

My father had been a patient of Dr. Ladners for years. He’s having some issues so I called to an appointment for him and was told he couldn’t be seen until April 24th. Ummmm, he’s having the problems now. Waiting until April to have his problems examined would be ludicrous. This clinic is a joke and the receptionist was extremely rude and does not know how to schedule appointments. I will be finding my father another doctor, one who actually cares and one that can see him in a resonable amount of time.

Went in with sciatic nerve problems. I recieved a paper that stated to stay in bed for a few days, but they refused to give me a work excuse for those days.

My NP left to start her own clinic thats out of my memorial hospital employee insurance network, The only appointment slot this clinic had open was two months away so I booked it and hoped I didnt run out of my medicine by then. They called 8 times asking me about making a new patient appointment even though I already had one....two months away. I showed up to my appointment my sick daughter in towe after a longshift at the hospital and no sleep to my apppintment at 1:30 only to be told I cant be seen because you need you medication bottle with a sarcastic attitude, I was never told the 8 times they called and even the two reminder calls to bring my medication and the form didnt say that either I have never had to bring any medications to any appointments They were able to look that up in the system and check the dosage, history, ect. sooooo after I get eye rolls from both and Cant you hust drive home and get it I leave and realize I need my medicine and this appointment so I unfortunatly head back to rescedule......this clinic is a bad representation of the Memorial hospital name and the right people will be notified
