I recently had a home solar system installed by Synchro Solar and they did an amazing job from beginning to end. I got bids from several companies and although Synchro was not the cheapest option I appreciated that John actually took the time to come out to my house and meet me in person and take measurements from the roof. They were also able to work with us to modify the system in order to meet our needs and find a price we were comfortable with. The team communicated well throughout the process and was able to get the project done sooner than I expected. The installation team did a great job communicating with us while they were on site working. Synchro also has an electrician on staff who was able to swap out our old electrical panel as part of the project during the solar install. After the installation they kept us up to date on the inspections and next steps. Now the system is on and working great. Installing a solar system is a large and costly project and Im glad we trusted it to a quality company like Synchro Solar. Thank you!

I got bids from 5 companies. Synchro was the most knowledgeable and caring. Multiple visits to my home. Answered all my questions and more. The cost was similar for all the companies.Install was magnificent. They had one team on staff and the team was smart and diligent.They customized panels for me so mine are all black, no diamonds. Apparently that’s more attractive.Panels have been up 3 months and so far working fine.

Its rare that you have an experience that goes so far above and beyond good customer service, but my experience with synchro solar was just that. I was nervous to be general contracting between the roofers who were installing a new roof, and Syncho, who were removing and re-installing the solar system.Synchro gave me good advice and understanding the whole way through the process. We had to change our plan halfway through the project, when the roof came off, and we discovered issues with the way the panels were originally mounted (by a different company). I was really worried, and asked both the roofer and Synchro for options. Synchro gave me several reasonable options, and we went with a strategy that Synchro the roofer, and I all were comfortable with. Also, it didnt increase the cost of the project while being a robust solution and installation. Bottom line, it wasnt the simplest project, but these guys are absolutely top notch.They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They are technically competent and do the highest quality work and very reasonable prices. And they are legitimately good people with the highest levels of integrity.I wish every consumer interaction I have could be as good as the one I had with Synchro Solar.

Brion did an excellent job repairing and servicing my 15 year old solar thermal hot water system. I highly recommend him, his company, and solar in general for the Portland area! We will be sure to use them again. It was a pleasure.

The Synchro Solar staff were quite professional, client-friendly, and clear in their communications before, during, and after installation of our solar panels. They worked with us to remove and replace older panels during a re-roofing project, then added newer panels afterward to the existing array. The addition works seamlessly with the old. We are quite pleased with both the process and the outcome of their service.
