My mother really likes her doctor there, but they ridiculously over schedule. For her last appointment, we were there almost 3 hours. Another patient I talked to was there over 3.5 hours. There is no excuse for that kind of time for just an exam.

I sent them two emails via their web site three weeks ago. They have yet to respond. Maybe its an inclination as to their professionalism or maybe they just dont like doing business via the Internet.
