One of the best CrossFit boxes in Puerto Rico. Besides being extremely spacious, the coaches are very attentive, a lot of well taken care of equipment and someone is constantly cleaning the place. The classes are fun and open-gym lasts all day, great for someone who has their own programming.Huge thank you to Emmanuel and all the coaches for welcoming to the community and getting me obsessed with CrossFit. You all will be missed!

Excellent site ..... but it has no parking ..... hard to get it

Excellent and spacious facilities, clean and organized. All Coaches, excellent and professional (Especially Indian Coach and Coach Chamo), always pending, do not leave you alone in the process, they explain very well, always focused on how you execute the technique to avoid injuries and if you already have an injury they adapt the exercise in what you recover and improvements. Emmanuel, the owner, a very humble human being (if they do not tell you, or you find out that he is the owner because he greets you and treats you as if he knew you for a lifetime) but very professional at the same time, if he sees you doing a bad exercise, goes to you and corrects you (in a good way) so that you avoid an injury. And those who have been here for a while doing CrossFit do not make fun of newbies, on the contrary they help. Anyway, I am aware that it is already heard trite that of saying: more than a Box, it is like a family, but it must be said, because in reality it is. But dont believe me, visit CrossFit SJU and check what I tell you.
