The nurses and the therapist are taking really good care of my father. He says the meals are tasty. Although he’d rather be at home, he says this is the best place for rehab that he’s been too.

Today I visited this facility and the staff was so friendly and kind. Joyce, Brenna, Nicole and countless others really show their compassion for who are there. The care they bring to their patients is top shelf. Cant wait o visit again. Mike Del Vecchio

I have had many occasions to observe the care to residents provided at Greenville. It is exemplary. They are caring and attentive to the needs of all of their residents. Highly recommended.

My Mom was a patient at Greenville Nursing Center for 4 years. I was so grateful to the entire staff for everything they did for my Mom and family. The staff was always there for my Mom for all those years. She was always treated with dignity and respect. Everyone from Administration, kitchen, housekeeping, nurses, CNA’s, PT ect are very hard working staff! They all became part of my family as I was always there. My Mom also had Continuum Hospice for the last year of her life. They were also wonderful and I felt so blessed.I’m happy to say I volunteer now at Greenville Center because I wanted to be part of this family (I missed so many people) and I wanted to be part of Continuum. Special people !!❤️

The care at the Greenville Center is very lacked. I brought my mother to the Greenville Center because she needed special care, which I was unable to provide. She had been at the Center on two occasions for respite. My decision to admit her to Greenville was based on the care she received during that time. Care on respite is different from care as a permanent resident. I had two requests that were necessary for her since she has Parkinsons Disease. These two requests were expressed upon admittance and I was assured they would be addressed. One of the issues was assistance with meals; she was left many times to eat her meals without assistance, which at times is very difficult. If she made any attempt to try and help herself staff left and said she could do it herself. She was not evaluated for special utensils to help her until August 3rd; she was admitted on July 21st After $17,000.00 later $238.00 per day, I decided to discharge and bring her back home. My mother is of very sound mind. Staff will assure you that your family member will be well taken care of and needs addressed, but I assure you they will not. If considering Greenville Center, you should reconsider.

I was at genesis health care of Greenville R.I on two different occasions. I spent 30 days there on each occasion. My wife with the help of Nicole Tartaglione got all the paper work done. Thank you Nicole. Your the best. I am going to name a few people that treated me like I was special. There was Liz my nurse, Tara and David cnp. I also think that the rehabilitation people were also very good. I want to tell them that I remember every one. Thank you Kelly, Lori, Tammy, Lauren,Laurel and Nicole. I also have to mention Doctor Ali who helped with theMeds. With the help of Nicole Tartaglione who my wife think highly of maybe I wouldn’t have been able to spend 60 days there. I highly recommend Genesis healthcare of Greenville.

I trained in this building a few years back and visit regularly for meeting and to see past patients. The staff have been nothing but pleasant to me on every occasion. The residents were engaged with all staff. Very Nice building!

My grandfather was put here after his hip replacement for therapy. The therapy staff is awesome!!!!! However, the majority of the staff is awful. They do not consider the safety of the residents. I was visiting one day and I found a resident on the floor. After alerting a nurse, who gave me attitude, no measures were taken to be sure there were no broken bones or internal bleeding. Later on, the same day, my grandmother, went to visit and she found my grandfather on the floor. Again, no measures were taken to be sure there were no injures. That is 2 falls in a 12 hour period that were discovered by non-staff members. Better safety policies are a need at the facility. Very unacceptable.

We moved my aunt to Greenville in late November. She had lived in a private pay facility (Assisted Living, then Memory Care) for the past two and a half years and for a variety of reasons we wanted to find her another place. Despite the phone issue noted in another review (which admittedly was unnerving--and I live 20 minutes away!), I would rank this facility well. Phone service as since been restored. It has more staff and our experience on Sun Unit has been very positive. There are several very nice common spaces for visiting, a nice coffee cafe area and two other rooms for visiting as well as the cafeteria. My aunt has a roommate for the first time in her life, and much less living space, but despite that finds this facility better because a)not all the residents in her unit are advanced dementia patients so more of them say hello and talk to her b)there is more staff than at the other facility she was in c)she does not have to be in a lockdown unit (unlike where she was before--whether or not the patient was a flight risk, there was one level of security for the entire building) and d)there is a beautiful view of a lake/reservoir from the dining room, and the dining room is a separate room as opposed to the entryway of her former building. For non-flight risk patients there is also access to a large outdoor courtyard with trees, tables and benches on grass between a paved walkway. There is also more programming--the very first day she was there they had a local church choir in to sing Christmas Carols, something we had tried to help make happen at the other place and never could. The physical therapy provided is really helping my aunt and the staff are very safety conscious and patient. My only wish would be for a private room because my aunts roommate has severe dementia and keeps her TV on a lot, but we are going to be able to buy noise-canceling headphones to address that issue.

My aunt fell out of bed and broke her wrist. A report was NEVER WRITTEN. Totally dissatisfied with management. We were treated with disrespect and avoided our questions. Played pass the buck. The staff is nice but management is a travesty

My Aunt is a resident in this center and honestly, much of her care is good. Most of the nurses and CNAs are friendly and helpful. There has been one nurse in particular who is extremely unprofessional and outright mean. Unfortunately, all efforts to alleviate this situation have been exhausted. The leadership refuses to effectively fix this problem. As a result, my poor aunt is afraid, extremely stressed and her physical health is declining. Now we have to consider the difficult task of moving her.

Funny how I can get harassed by my soon to ex wife Kimberly Fague who is Im management and has the dementia unit to run. Kimberly is to busy texting me from work and making threats from her cell phone. When I called to complain to Lori and Donna, they went , what would you like me to do about Kim being on her cell phone all day instead of working and making sure the patients are getting proper care. So I guess its ok for certain people who work for Lori and Donna to get away with murder!!!!! All I know is I would never put any of my family members in Greenville Center. No wonder why they have a low rating, also Kim Fague has an Elderly abuse complaint put against her too and nobody ever looked that up from Greenville Center lol. Wow. Good job guys.
