Had neck and shoulder pain on and off for about 3 years but this past year was especially bad so my doctor sent a referral over! I had 8 sessions with James and my neck and shoulder feel exponentially better. I have some simple exercises my trainer gave me to continue to strengthen my muscles so would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service. Used the cupping and dry needling which really helped relax my tight muscles and reduce my pain level. I will definitely be using Pivot in the future if the need arises.

I went into Pivot physical therapy with being diagnosed with menieres disease, and I had severe dizziness problems . My therapist helped me work through my problems with excercises for my neck and some stretches and other techniques. After about several visits he was able to help me out. For that I appreciate all he did for me . The staff and therapist were real friendly and I definitely recommend them !
