I recently ordered contact lenses for my son and had them shipped directly to him. Unfortunately, they never arrived. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us track them down. When that didn’t result in a solution she reordered the lenses, chose a different and more secure shipping method at no additional cost to me. Her communication and professionalism was much appreciated in such a stressful situation. I can’t recommend Gresham Vision and their caring staff enough!

The service was great and I loved the staff. But if you’re looking to come here to get a pair of glasses with OHP, the selection isn’t the greatest. Not to mention when I came and tried the glasses on they were extremely dusty and clearly hadn’t been pulled out in a while. It’s nothing bad and I’m definitely looking forward to coming here again, but I just wish I didn’t have to see how dusty they were before trying them on because it really does make you think about the place & how they take care of such merchandise.

You will not ever find this great guy who loves all who are in need if possible. Been my Dr for about 29 years. Wont ever go to any one else, never.
