1) I had an emergency come up last minute and called to cancel. The person I spoke to on the phone kindly and professionally offered me a later spot on the same day because my appointment was for a special occasion the next day. Luckily everything worked out and I was able to call back and they rescheduled me for my original appointment time!2) Ivy gave me both first time Brazilian and underarm waxes and made my experience as painless as possible!3) Camryn and Sabia were the managers at the time and they were wonderful as well!I was so pleasantly surprised that I signed up for a membership on the spot. I highly recommend the Greenwood Village location!

I had an amazing facial with Amber! She is so skilled, and so great with people she makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Amber also is not shy to share her professional recommendations and knowledge with you, you leave feeling refreshed beautiful and more confident in your home skin care routine knowledge! I will definitely be coming back here to see Amber!

My advice is to go elsewhere and not trust this company with your money. If you allow them to auto-draft monthly and choose not to spend the money in your account during a pandemic, they will take it. Yes, you heard right - even during a pandemic. I canceled my membership during COVID last year because I had so much credit built up and didnt want to continue to load money into an account that I knew I wouldnt be using for a while. Months later, when I am finally comfortable and excited to venture back into a salon atmosphere as mask restrictions are lifted, Im told they took my money. All of it. They have a clause that states if you cancel, you have a few months to spend the money in your account. Okay, I could live with that as long as its explained during cancellation AND they waive that clause during a world-wide pandemic when many are uncomfortable going into public, much less a salon-type atmosphere. Ethically shameful. I would suggest Glosshouz in Centennial for anyone looking for a spa/salon with membership perks - they know how to treat their customers with care and respect.

I am typically a pretty easy to please customer. I really wanted to post this review to give people a heads up with what they will most likely run into when using Ella Bliss DTC. I have gone quite a few times due to having a pretty gracious gift card as a Birthday gift. I have used at least 5 different nail techs at Ella Bliss DTC and one nail tech was able to provide me with a durable skilled manicure/pedicure, typically I do shellacs. Now 1 good nail tech is all that it truly required for me to attend a nail salon, however at this salon I could not get past the unprofessional behaviors of the employees, both behind the counter and the technicians. Quotes that I have heard are I cant believe what customers ask of us, They really scheduled my appointments tightly today, I feel so rushed, She only does a good job on the nails around 40% of the time. This is only a hand full of the negative/unprofessional comments that have been said right in front of the customers-not even whispered. When I go to the salon I need relaxation, and this place does not provide that for me, so I have moved on. If one pays over $60 for a manicure, I expect at least an attempt of a positive environment or just basic respect.

Everyone is very friendly! I love the drink menu and the relaxing pamper sensation vibes! A great way to wind down and refresh your hands and feet!

Had to cancel my service due to a work emergency, and was told that I was going to be charged for 1/2 the cost of the service because I didn’t cancel my service 24 hours prior. Mind you - I booked this service less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time as it is. I hold a monthly membership here, and was told that one of my member credits ($66 value) could not cover this expense, and that my card would be charged. Moral of the story - don’t expect to be given grace for when life happens, even if you’re a loyal customer.

I love Ella Bliss!!! It is my happy place. Everyone who works there is so professional, friendly and just a pleasure to be around. The manager, Megan Rodman, is so incredible and really fosters an environment like no other. She is always so willing to help book an appointment, go the extra mile to make your service more enjoyable and add a smile to your day. Megan has also touched my heart personally...my kids school needed a few donations and Megan was more than willing to give back, even in this environment. I just adore Megan and love the salon.

I have been going to Ella Bliss in GWV for close to 3 years now for mani/pedi. Everyone is so nice. I bring my young son with me and he likes to get his toes done as well. They have little chairs for kids. My nail tech, Shelby is AMAZING!! She always does the best job. My Shellac stays for a solid 2 weeks and my regular toe polish stays for 4-5 weeks without chipping. This place has always been CLEAN but especially during COVID they are sure to take extra precautions. I promise you will be in good hands and around a great group!

I went to TWO different Salons thinking my experience would be different. It wasnt. Im so disappointed. I went in on Tuesday for a dip manicure had a great conversation with the tech who worked on me and went home. Friday one of my nails break. With dip if a nail breaks that early I should have felt it in some shape or form. I didnt. I called to schedule a fix thinking maybe its the one nail. Last night (sunday) one day after I go in for my fix. ANOTHER nail breaks. I have 5 already coming off my nails and one broken one. I had 3 good nails thats it in total of the entire session. The same thing happened at the Highlands Ranch location except they at least lasted two weeks. Im cancelling my membership and wont be going back. I wasted time and money that should be going to a place with better knowledge on how to do dip and takes care of their product, this shouldnt come off faster than a regular manicure. Dip is meant to last at least 3-4 weeks.

This is such a great place! The staff is fantastic and the services are amazing! I have had my nails done a few times by Monique, and she is great! She is incredibly talented and so sweet. I love being a member here and I tell everyone about it!

Very disapointing. I have been looking for a new nail tech since mine left the industry. At first glance I loved this place. The receptionist was super friendly and my nail tech was very friendly and really seemed to know what she was doing. When she finished, in their poor lighting, my dip nails looked pretty good, but the second I walked outside I could see how bumpy and uneven they were. They look terrible! To top it off, it has been two days and I have had two of them just pop off. I paid twice as much to get a really subpar product. It makes me sad because I loved the atmosphere, but the finished product simply was worse than I have had anywhere.

I became a member and quickly cancelled. My manicure lasted only a week, and my pedi chipped within 2 weeks. It’s a pandemic! I’m literally doing nothing. The wax technicians seem okay, but the nail technicians are lacking in skill. I’m going to try their other locations to finish out my membership — hopefully I receive better service.

I went for a facial and asked if they do blackheads extraction, the aesthetician said yes, so my main thing was to extract the blackheads and I told her that more than one time and she did it. When I went back home to see hows my skin doing and off course check if all the blackheads were removed. I find out that 90% of my blackheads still there and she literally removed two on each cheek ( thats where I have my blackheads mostly, I know there were two on each cheek because I can see the the red mark from the area were removen

My membership to Ella Bliss was the best decision Ive ever made. I usually go at least once per month, so its very much worth it. At the greenwood village location, all of the staff are super nice, accommodating, and non-judgmental. Steven (front of house) is so sweet and makes you feel right at home. I just had a killer massage by Kiersten, but all of their staff are awesome. I have never had a bad experience here, or any of their locations. Highly recommend to anyone who needs me time!

One of the worst body waxing I ever got. There were so many spots on my legs that got rashes due to overdoing waxing and some other areas where she did waxing and still had visible hair. Seems like she has no idea about the skill of waxing. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I’ve never had a good nail technician at this salon. (Tried 3) Honestly, my girlfriends 11 yr old has done a better job painting my nails. I became a member and hung in with them /making payments/ even though they were closed during the beginning of the pandemic. Since they’ve reopened - you can definitely tell that the remaining staff is the B team. In addition, the owner blatantly neglected to offer me a beverage on my last visit because I was late for my appointment. Childish.

Such a fantastic place to get a massage and some drinks. Mina and Devon are absolutely wonderful and give amazing massages. Highly recommend both of them! The service at this location is always the best too! Can’t wait to go back!

I went here for both my engagement photo makeup and my wedding makeup, both times were absolutely amazing. The makeup artists take the time to listen to what you want and take their time in the process. The manager is so nice and sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs their makeup done or anything else they want done.

This was my first time at Ella Bliss and I will definitely be returning. On your first visit they give you complimentary drink and a free upgrade. I did a dip manicure for the first time and I love it. Rachel was my nail technician and she was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions I had regarding dip. Rude nail techs. I kindly asked the one who was doing my nails to please sanitize her tools before using them on me, as I watched her just finish up with her previous client. She refused and claimed they were clean. How are they clean when I just saw you using them? Would not recomend unless you want some sort of infection.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I wish I wouldve had a heads up before my experience here. I got a manicure and the woman who did it was super nice but she was really aggressive on the nails and cuticles, not only did I bleed during the manicure but all of my fingers were sensitive the next day. Ive had plenty of manicures, so I can say with confidence that this isnt normal. The manicure was sloppy and the edges of my nails were ragged when I left, I had to smooth them out at home. I was also surprised by the limited selection of colors... only one light pink? And finally, I have to admit, even if I had a better experience, I would have found their push for their membership to be a big turn off.

During my first introduction to Ella Bliss, I had a great experience. I had an awesome esthetician, two welcoming and knowledgeable front desk staff, and great atmosphere. I loved it so much that I purchased a membership. I am excited to return to this one stop beauty bar.

I hate having to write a bad review but I was quite dissatisfied with my service.I booked a mani/pedi at Greenwood Village about two weeks in advance because I wanted to get it done on my birthday. Then the day of my appointment (my birthday) they called a couple hours before my appointment time to reschedule for 2-3 weeks out. I really wanted it done that day (because it was my birthday) so I asked if there was anyway I could still do it that day. The lady rescheduled me for about an hour later with someone else. Next I’ve left the house, on my way to the appointment, and they call me again and say there isn’t enough time to do both mani and pedi so I had to choose. Again, very dissatisfied since I already left my house and really wanted to get both done that day because I never treat myself to get nails done. I asked if there was any way I could still get both and she checked for another location and the Broadway location was available a couple hours later. So I drove all the way out to downtown Denver to be able to still get this done and when I show up the lady I got was very unfriendly and short with me. She did eventually start talking to me and was nice but it seemed forced. She starts me with the pedi and asks what I’m doing for the mani and I said a French tip dip (like I scheduled from the beginning two weeks prior) and she said “No we have you down for gel.” I said no... it’s dip it has always been scheduled as dip so I have no idea why it would suddenly say gel. She left to go check and came back and said “Well there’s no time for a French tip dip I can either do French tip gel or solid dip color.” So I decided with solid dip color. When it comes time for the mani, the lady (I forgot her name) didn’t seem to be very familiar with dip. Actually the complete opposite. She kept shoving my finger in the container and hitting the tip of my nail against the bottom, and she admitted that she just couldn’t do a French tip with dip. When we were finishing up she kept showing the managers that were working at the time and saying “Look at her nails they’re DIP.” And “See look I can do dip!” That wasn’t very reassuring. From the way she acted and talked it seemed like it was her first time ever doing dip. Makes sense because they starting lifting like glue on nails within the first week. I had to either super glue them back on so they wouldn’t keep ripping out my hair or take them off completely so now my nails are super thin and short.

I’ve been a member here for awhile and I really like it. My nails always look good and I’ve never had an issue getting in. I never feel rushed during my appointment and I like that so many other beauty needs can be met here if needed. Everyone that works here is great as well!

Ive being going to Ella Bliss in Greenwood Village/Centennial for the last 5 months, and each time I leave I feel more refreshed and relaxed than when I arrived. This past Saturday I received a massage from Serena. Serena was great. She has strong hands and was able to really get at the knots, and alleviate tension I had.

Gina is the best esti I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for five years for all my skincare needs. She’s the brow queen, and skin expert. She can answer all of my questions and never sells me anything I don’t need. Go see her, you won’t regret it.

Wow. I came here for my first massage, pedicure/spa experience in Denver and I am AMAZED. Literally, if I were going to design a day spa, Ella Bliss is what it would be. First of all, they provided me with a complimentary drink as a first time visitor, so my pink mimosa helped get me in the zone for my day of pampering. They have a full bar with tons of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink options, so I highly recommend getting there well before your appointment to enjoy a cocktail.The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable while I filled out the paperwork for my massage, then I was brought into the spa waiting room where I could sip my mimosa and begin relaxing with the tranquil music and aromatherapy samples.Amanda did my massage and it was awesome. Sometimes I spend a lot of the time wondering what is going to happen next or wishing they would alter the technique, but Amanda was really sweet, focused on my tension areas, but was very receptive to if I needed anything changed up. She gave me a hot neck wrap, an eye mask, and the bed was already at a proper height for me, which has NEVER happened in all of my spa going life!!! I definitely am going to upgrade to a 70 or 90 minute massage next time, now that I know how awesome they are.Next up was my pedicure, with Vanessa, who was super sweet, and got me a small, very comfortable chair so that my feet would be at the proper height, and I wouldnt be in an uncomfortable position The scrub, and leg massage was awesome and although she was super efficient and did a great job, it was the fastest pedicure ever! Perfect for me. I am so sick of trying to go for a quick pedicure and having to sit there for 3 hours because they do so many pointless things and make you dry for 20 minutes. Another really cool feature is that EVERY pedicure chair has an iPad, so you can surf the web or read digital magazines instead of fumbling with gross old issues of People. I also asked for a glass of water during my pedicure and was surprised to be handed a real glass with ice and a straw, instead of a paper cup of lukewarm water.They also bring you a wheel of all the color swatches for your nails so you can choose your color as they begin, so you dont have to stand around awkwardly looking at the bottles on the shelf! They really thought of everything in terms of efficiency!After all of my treatments (that went by way too fast and I had wished I could stay all day) I went to pay and because of specials, everything ended up being HALF of what I expected. I was simply amazed, and the girl who cashed me out, kindly explained their membership program to me without making me feel pressured to purchase anything that day. Because of that, I might even be more likely to sign up.Oh Ella Bliss, I cannot wait to come back, you are exactly what this stressed out girl needed on a Sunday afternoon.Update: I did sign up for the membership and look forward to my monthly escape from the busy city life! I have had a facial, waxing, and many staff and never had a bad experience! I am now planning how to incorporate the world of Ella into my some day wedding plans ;)

I bought my sister the microdermabrasion treatment for her birthday. She told me she had sensitive skin. I told her that she should be able to still get the treatment as long as she receives soothing treatments after. She initially came in for a consult prior to her treatment or at least that is what she thought, but was brought in for a regular facial instead. I wanted to her have a facial treatment not a frou-frou facial. I paid $136 and her facial was $96. So now she has left over money that she doesnt care to go back for. Wish they would refund my money.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years, and every time I have any appointment, I always leave blissfully satisfied. My manicures and pedicures that I regularly get here always last so much longer than the mani/pedis I get at any other location, and every artist Ive worked with is excellent at their job and is warm and friendly. The worst experience ever! It was my first time getting hard gel. I went and saw Shelby who supposedly according to the location in highlands ranch is a lead. I’ll give her credit she was very nice and funny. HOWEVER, she did a horrible job on my nails. I paid $63 for nothing. I came in and she started cutting my nails and glued the tips. I asked about cutting the cuticles a few times and she did not listen to me despite me telling her that my cuticles needed to be cut bc they are hard. instead she just pushed some of my cuticles back. She then applied the gel over my nails and missed so many areas (she did not do the gel over all of my natural nail which was very obvious). In addition my middle finger had one nail longer than the other...:( I wanted the Matt look and Shelby wouldn’t put the Matt too coat. I asked her and told her I wanted the Matt coat and she responded by saying I don’t need it because it makes no difference. Well I walked outside to my car and as soon as I looked at my nails out in the light I can see all of the filer marks on the nails because there was not a top coat. I walked back inside and asked them to fix it with the middle finger that was shorter than the other but the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me that she’d schedule me for tomorrow because she did not have anyone to do it for me as they are full. She said she would schedule me for the next day but I would have to pay $18 for the polish which she said she’d drop to $10....I agreed to it despite thinking it was super unfair. regardless it was a horrible expensive experience. I then called the highlands ranch location and told them about my experience because I wanted to see if they can fit me in that same day so I don’t have to pay again and once I told them the story of my experience with Shelby they spoke with the managers and told me to come in to get the top coat and the middle short finger for free the next day with Melissa who did a great job on fixing them.Overall, the salon experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The hard gel experience is horrible as well. I got my nails done on May 25,2019 and literally today a week later the nails are cracking and look like they have air bubbles inside of them. If I can rate this location as a -10 I would. I’ve been told not to visit them again and I definitely would not. Highlands ranch was much better but I still will not be returning with the expensive price, bad customer service and bad products (I’m assuming the hard gel is bad as it’s already getting bad less than a week later seeing that people said it would last at least 3weeks). No manager has reached out to me to apologize or refund my money or even offer to redo my nails at the location of my choosing for a better experience since the dtc area was horrible. I am very disappointed! I was mostly disappointed when I learned Shelby is a lead at the dtc location. How can a lead do that to a customer?!

My masseuse was strong enough for a deep pressure massage, which can be hard to find! The neck warmer was a great touch. The quiet room and piped-in music were great.

Truly blissful. I love that I can book all the services online and it automatically finds me a slot that I can get any combination of mani, pedi, blow out or massage. I live in between both locations and regularly visit both. The only downside is Saturday appointments book up quick but thats a good sign. I really like that I know everything is sanitized since they pull it out of sanitary bags like the doctors office.

This is a great place to pamper yourself. Im a repeat customer.. so that should say a lot.

This is hands down my favorite spa! Every single team member is professional, fun and polite. I had a great massage by Quang last week. He was so knowledgable and really helped me work out some tension Ive been carrying in my back. I also would recommend Caitlyn if you prefer a female therapist. Give Ella Bliss a try, they are awesome at what they do, not to mention this is also the prettiest spa EVER!

No information provided that you will be charged for missed appts for unexpected emergencies beyond your control. I called ahead and they pushed to reschedule. I could have shown up 1/2 hour late due to road accident the next evening, but they would not have been able to complete full service.I will not be using this company.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!When I was 7 months pregnant my husband lost his job unexpectedly. I went in and quietly shared this very personal information and asked if I could cancel my membership because we could no longer afford it. I was told that I would have to pay for two more months before I could cancel. Again I embarrassingly tried to explain that $90 was now a big deal to me especially since I had just come from the Medicaid office and WIC office... Nope still had to pay. Fine. I get I signed a contract. They offered to put in a freeze until I could pay the two months to cancel. Fine...Fast forward 6 months my husband finds a job and we find out we are moving to Illinois in two weeks. I go in again and explain my situation. IM NOT KIDDING. They tell me again that I have to pay the two months to cancel. Im sorry maybe you are not hearing me. IM LEAVING THE STATE IN TWO WEEKS. You want me to pay for two services that Ill never get to use?!?!?!?!? YEP. I asked to talk to the owner, she wouldnt come out. I asked her to call me she didnt. She had a manager call me and they offered to just make me pay one more month. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!!!RIDICULOUS. This is a prime example of horrendous customer service. I REPEAT DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. Such a shame...it is a beautiful place. I held off on writing this because I like a couple of girls that work there quite a bit and didnt want to hurt their business but my fav is leaving soon and people should know. This owner doesnt give a crap about you or treating you fairly. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Great atmosphere, but got a dip powder mani that came off after 5 days.

Ella Bliss in Greenwood Village is the only spa I trust with my mani/pedis! The atmosphere is calm, clean and fun and Shelby is the best nail artist, with impeccable attention to detail!

Dont care for it, chairs uncomfortable, stingy with drinks, last time I went, pedicurist rushed through, wont return.

Great place for massage, facial, nails, blowouts, and lashes! Love this place!

We went as a family for facials and massages for Spring Break. The staff went out of their way to schedule a time we could all go together and really took care of us!

Its really pretty and relaxing inside, the atmosphere is great, but they charged me $25 for an eyebrow wax and it was terrible. Its so dark inside the room she was doing it in, she probably couldnt see.

Awesome place for a pedi!

I booked the private room for a Bridal Shower and the whole experience was NOT BLISSFUL. First, they force a contract down your throat then demand payment. Ok fine. Then three days before the event, the staff called me asking for payment... again. ummm NO. I paid and once she found the payment all seemed good to go. Nope. Wrong again. I was called again, stating that they needed each guests name and the item(s) that they were to be receiving. Wait, what? So here I was boarding a plane to come to the event and having to contact each guest and awkwardly ask them what service they would like. I emailed the spreadsheet and showed up for the event on time. I was verbally told that if I did not supply them with the requested information I personally was going to be charged for each person that did not show up or if they changed their mind they only wanted a pedicure and not a mani/pedi I would have been charged $ 25.00 for each occurrence. This rule of this charging is not found in the contract I have. We brought our own plates, had to ask for a trash can.(really?) The Bride was serviced 1st and the 2 flower girls, ages 4 & 9 were served last. How smart was that? Lets make the children wait 2 hours before they receive their service. The Bride chose polish and as we watched the shellac dry, it clearly was not the color she chose. We were looking at a bight purple instead of a deep dark blue. The manicurist apologized and painted over the original coat. One would think that the salon would have the numbers labeled correctly on the bottom of the bottles. The rudest manicurist ( not mentioning her name) told one of the flower girls that she Could not have THAT COLOR. This was completely uncalled for. She is not her parent or her care taker. It is none of her business what color the child had chosen. If we wanted shellac on the child that is our bloody decision, not hers. I would NOT recommend this facility or the other location to my enemy. Weak drinks and small glasses for your First free beverage. The females in this place are rude and not accommodating. I was so angry, I personally did not receive a service. Why would I when they couldnt get the Brides paint correct?

I went here for the first time with my friend for a girls day. It was AWEFUL! First off it all started with booking the appointment. They didnt ask us any questions as to if we wanted nail art (which requires booking extra time) nor did they ask if we had shellac already and if so it would require more time also.They needed a credit card to hold the reservation and then kept me on the phone when I called back with my cc number for 20 minutes because she couldnt figure out how to take my reservation because the computer was acting up.So we get there for our appointments and my tech sat down and asked me if I had on shellac and I said yes. She began the process of removing it and asked me to start choosing a color. I did. The. Asked if I could have nail art on one nail. She said unfortunately no. Im booked and you have to book extra time. Oh ok. Would have been nice to be told that on the phone. I was also scheduled for a pedicure and she asked me if I was scheduled for one and I said yes. She seemed frustrated and hurried through what was the WORST manicure of my life. She didnt trim my cuticles back or the dead skin on the sides of my fingers. The polish was streaky, sloppy and she started the polish a 1/4 of the way up my nails so I have gaps of no polish at all on my nails. My thumb began to peele off before I even left! Then she finished the last hand and said ok you can go sit over there for the pedicure.I said uh you put lotion on one hand but not my other? She said oh ya I forgot. Huh??!So I sat down for the pedicure. She said do you have shellac on your toes? I said yes. She seemed flustered and annoyed. She got it off and then told me to put my feet in the water. Plain water. No salt not bubbles no nothing. She pulls my feet out, pats them dry. Trims the nails, buffs them and polished them. THATS IT. No scrub. No massage. No buffing my feet. She didnt communicate anything to me just got up and said thank you and walked on to her next appointment.I am in the service industry. That was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I get my nails done every month. I know have an infected thumb nail because I had a broken nail when I went and two days later I am in an extreme amount of pain.I told them this at the front desk. They gave me a $10 upgrade card to use. They said can you come back later to get it redone? I had already been there 3 HOURS! I had things to do! They then said to come back he next day and I could PAY then and use my $10 upgrade cars they gave me for something extra.Huh? So not only did you do a horrible job but now you want me to come back and spend more time in there and still pay on top of it?! How about you offer to comp it this time for wasting my time and tell me to keep the $10 cars for a future visit. Ellas Bliss you need to hire better nail techs and your managerial staff needs some major training in customer service. I will not be returning and I only came there because my sister in law goes all the time with her girl friends. Ill be telling her she can have the gift card I got for Christmas back because I have no desire to go back there. This place is horrible.
