Walked in with my immuno-compromised vaccinated masked partner showing symptoms of flu with fears of COVID...we were turned away because we dont take walk ins in the afternoon. Then post that time policy instead of may be unable due to COVID with plenty of rooms open and stop wasting sick peoples time. Zoom Care was able to diagnose a positive Covid case, so thanks for nothing.

I went in for something that pops up periodically, and the provider, who didnt know me from Adam, diagnosed me with something Id been dealing with for DECADES with no answers. He looked at a slight rash on my skin (not why I was there), started asking questions, then more questions, then more and more and more.... And suddenly the last 30 years made sense. Ever had one of those moments where you meet the right person at the right time who just happens to have the right knowledge for exactly what you need? It was crazy. I dont believe in God, but now I believe in miracles.

I got scammed. While looking at free covid testing facilities, I had called once ahead of time to check that it was free given that I had no insurance, and I had received an affirmative response, saying that yes, indeed the testing was free, despite not having insurance. Upon arrival, I asked again, and was told once more that the covid test would be free, despite not having insurance. Lo and behold, I received a bill today totalling 254.4 dollars, which I simply cannot afford as a college student. After multiple calls and talking to various staff, the only option I was given was to pay the bill in monthly installments, however this doesnt resolve the primary issue of me being charged despite being told on two separate occasions that it would be free despite not having insurance.Tldr: avoid going here for covid testing

I was frustrated and disappointed with the tech…. No bedside manner AT ALL!, during initial check in she said she couldn’t trust my 2 year old when she said it hurt when touching her arm… then when imaging she got mad that my two year old moved her broken arm and stated “if she can’t hold still she’ll have to go to the ER” I was doing the best I could as a terrified mom of a 2year old who could have a broken bone (first timer for me) 2year olds dont sit still in general, I was panicking and felt like this lady just didn’t get it! I stopped by this *urgent care* because my kid started screaming in the car with the chest pain and inability to breathe. It was about 5:45 on Sunday and they still admitted 3 patients in front of us. When I told them what the problem was, I was told that they were instructed not to take any more patients and that we could go to another urgent care or come back tomorrow. What kind of urgent care and more importantly a medical worker would turn away a patient who’s in tears with chest pain and not being able to catch breath. I surely hope that it won’t turn into anything serious and we can make it to a more caring place. I will NEVER go to a Legacy clinic again. They have NOTHING on zoomCare.

***UPDATE***After following up on my reviews, MODA and Legacy were able to fix the billing and have my services paid fully. I appreciate them following up and looking into it and getting it dealt with.*************I am a dentist and had a scratchy throat back in June. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I called and told them I think I need to get a covid test. They required me to set up a video conference appointment which I did to tell the provider and they quickly set me up a covid test. The next day I did a drive up covid test which was negative. Now, months later I receive a bill for $230.50 as the outpatient appointment (5 minute video call) of $193.00 was not covered at all because my insurance MODA is out of network. The covid test for $125 was only partially covered.Ive spent over an hour and a half on the phone with them and my insurance to be told that it is an out of network appointment. Why am I being charged $230.00 during a pandemic to get a required covid test that I am doing to keep my patient population safe and why was I not told that my insurance was out of network before my appointment? I run a dental office and we are able to tell all patients if they are in or out of network immediately and never surprise people with bills. How is this okay during a pandemic. How is it okay to charge $193 for a 5 minute video conference that is covid related. This is unacceptable and a disgrace and should be illegal.

This place has some of the worst nurses and doctors Ive ever had to deal with. During my check in I explained to the nurse what was wrong and she said I was over exaggerating and that she cannot give me narcotics. She then told me the doctor was busy but could see me the next day so I left and came back the next day only to be told the same thing. Now I am at the Keizer hospital waiting for surgery, I took this time to write the review so that others don’t make the same mistake I did. No matter how much it costs your life deserves quality care and legacy is not about quality or about caring for their patients.

I am from out of town and unfortunately ended up at this place because I was in a snowboard accident on Mt Hood. Upon arrival I made it clear i did not have my health care documentation, the receptionist said she would be unable to verify if their services would be covered. I understood this even though I was dehydrated, concussed and in pain. I turned to my friend who had driven me 45 min to get there to discuss the situation and maybe rethink our plan. As we began to talk another nurse who had been listening chimed in. They said it really looked like I needed to be seen and even stated that most of their patients visits only cost 200-300 dollars. Given the situation I was in her persuasion got me to stay. It cost 165 dollars before they did anything for me at all. This same persuasive person was so focused on collecting information I had to stop her and ask for water being that I was still feeling like I could faint at any moment. After talking to the doctor we agreed I needed an x-ray on my hand, but she also believed I needed another on my pelvis. The doctor used language that pretty much made me very nervous about my pelvis even though I thought it was most likely fine. When I got to the x-ray room I had to ask the technician how much each x-ray would cost seeing as I may have to pay out of pocket. They didnt even know and had to go find out. When they returned with the price they said I had to obviously decided if I wanted it, but the amount of time was as short as the pressure was high. Still being hurt and out of sorts did not help. I ended up getting both x-rays because the doctors language about pelvic fractures bleeding had me scared and I was out of town away from support systems. The doctor ended up relocating a finger and splinting it as well as another finger which they thought was broken but never ended up telling me if it was or not. My pelvis was fine so I didnt need that x-ray which I deep down knew but was too scared and uninformed on the subject to make a good decision. The x-ray for my hand was needed but the information about my finger being broken or not was never forwarded. They did relocate another finger which I appreciated. So basically I was very unprepared to be injured in a distant place and I think these people did a poor job of helping make me comfortable and talk about the financial decisions of my visit. The total cost for my visit was just over 1000 dollars, 3 to 5 times as much as the persuasive person at the door said a usual visit cost and all I had was a dislocated finger. I am not trying to downplay my short comings in the situation i messed up, but I believe the whole process was not in my best interest. In the future if i am not insured properly I will definitely fend for myself because the use of one of my fingers isnt worth being homeless or going hungry.

I went in to have an abscess looked at. I’d had it for over a week and was given antibiotics 48 hrs prior and I was still experiencing a ton of pain, 103 degree fevers at night and was so sick all together that I hadn’t been able to get out of bed for days. I went in after learning that the type of cyst I had wouldn’t go away with antibiotics alone and would need to be drained to get all the infection out.The PA I saw came into the room, didn’t introduce himself or ask any questions and told me to lay flat on my face to look at it. He proceeds to do so, and said I was fine. I told him that I was told that it probably needed be be drained by my doctor and he proceeded to say that my doctor was “moronic” and that I should “bring in a single medical journal that says that antibiotics don’t work in abscesses” so he could “pass it around”. He then said I should leave and walked out without another word.I’m immunosuppressed. I have been gotten seriously I’ll from small things like this before and I was worried, with my extreme fatigue and fever the abscess was going to infect the rest of my body. Instead of even being decent, the PA was rude, verbally accosting and inappropriate. He didn’t even ask me a single thing so I could explain that. He is in so much pain that it is literally stopping him from being mobile. Yet she send him out the door with a Advil shot and tells him to take Advil during the day. I’m so tired of doctors not caring about true pain. If these doctors where in as much pain as my husband is in they would be on pain killers themselves. It’s so sad that so many people miss use pain medication that people that actually need it don’t get it! She did a few little taps on his back and said take Advil. She didn’t care to take a X-ray or order a MRI. I know something is seriously wrong with his back and he is being mistreated. STAY AWAY IF YOUR IN ANY PAIN.

Fast, easy, convenient when you are sick!! I had medication in my system within one hour of walking in the place. That is unheard of until now.I had a reason to go today, walked in, was put in an exam room within 5-10 minutes, seen about 20 minutes later, and walked out the door with a couple of prescriptions - one which was filled for less than half the price at a major drug store chain. It was $15.00.My experience was great. I was feeling and looking lousy, and everyone was friendly, very polite, helpful and efficient. I wish Id gone here sooner. Ive been feeling lousy from a chronic condition and decided to chance going in.They give 20% off the $150 price if you pay in full at the time of visit, which I did ($118, charged at end-credit back to debit card). Nice and efficient staff. Usually, the wait is not too long either. What I do not like about this company is their requirement to keep your debit or credit card on file. We dont keep ours on file anywhere, as there have been breeches in the past with people getting our personal information. Since, I am told this is a requirement for EVERY since person who comes in I am thinking this could be a type of discrimination towards certain people groups. As there are some people who dont or cant have a bank account or credit card. It means they wont get the care they need here, and that does not make it ok.

Absolutely awesome staff. They were very kind, helpful, actually took the time to listen to my concerns, and even worked to cheer up my little one. My two year old was nervous and crying when we went in, but by the time we left he was high fiving the PA (Paige) and medical assistant, and had a handful of stickers to take home. Thank you so much for greatly improving a worried mamas day! All around excellent experience.

I was impressed with the attention and thoughtfulness of the staff; they anticipated my needs before I verbalized them (ie, providing me with heat packs so the IV fluids didnt make me cold).

The best Quick Care I have ever experienced! The whole office was clean, efficient, and friendly! After many bad experiences at quick cares in other states, they renewed my faith in Quick Cares.

Everyone was professional, friendly and awesome. I came in to get stitches from a bike riding accident and they wisked me in right away and the whole experience was so much nicer than I was expecting. They were gentle and kind and I highly recommend this clinic.

In a recent visit to Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care - Gresham I was seen promptly and professionally. Tests were taken, results explained and information sent with me to help avoid a repeat of the problem. Being a visitor and unfamiliar with the area they were patient and helpful about a suitable location to pick up a prescription. I would recommend them highly.

I had an on the job injury and the staff at Legacy Go-Health were very nice and helpful in getting me better. It was so nice instead of going to an emergency room when I clearly didnt need to go there and waste valuable resources of the emergency room staff.

If I could write 0 Stars I would . The physician Sandra Olwell, seemed to be having a bad day. I’m in excruciating pain due to injury at work. She seemed to be irritated when I questioned her about my case. The notes that were taken were not my words. She was receiving and relaying false information and it was critical to my case that I have EXACT WORDS of where my pain was and how it occurred. I was saw by 3 different physicians who didn’t overview my chart because they didn’t understand I have acid reflux and cannot consume ibuprofen. They didn’t even examine where the pain was or the fact it was bruising. Just figured muscle relaxers and over the counter medicine would do it. When Sandra was answering my concerns about the notes she began belittling me with her big medical terms telling me she was IN CHARGE of if my case was worthy of her time or even worth 5 previous times I’ve been there. This being the 6th and never experiencing this I was shocked and asked her why she was being A B. I didn’t curse at this woman, I don’t curse may be known to lose my temper but not curse. She instantly began to turn red shouting at the top of her lungs putting everybody in our business making the situation less confidential and just embarrassing me totally . She stormed out slamming both the door she walked out and office she went in. I thought She was an overreacting and being so unprofessional. As I spoke with the front desk trying to figure out how I could get this situation that went overboard of them falsifying my words resorted she comes out in a rage like do I need to call security. It’s like both my legs are injured I am no threat to anyone. At this point she was demonstrating discriminaton. I’m a black woman. She challenged me many times, and her staff referred me to Providence. Some staff seemed a little use to this type of behavior from her and the rest was annoyed.

I hate that they are only open till 8pm. Used to be open till 9pm. My injury isn’t bad enough to warrant going to emergency but it’s bad enough I can’t wait 2 weeks to see my doctor.
