We went to Therapy 360 for a speech evaluation of our twins. For one case that happened. For the other it did not. One therapist was adept in her work. The assessment was well organized, the goals clearly understandable, the reinforcements affirming. The other was none of those things. Where the assessment was done well the recommendations came from a scoring synopsis at the conclusion of the session, the therapist saying a written report would follow. Great, professional. The other therapist said, sorry we did not have time for the speech assessment, I would recommend a follow-up of an hour a week. Really! And just how do you make a recommendation without actually doing the assessment. Particularly when whatever was happening was disorganized, culturally biased and dissociative. Calling our son “bud” and “buddy” throughout the session was off-putting. Could she not see his constant pointing at the door meant she made no connection with the child? Obviously not! His increasing quietness was no clue either. As she was undaunted in the performance of her task. I was embarrassed when the session concluded with an exercise involving....wait.....wait....did you guess it? Yes, a dog named Buddy. Our four year old is highly intuitive, internal and very capable of expressing his disdain. She missed all of that as she leafed through her binder to find the next task. I felt bad for subjecting him to her.Finally, please staff, flush the toilet before telling people to go wash their hands. The stench of a urine filled toilet was almost too much to bear.

Top notch therapy and the office staff is very responsive, upbeat, and helpful. We have been through physical therapy and now solely occupational therapy and have seen great gains. We are especially grateful for the reports we receive at each appointment and the full write-ups as well. Our daughters medical team has been very pleased with progress and as a mom, Im thrilled. We have had wonderful interactions with Christie, Alexis, Chasity, Jay, and Melissa. Highly recommend this team. (PS- they got billing correct right off the bat, which is so helpful!)

Absolutely wonderful occupational therapists. My son made great progress in the time he spent at Therapy 360.

I absolutely LOVED this place when we first started coming. Now that me and my children’s father have split, it is the WORST! Communication is not there from the office staff. After numerous calls and explaining the situation, they have completely ignored me and continue to withhold information.I used to highly recommend Therapy360, now I do not. The therapists are wonderful! The office staff lack professionalism and communication with all parties involved in the child’s care.

We love this place. The therapists really care! They do a fantastic job w/ speech and OT with our son! Highly recommend. The office is ran great and I’ve not had any issues at all :)

Our 5 year old son began speech therapy at the former Seneca location just after his 2nd birthday. We were so fortunate to have Jessica as our primary therapist. She has always been so professional, competent & caring. After treating him for almost a month she recommended OT as well & we were introduced to Christine. We owe our sons tremendous progress to this wonderful team. Glenda, the office assistant (now together with Chelsea) always works so hard to sort out various complicated insurance issues. Although he has completed speech therapy (yay!!!) and the Seneca office has closed, we travel almost an hour to Greenville weekly to see Christine, she is WORTH it.After briefly receiving PT at another facility & not having a very good experience, we realized we had struck gold at Therapy360. Occasionally, we have seen other speech & occupational therapists at Therapy 360 and they have always been nothing but wonderful. We highly recommend this amazing place.
