I saw three different people and they were all very professional and very friendly! I was at the same place 5 months ago and they were the same polite people!! We all have plenty of places to go when we need them and I will continue to support them and go back if the need arises!!

ALL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. WAIT TIME WAS NOT LONG. DR. WENT OVER MY HISTORY AND ASKED QUESTIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS CLINIC.

The staff was friendly, and the wait time was very reasonable!! Good experience all around!

This place and the employees need to be shut down... IF YOU GUYS ARE THAT SCARED OF COVID-19 Then you need to change professions. I needed labs done for a surgery that I have a few days before Christmas. The lady placed me on hold and told me that they rather not do my labs if they have a choice and for me to drive somewhere else. I explained to her that gas was an issue and the doctor that wrote the prescriptions for the labs had already told me to come there... she told me to go somewhere else n that is wasn’t that far.... Don’t go to their office cause they are lazy anyways n never want to do their job.....

Please Beware of this place especially if your African American!!!! I went to this location yesterday evening and encountered nurse practitioner Kim Esser who was very incompetent. I described my symptoms to this lady also telling her that I thought it was a recurrence of a prior uti. This incompetent professional clinician misdiagnosed me with a back sprain and prescribed a pain pill. The next morning I went to a facility that had no relationship with Memorial and was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. After I made a call to the office manager of Memorials Walk-In Clinic to express my concerns, I received a call from Kim Esser telling me what I already knew and received treatment for and remind you the urine sample I gave this facility showed traces of blood. SO, I FIGURED IF I WAS LILY WHITE maybe Kim would have actually paid attention to my urinalysis and concerns in order to make the correct diagnosis.

Very unprofessional establishment. Didnt care a child was sick, Refused the mother because her child was 14 months and not 24 months all while smirking. Need to fire the two women working at front desk. They are childish no professionalism amongst them, no remorse. know wonder doctors have a bad name. Gpt, courthouse road urgi care!

Cedar Lake clinic is a bad joke. Never ever again. Nearly 4 hours of life stolen from me. No treatment or instructions for my legit problem with left knee except for some tramadol. Nothing at all to address or treat the cause if the inflammation and swelling. No discharge paperwork detailing my visit, diagnosis and treatment whatsoever. Only a hand written prescription for the tramadol.... So pathetic💀💀💀

Get here you have to wait all of 10 mins which is cool, nurse aid gets weight, vitals all that good stuff done and says Nurse Practitioner will be in shortly. 30 mins go by, Im only the second person waiting. Only for her to not come in til 20+ mins later. I inquire about the wait, nurse aids get practitioner attention and she walks out the office with her eyes glued to the cell phone in her hand. Smh, this is just beyond ridicules. Im wonder if they get paid by the hour bc of the wait bc she still hasnt been next door to see the first patient. Im going to need them to do better. I understand its a walk in clinic but it shouldnt be such a long wait and they are this dead. I only gave it a 2 star and not a 1 is because the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming.

I saw Essex, NP. She was very thorough and on top of every detail. I will come back
