We have also used Oakley for thousand of dollars of work at this point. Scheduling with Oakley is easy and they do in fact give a rate discount for return customers if you come back. Our electrician Justin is super prompt, professional, clean, and very very efficient. We have had over a dozen canned lights installed, new wiring and electrical ran through all parts our home including a 220v in our crawl space into our kitchen, and our hokey electrical brought to code and organized. We will continue to use Justin for his superior knowledge of electrical code. Not to mention the office people we’ve worked with and Justin have always been pleasant to work with and seem to genuinely enjoy their roles. They are a great resource for electrical needs.

I have had Oakley electric out to my townhome multiple times to do work for me these past couple years. Over $5k worth of work which included: Panel replacement, new can lights, bathroom fan install, ceiling fan install, electric wall heater install, outlet relocation, etc. They are friendly, reliable and always on time. Once you use them once they offer a lower hourly rate, which is nice a repeat customer.They know what they are doing, however the level of detail and craftsmanship is just not there. My advice if you hire them is physically draw on the wall where you want outlets and lights to go. Also check the work for missing wall plates and crooked outlets, also specify what kind of light switches you would like, especially for dimmers.My panel is not labeled correctly, my ceiling fan is unbalanced and shakes, the heater in my office does not work correctly with the thermostat, outlets were placed in areas that do not makes sense, my bathroom fan was not attached to a joist or anything and the old one was left in the ceiling space. If they mess up and cut extra holes you have to fix them. Outlets have been loose, crooked and missing the plates. Its small things but they matter, so be prepared to fix them yourself.

We needed a level 2 electric vehicle charger and accompanying 50 amp circuit installed in our driveway. Troy offered us a very reasonable quote and Joshua got it done quickly and professionally. Theyve also wired up and installed a video doorbell for us. Everyone weve worked with from Oakley has been courteous, highly knowledgeable, and worked fast. We will definitely be returning to Oakley for our future home electrical needs.

Great service. Even though I was a bit out of their normal service range, they were able to come out same day for some emergency work and replace a faulty main breaker on my older panel. They had the work completed and I was back in service within 4 hours of my call (including a long detour to source the hard to find part). Technician was professional and courteous. Will definitely use Oakley Electric again in the future. Definite thumbs up.

I needed a feed run to my new electric water heater, which turned into a complete breaker panel replacement job. Oakley took my call and sent someone for a quote on the same day. Troy was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Bobby the electrician did a fantastic job and even worked on the weekend to finish way ahead of schedule. Every other shop said they wouldnt be able to do our job for weeks and Oakley got it done within 5 days after I first called. I cannot express how appreciative I am for Bobby and the great work he did. Oakley has a new lifetime customer.

Great customer service, efficient & worth every penny!

I scheduled a tech to come out 2 weeks in advance. They cancelled 2 days before coming. I called to reschedule, left a message and didnt hear back until I had to call them again the next day.They again cancelled my appt. less than a half hour before he was supposed to be here. They must not be worried about customer (or would be customer) satisfaction. I would give them no stars if that was an option.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Oakleys electric today. The technician was knowledgeable, very nice, and the price was very reasonable. He found an electrical problem that could have caused a serious issue in my home and I truly appreciate that. A previous electrician had wired something wrong and he found it and and rewired it correctly. I would definitely recommend Oakleys Electric to anyone searching for an electrician

Scam. They attempt to collect money by saying they have an appointment with you, showing up, billing you for missing it.They conveniently never have a working phone or email for you to call and cancel when needed. Then they show up after you’ve canceled.Beware.
