Id give them 0 stars if I could.Ive been calling to pay my bill and it now MSN health care solutions. Which is a national billing company. The problem is MSN Medical Solutions never answer the phone. Well, actually they answer but say they are going to hang up because of lack of response. While Im on the other end of the phone trying to get them to hear and answer me. Its not my phone because I called someone to make sure if that.They obviously have their headsets turned off or the volume turned down. Every single day, its the same thing. Its sad, if youre going to hire foreign companies to do this work, Please teach them to operate the equipment properly. This is such an inconvenience for such a small bill.
