I highly recommend Dr B. He and his staff are polite, thorough, courteous and caring. I am never rushed and he takes the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. I gave 5 stars only because there was not an option to give them 10 stars.

Should have listened to the poor reviews. The office staff is truly terrible. They wouldn’t schedule me a quick appointment to refill a critical prescription until 6 weeks out, even though I scheduled it as soon as I picked up my last refill.“If you need help that bad, you should go to the ER.”

Dr. Broussard is a very kind Doctor. He explains everything, so you know exactly what is going on. He listens to you and doesnt rush out of the room. Hes an amazing Doctor.His staff is also amazing. Its like a little family. They make you feel so at home.

We are new to the area and needed a primary care physician. Contacted Dr. Broussards office as a referral from Garden Park Hospital. The experience at his office is one of the best that we have ever dealt with. Staff is courteous, thorough and friendly. Dr. Broussard took as much time as we needed to determine our care level and establish rapport. We never considered contacting anyone else after this visit. We highly recommend Dr. Broussard for any of your general medicine needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Broussard for 15 years. He is an amazing doctor who takes the time to not only listen, but to also discuss your concerns. He will not dismiss your concerns, even if you feel they are silly to ask.

Terrible experience all the way around. (allow me to speaking on my mothers behave)Seems like this place is only interested in money, and shows zero interest and total disconnect towards patients. My mothers FMLA paperwork was submitted to his office over two weeks ago and is still floating around his office somewhere and all the while my mother has been missing work due to her condition and is possibly on the verge of being fired because of it. Weve paid nearly $200 a few weeks ago for an initial examine for my mothers health concerns, since the original visit her concerns have worsen, and we have been back almost weekly to show how no progress has been made.Two days ago my mothers condition got worse enough where she had to leave work and be taking to the emergency room where they began treating her and prescribed medication. The next morning she awoke with two blood shot eyes which we believe to be a reaction to the new medication, and on the print out they provide with the medicine it states to see your primary care physician immediately if any of these side effects occur (eye redness/irritation being one of the effects listed.)Today when she went to their office she was told that she couldnt be seen today because they close at 12 and were booked and advised her to seek another physician. ( Here comes into play the lack of personal or patient interest, if the form stated to see YOUR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY, but yet my mother was turned away.)So now we wait three days to be seen on Monday when they reopen, but they inform us that the visit would cost roughly another $200 plus an additional $30 for him to sign her FMLA paperwork (that was sent weeks prior)Im no expert when it comes to medical care or issues regarding insurance, but it baffles me how an office will charge another $200 for an exam that has already been conducted and why continue to charge a patient for the same issue that they have been seeing you for?

Very Patient with you, he helps with your illness and he really listens to you about your problems...Maybe hes not the best for some ppl, if you are looking for him to give you Narcotics thn you are in the wrong office..he helps any way he can with your health problems. He did not address any of my concerns. He listened but did not help me at all. Just non chalantly pushed off my concerns. A waste of a doctors visit.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Broussard always takes his time and listens to your concerns.
