As happenstance would have it, twice before my massage appointment I was struck with pain. Severe back pain from working on my computer daily, and secondly sciatica which I had never experienced previously! Both were excruciating and both times my pain was relieved during my appointment! Marcelino has an amazing gift to pinpoint your pain or area that needs work and miraculously correct it. I highly recommend him and Elements massage!

Excellent massage with Marcelino! He listened well and is highly skilled at dealing with trigger points. I deal with chronic back & shoulder tension and he is able to relieve it. He demonstrates stretching techniques during the massage that instantly help. He gave me a card with stretching I can do at home too. Very helpful! I was impressed with his professionalism and soft nature but also his strong massage. A perfect combo for a masseuse. The manager, Jade, is also professional, helpful and friendly. Elements follows all Covid protocols and is immaculate. I haven’t purchased a membership yet but plan on it this week. The owner, also friendly, explained it to me and there’s no reason not to get one. No strings attached so I’m in!

From start to finish, my experience at Elements Massage. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional. They take the necessary steps to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Marcelino listened to where my problem areas were and went above and beyond with the right amount of pressure, stretching and advice on how to ease tension at home. I will be coming back to Elements Massage for my next massage!

I’ve gotten a massage several times since they opened and every massage has been great. Very relaxing and professional. I just had a massage with Ina and she was so amazing. She knew the right tigger points to tackle after I explained my tension and I feel so much better!

I loved my session with Lee!!! He is truly a professional in his field. I suffer with long term back & shoulder pain, and after an hour with him I let out a sigh of relief thats been a long time coming. The whole experience, from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out, is guaranteed to have that calm and relaxing ambiance you seek for.

My massage with Cassandra was extremely relaxing and I felt so much better after! Thomas and Jade were helpful with determining what type of massage I needed based on my stress and pain points. The studio is clean and the location is perfect. I cant wait to come in again next month!

I had such a great massage this week at Elements! This location is really conveniently located, with easy parking, and super helpful staff. The masseuse was really professional and in tune with where I needed the most help. Would recommend to anyone who needs a little break or a treat for themself!

What a great experience! Everything from the massage to the staff- golden. This was my first massage and it won’t be my last after today. Well run, efficient and 110% relaxing. I can’t wait to go back in a couple months!! Highly recommend this location.

Negative stars. ABSOLUTE worst scheduling staff. Booked 10 days in advance, got a call to say they double booked and if I could move my appt to a later time. Sure. Received maybe 3-4 confirmation emails and texts only to get a call less than 12 hours before scheduled appt day of that they were cancelling. The. WORST.

The entire Elements experience was outstanding. The staff was warm and friendly and everything was incredibly clean and spotless. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. Marcelino is a magician! HIGHLY recommend!

I will not ever call this location for a service again. I’ve had multiple cancellations (one more than a week before the date of service) poor communication from the location and a lack of willingness to help with a remedy. I would not trust them to keep an appointment you set.
