Semi-long postBack in 2019, my husband and I were new to the area; shortly after we moved I became pregnant. I didnt have any family or friends to ask about good doctors in the area, so of course I went to Google. Trying to get settled and still no dr at the moment; I began having some complications. I found Elle Obgyn and tried to make an appt, they were able to squeeze me in for later in the week. Still having complications and not knowing what to do, I went to the ER and was told I was having a threatening miscarriage. But of course anytime you are bleeding, thats what they say and to f/u with your doctor. Still in alot of pain, I called the emergency line and spoke with Dr. Lebel and even though she was not my doctor yet, she helped me tremendously and told me what to do. And from that moment, I have been with her every since. She didnt have to help me but she did anyway. Since then she delivered my precious son and my delivery and recovery was absolutely perfect! The whole entire staff from front office to financial to nurses to phlebotomy to Dr. Roper as well are so amazing and they are like family to me. Thank God for leading me to you all because I have had very traumatizing experiences with the medical community in the past. I’ve been going to Dr. Lebel for many, many years. Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had, period. She actually listens to her patients and is willing to think outside the box to find solutions. She’s also Childfree-Friendly, which is difficult to find in an OBGYN. She’s not just respectful about it, she’s supportive! 10/10, would let her remove my Fallopian tubes again.

All of the staff are so sweet and kind here. Both doctors are wonderful - very caring and knowledgeable. They spend plenty of time with me and I never feel rushed. The staff is very responsive to messages and always get back to me quickly. I’m very happy with my care!

I had an appointment today with the nurse practitioner, Karen. I did a lot of research before making an appointment here and had very high hopes. The first person I spoke to was great and very attentive to documenting my concerns and assured me that Karen would want to discuss them further. Unfortunately, no attention was paid to the concerns I provided, and instead the conversation was centered around facial sunscreen, my grandfathers blood pressure and my current relationship status. Yes, more questions were asked about my boyfriend - including if I thought he was “marriage material” - than the concerns I had expressed about my own body. I was shamed for not wanting to take birth control pills. Honestly, by the end of the appointment I was shocked and left the office in tears.I’m giving two stars due to the nice atmosphere of the office, technology, wait time, and friendliness of the staff. Karen was also very informative of what she was doing, which I appreciated.

The staff at Elle OB/GYN is friendly and professional. Dr Lebel has a terrific bedside manner. She is warm, never seems hurried, listens and answers questions thoroughly. Very happy to be a patient here.

I love Dr. Lebel. She always listens and really addresses any issues I have. I also have had 3 children, all delivered by different doctors, her being one of them. She delivered my second (she was unfortunately not an option for the 3rd because at the time she was only in Spartanburg) and it was the best recovery I have had, which I attribute to her. This is my personal experience with this practice.Dr. Lebel is a wonderful doctor but she was more than 2 hours late for each of our appointments.Dr. Roper is an absolute peach and if I would have had the pleasure of seeing her for all of my visits, I wouldn’t have switched practices in my third trimester.The receptionists and medical assistants are all absolutely wonderful.The Phlebotomist who works there is one of the absolute best. She makes sure you won’t feel a thing.Karen (NP) is the reason I gave this office 1 star. Everyone else is wonderful. In my opinion, Karen doesn’t seem to want to be at work. She rushes through everything. I told Karen I was experiencing pain and discomfort in my pelvic and abdominal region at 32 weeks pregnant and needed a note for light duty at work. She stated that she could get in trouble for doing that (yes, that’s literally what she said) and then when I told her I was switching practices, she said she would have to ask Dr. Lebel before signing off on that matter. My request was not granted. This immediately made me consider that my pain and discomfort during and after labor wouldn’t be taken seriously. I found a moms group on Facebook and the Karen comments are endless. Not one person has shared a positive experience with her. Everything is negative. Everyone loves Elle overall, but not one person had anything decent to say about Karen.In conclusion, I switched from Elle at 33 weeks pregnant and I absolutely love my new practice. They were able to accommodate my light duty request with no problem and I no longer have to deal with Karen and her ridiculousness.

Dr.Lebel is so kind and caring with her patients. She takes her time with you and will always make sure you and baby are okay.

Great Doctor, staff and care. HORRIBLE scheduling unless you put no value on your time. Sometimes the good about something loses its value when the bad and the ugly couple with it every time.

Did not take my concerns seriously, I was jaundice and she told me I had a rash. My liver test said my number was so high it could not read them! But I went into labor before getting my test back. And she said nothing and did nothing.

Dr. Lebel is amazing! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and discuss your needs. She is always up to date on what it is new and advocates for her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more.

If you’re having trouble with hormones and side effects no other doctor can figure out or fix, Dr. Lebel is who you need to see. I went through 9 GYN’s who all told me different reasons why I couldn’t have the symptoms I was having or some other excuse with no solutions. Dr. Lebel is a life saver and is so down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her and her practice.

I wish I was able to give no stars!!!! This office does not communicate well at all. Today was my second time at this location where I arrived early for my appointment. Got called to take my temperature, weight and blood pressure at my scheduled appointment time. And was taken to a room where I was asked questions that are normally asked before the physician comes in, and I sat in this room from 8:15AM-8:56AM and was not seen. No one came to check on me and let me know what was going on or anything. So unprofessional and again this is the SECOND TIME!!!! The receptionist at the Check Out Desk asked would I like to reschedule my appointment. I told her ABSOLUTLEY NOT!!!! I will not be treated this way by your office staff a THIRD TIME!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!

Dr. LeBel is amazing! I saw three other doctors before coming to her and I couldnt be more happier for the decision to drive an hour to see her. She has finally help me figure out the problems with my health and the road to my wellbeing.

*I edited this to make it shorter* I hate writing negative reviews. Hear me first say, Dr. Lebel is wonderful, and an expert in her field. However, her staff is not competent and the communication between her and her staff is almost non-existent. Communication in general is an issue with this practice (as other reviews note). After my first child last year, I had a fever, chills, and pain for 3 weeks. For three weeks after my daughter was born I was seen twice in this office and neither time did my health issue get treated. I had to be re-admitted to a hospital almost septic as one of the doctors told me-yes, you read that right-because this office failed to treat me for *two* post-partum infections I was suffering from. They took two lab samples from me at these appointments. To this day I have never received the results. I’m not entirely sure they even sent off my urine to be tested. The nursing staff and nurse practitioner did not take my concerns seriously. I was supposed to see Dr. LeBel at those appointments but because she was busy delivering babies at the hospital I didn’t. Take caution and know that if you go here you need to be vocal and advocate hard for yourself. I loved Dr. Lebel, everything about her, but I can’t bring myself to come back here after what happened. Your staff should be as skilled and highly trained as you.

Horrible! I wish I could do no stars. I live an hour away. I have taken off for an appointment twice and had both canceled last minute with no explanation. I was on my way to my last appointment when I received an email stating my appointment was canceled so I had to turn around and go home. I tried calling the office no answer. I couldn’t send anyone a message on my patient portal. My primary physician referred me here for an urgent matter and in almost two months I have yet to have my first appointment because there is always an issue. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Dr. Lbel is extremely warm and caring. When you see her you feel as if you are the ONLY patient because she gives you her undivided attention. Her skills as a gynocologist are exemplary. She is very skilled and knowlegeable in robotics surgery. She has helped train other doctors and also served as the consulting doctor setting up robotic surgery for area hospitals. Dr Lebel is the kind of doctor we all dream of having...listening, responsive, knowledgeable, skilled and caring.

I saw Dr. Lebel today and I learned more about my current issues in 30 mins then I have in 10 plus years. She pulled my previous records and talked over issues that I was not even aware I had. The sad thing is my previous doctor typed the reports but never advised of the issues. Great pap smear! 🥴. Good dialog regarding hormone testing and various ways to get those important hormones into the body. Dr. Lebel has been my gynecologist for several years and I like her a lot. Very personable and knowledgeable.

I’ve been on the hunt for a new esthetician and I think I’ve finally found her! Kendall was so thorough, and gave me the most pleasant and relaxing experience I could have asked for! She didn’t rush anything, took the time to explain everything from start to finish, and gave me recommendations for my concerns that I will most definitely be trying. She’s also a very sweet and genuine person with a wonderful energy! Services are on the pricier side but I don’t care because the experience is worth every single penny. Dr. Lebel is AMAZING! In a world where most doctors treat you like a number, Dr. Lebel takes time to really know her patients. I can go a year or longer between appointments and she walks in the room, picks up right where she left off, without missing a beat - its like continuing a conversation from the last conversation. She is amazing. I drive over an hour just to have her as my doctor. Shes been my doctor for over 13 years and has been there for me through miscarriages, the birth of my youngest, and every up and down that comes with hormones, life circumstances, and getting older as a woman. I cannot imagine ever changing doctors.

Dr. Lebel has delivered both my boys and they were back to back pregnancies. I transferred from a very corporate feeling practice 5 months into my first pregnancy and she made me feel right at home. Her practice feels very intimate. In the delivery room she is calm and collected for you and because she is the only doctor she knows you and your plan well. She even delivered my second baby during the peak of Covid-19. You arent just a number at Elle OBGYN, you are cared for as if you were a friend. Love you Dr. Lebel!

I love doctor lebel and her whole staff. We just had our 3rd kid July 2nd and this was my easiest labor and recovery.

First off they booked me super fast for an appointment and then booked my follow up fairly fast for a Dr. Office. From the moment you walk in the door it’s a warm atmosphere. The Check In desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The nurse that took me to the back and did my work up was also super friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Then best of all Dr. Lebel was the warmest and nicest Dr. I’ve ever met. She balanced professional and friendly beautifully. I’ve never felt so comfortable at the doctors ever. To anyone who is looking for an OBGYN I highly recommend.

Tried too book as a new patient on their website. Selected an open time for the next week and received an email shortly after letting me know Id receive a call confirming my appointment. Never received a call.Waited two days and then called them. No answer - so I left a voicemail with my name and phone number asking them to call me back to confirm my appointment. No call back.Day before my appointment I called again. No answer. I decided to email them and ask if my appointment was confirmed. They emailed back asking for my phone number (which was already provided to them in both my voicemail and initial appointment request). I provided it again. No call. Supposed appointment time came and went.Would not recommend a doctors office that cant seem to answer the phone or respond to emails. If this is how they are with new business I can only imagine how they treat existing patients. Went elsewhere with no issues.

I am a new patient and have only been twice so far during this pregnancy, but I am very pleased with the care that I have received. The Dr and Nurse practitioner are very accessible and they’re patient portal allows me to send messages about concerns and I get immediate replies. It’s much better than waiting for a call back if it’s not an emergency! Also, they give you soft bathrobes to wear and have a massage chair in the lobby ❤️

Where to begin. First I must start with Dr. Lebel. After a bad experience at a different OB in Greenville I was seeking a doctor that I knew truly cared about their patients. I chose Elle after some research because it was a boutique office with only one doctor. We interviewed Dr. Lebel before we even became pregnant and she spent 45 mins answering all of our questions in detail. From that moment I knew she was the doctor that I wanted to deliver my baby. She was so competent and caring but also so approachable and fun. She made what I consider the most anxiety producing type of dr. visit actually relaxed and easy. She told storied that demonstrated not only her intelligence but her ability to think outside of the box. When we became pregnant her entire team became people that I looked forward to seeing regularly. Her team was always helpful, caring, and cheerful at every single visit. They became my friends who we always excited to see the progress in my pregnancy-- it was awesome. When it finally came time to developing my birth goal plan, Dr. Lebel and her nurses listened keenly and respected all of my questions and preferences. I went into labor 2 weeks early and Dr. Lebel delivered my healthy baby girl 52 hours later at St. Frances. Although my labor was very challenging, unmedicated and quite long, Dr. Lebel was so patient with me. She knew what was best but at the same time evaluated the situation objectively and allowed me an opportunity to deliver my baby vaginally as I had hoped. She is so smart, caring and kind I could not be more grateful for her delivering my perfect daughter. Many other doctors would have not been as flexible allowing me the best opportunity to deliver physiologically and for that I owe her so much. Thank you Dr. Lebel for what you did for me and my family on the most important day of my life.

My wife is pregnant and she is in the thirty-second week now.we didnt have healt insurance last year.so we went to different hospital.our health insurance started in new year(2020).but my insurance company not cover old hospital.so we went new hospitalwhich is provided by my insurance company. my insurance company advice this hospital but these hospital not accept us.because my my wife is in the thirty-second week. i think they must read Hippocratic oath one time more.

I usually do not like to write any negative comments but unfortunately I was forced to do so. I set up a first appointment with Elle Obgyn in July and I was able to get an appointment in August. I was ready to get an IUD so I was told I need to schedule an appointment after the results come out and since then I’ve called at least five times left voicemails spoke with three representatives and they all said we will call you back, let me check with your insurance company, I’ll call you in an hour....etc We are almost February and I’m still waiting? This is ridiculous...

Not only is Dr. Lebel my Gynecologist and a fantastic one, she is now my Cosmetics Go To! She recently took over my Botox Cosmetic treatments and has really raised the bar! I am 52 years old and have been no “shade lover” but Dr. Loebel is diligently working to improve my overall youthful appearance. I shared with her that my concerns were a heavily lined forehead, a deep brow line and a drooping eyelid. She took all of my concerns into consideration and created a plan. I am two weeks out and my daughter commented that it was the best treatment she has ever seen! Yay for Dr. Lebel!!! She is better than any Cosmetic Surgeon that I have seen and I have seen several. My wife likes the doctor, but the billing department is a mess. We are cash pay customers and always pay in full at the counter, it’s been 5 months since her last appointment and all of a sudden we owe them $400+ for services they “forgot to bill us for”.... Seriously?
