Without a doubt the best training facility in Puerto Rico. The welcoming from their staff is one of the best i’ve ever seen. Clean, great equipment and an awesome team of trainers. Well recommend !!!

One of the best gyms in the area

Ive been trying to cancel a subscription for two weeks now. Ive called six times, sent an email, and even went in person. The employees tell me the request needs to be sent to the manager, and then I receive NO communication from the manager. During this time, Ive been charged. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be charging back. This is a complete waste of time and a horrible customer experience. I will NEVER be returning to this gym.

You can enjoy the classes, they are professionals that know now to help you have an excellent work out. The atmosphere is great, everything is clean, decorations are awesome, you just feel like youre in a Hotel. The bathrooms are gorgeous, you can shower there and also you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I love this gym!

Super clean, Great staff and best classes

A bit expensive, but you get what you paid for. Top of the line equipment, and trainers like Carlos and his crew make the gym a fun place to be. Classes at almost all hours, and for all levels, make this gym a great gym for those looking to get fit but does not want to be around the body-builder type of gym.

Awesome facility, plenty of group exercise classes, equipment, parking. Always clean. Kids play area is a plus.

The customer service is abysmal. They’ve been closing early for three days in a row, and when confronted with it on their Instagram, they started deleting comments from members and blocking people. This is not the treatment you would expect for an ,almost, $100 a month membership.Also, some classes have been missing special equipment. For example, the pole fitness class has been missing three poles, leaving members with a grand total of seven poles (for a class that sometimes has 20 people). This means that members always have to share and sacrifice their workout.These are just a FEW examples of how the gym fails at offering the luxury service you’d expect from the price tag it carries... There are many more.

High end gym the place is very fancy in the entrance the staff is really nice and treat you well. Lacking of some machines like leg extension machine, also some others require maintenance which you expect to be always working properly.

The facilities might be good. But if you ever require any sort of customer service from this people, they are the worst in town. And good luck trying to ever cancel your membership thru good means. I dont know a friend that has tried to cancel and has not had no to go thru their card.

Clean, big, good open hours, have 3 floors with everything you need to excersice, excellent variety of classes along the day. Have personal training available, the bathrooms are amazing and the desk employees are amazing with the staff in general.

Horrible service. I need to cancel my membership because I moved out of the country. Ive being trying to submit he paper work for about two weeks. Every employee tell you something different. The manager is almost unreachable. The process of canceling the membership can take up to 45 days! that is way to much time. The ugliest part is that since Ive being complaining with the about the process I cant enter to their Facebook page, is like they block me. I was on my way to write this review on Facebook but I cant. Thats the way to treat the members of a 5 star gym? Is being two weeks and they cant answer a simple email.

Lets star of by saying this is the most expensive gym on the island about $80 to $100 bucks a month, which in the good old times before the hurricanes was just ok , the equipment wasnt the fanciest but it was very well kept and they had just enough weigh lifting machines (during rush hour definetly not enough!) ac was good at night but struggled a bit on particularly hot days and the maintenance crew loved to clean the floors with extra strong Chlorine/lysol while you huffed and puffed on the treadmill sometimes they would even bang the mop against the machines. You mainly paid top dollar for all the classes they offered and the really good towel service ,if you just wanted to lift or use the machines this place was good during non rush hours and I wont even get into the very limited hours of operation ( they closed at 2:00pm on sundays !)Now 60 days after storm Maria , they are running the gym on a back up generator so they only have one floor open ( no treadmills or ellipticalls) , the gym is hot as %#^^* because the one ac they have running cant function too well on back up power , they dont have towel service and the hours of operation are even more limited (closed on Sundays ) but the rate is still $85 to $100 bucks a month ....So if you decide you rather wait until they fully reopen youll be treated to some very annoying delay tactics by management to avoid you canceling your membership and the kicker you still have to pay the upcoming month even if you cancel way before the current month is over .Honestly this was the kind of gym you wondered if you would renew your membership, even before the storm , now for $85 + a month its a complete rip off.

Can get really busy and messy at rush hour, with dumbbells and kettle bells and other equipment laying all over the floor. The Condado gym keeps a lot more tidy.

I have visited several GYMs but since I visited LIV my perspective on a healthy lifestyle has changed. From the environment, the employees, the management; They make you feel part of the family from the first time you step foot in the Club. Thanks to the Personal Trainers service I have managed to lose 45 pounds. They definitely dont compare in Puerto Rico.

The treatment and the offer were excellent with a clean place and it smells super good. The Gym is very well maintained and super organized. I come back after 2 years because I love LIV. I recommend it.

Really, customer service in terms of canceling or freezing contracts is AWFUL. Since July 3 2020 I am trying to cancel the contract and they do not answer me but they are trying to charge the account. I get to the GYM and they wont let me speak to a manager, they sent me an email saying that it had already canceled but TODAY they tried to charge double what my membership was. They really are worse than Planet Fitness or HCOA ... So expensive they are and they abuse their customers.

During the pandemic they were collecting money without authorization. They made me 4 charges that total more than $ 100. Every time they made a payment, they told me and they told me that it had been a mistake and that they would refund my money. They were doing this from April to October 2020. Since then, I am trying to get my money back and every time I call they tell me that the protocol is to write an email to the manager Amarilis Pérez and that she will communicate. Since October 2020, Ms. Pérez has not contacted me to return the more than $ 100 that they owe me. I call every week and the employees tell me the exact same thing. Yesterday, my sister was charged for membership, who had canceled it 6 months ago. She contacted and was told that the manager Amarilis Pérez, has to review her request to cancel the membership. See the reviews. Everybody says the same. Ms. Pérez does not answer and therefore keeps money from clients. Do not believe the positive reviews. Amarilis Pérez asked her employees to write reviews because they had many negatives. That was told to me by an employee because when you talk to them, you notice the annoyance of the lack of response because they are the ones who have to listen to the customers. You can even see one appear with her name. Ive been trying to figure this out for months so I dont have to write it on the networks because I dont like doing that, but Ms. Pérez left me no alternative. Never join this gym.

I do not recommend it, they are not friendly, they do not answer the phone or emails, and because of the pandemic that was closed they continued to charge monthly, they asked for letters for people who wanted to cancel due to the pandemic and however they continue to charge me monthly, I will go to Telemundo to respond

Very good environment, (machines in good condition) air conditioning. The monthly payment is according to what is offered in service Today October 11 of the 15 treadmills, only 1 can connect to the internet, all the screens do not respond to the touch screen and it is something that has been happening for at least two months.

I went to get information and they treated me excellently. With personalized attention.

They claim to be a luxury gym, but since it opened it still has the same white curtains and the same decorations. I am very disappointed, because it is not what it was at the beginning that they opened. They need to have better customer service both since you enter and train, because coaches even if they see you doing a bad exercise do not correct. They are charging a full monthly fee when the gym does not have 100% of its facilities in use. The parking must be fixed, because it has holes, objects that you can trip over and flood when it rains. It is very sad to mention that planet fitness is much better than Liv at this precise moment. Its time for Liv to have innovation, because it was a gym that had a magic and comfort that is already lost. They need to have priority in administration and objectivity. I would love it to be what it was and even better, because they have the potential.

Spectacular environment. It smells good and looks spectacular. They include water and wifi. The subscription includes all classes, a physical evaluation per month with a personal trainer, and the complex has a good variety of equipment. The staff and the subscribed people are very friendly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! I canceled my account 3 months ago and they keep charging me. NOBODY responds, Karla, the manager, didnt care to even look at my situation before implying that I was a liar and that I didnt sign anything. IT wasnt until i told her that I had COPY of all the emails I sent, that she decided to check, and found them. Its been 3 months and multiple charges to my account (besides from the monthly charges) and no response.This gym is crap. They do not have antibacterial wipes to clean the equipment. Who knows how long they last dirty. When they clean the floor after school it is with a dirty cloth.VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL, KEEP EVERY DOCUMENTED, BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE COBRANDOLES AND DO NOT GIVE THE CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I HAVE 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR THE MONEY FROM THE MONTHS THAT HAVE CHARGED ME BACK.LA MANAGER KARLA IS A SENORA WHO DOESNT WANT TO HELP ALSO.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
