Goodwill has no programs or services that benefit the Pitt County area. I have called and asked and was told no. I have even reached out to the regional manager/director in Raleigh to see why that is and never received a reply back. While I think the overall purpose is good I would better shop at Salvation Army whose services I know benefit our local community.

I bought some dvds there today and one of them had the movie and a special features dvd in it and they charged me for 2 dvds freaking ridiculous,Ill never by another movie nor anything else from them I couldve bought the movie brand new for a dollar more they outta be ashamed of theirselves for doing that to me or anyone else!

Great resale shop with pretty decent prices. Just need to have a couple electric buggies for physically challenged folks.

Store looked neat an 1 employee was really knocking out putting clothing on racks while another employee was chatting 2 people up about a party at the register. I normally done say anything when something like this goes on but I about did today because they were very LOUD at the register.its bad enough you have to listen to unruly kids but adults are another story.

I recommend that you don’t always skip this one and head to the winterville location. There’s always a hidden gem at this location. Overall, 4 stars for both Goodwill’s because their prices for used items makes me gag. Its too darn high

Over priced, I think Goodwill has lost their minds. The prices have gotten way to high. They even sell dollar tree items for more than a dollar.

The merchandise was pretty scarce, and I couldnt tell the price of anything. I was very under impressed. The young lady who was obviously working there was very nice however but it still was a total thumbs down. Dont waste time here!!

Very well keep, very nice staff and sticks to the the Covid mandates and social distancing! Usually always has something I am looking for or want lol!

We stopped in here earlier this year and got a few items (ties, etc.). We love browsing Goodwills and other thrift stores. You never know what you might find. Staff was friendly at the register. Great location with a lot of parking.

Since they have been organizing by colors you CANT FIND NOTHING. Go back the old way

This is your typical Goodwill thrift store. You never know what you will find. I happened to find lots of good stuff today at this Goodwill. The cashier was friendly too. Give them a try if you are in the area. Maybe you will get lucky like I did today and find some good stuff. Prices are the same at all Goodwill stores so you know what to expect price wise.

Love goodwill, but the employees are rude at this particular location. The lady at the cash register was rushing the customers when there was 15 minutes left, and according to her, the dressing rooms close 15 minutes before the actual stores. When we were checking out, she was trying her hardest to start an argument with my mother about the price of a shirt. Luckily my mother is a peaceful person and therefore did not give her that satisfaction.

Some times I find a deal, but most items are way over priced. Alot of items are priced higher than you can get at dollar stores or Walmart new. They never have any sales, the salvation army has half price sales every week. Goodwill just leaves their junk on the shelves for weeks at a time. They are just greedy, if they dont get full price for their stuff they rather throw it away than have a sale and get some money and help people out

Items are donated heard the manager state she mark items higher because of resellers. I donate to ensure others can be able to purchase no matter if some resell or not. The business would not run if we didn’t donate.

Employee goes around telling people they need to wear mask, when she isnt even wearing it correctly over her nose! The employees are rude if you are looking at the shelves theyll just stop right in front of you and stick, no excuse me or anything. I wont be returning. One thing I cant stand is a hypocrite!

Decent amount of stuff. Though some of it I dont see anyone buying. Big issue with clothes not sorted by size. Would probably buy more there if it didnt take forever to just find your size.

This is one of the cleanest goodwill that I have been to in a very long time.. I cant wait to get another chance to visit again

Its a nice, clean store. The selection is just never great. Ive found a few treasures but not many.

Not a bad place, but it is a little smaller than most others I have been to.

I always enjoy shopping @ Goodwill because they arrange clothes by colors. I wish they would do that with the dresses, too.

Huge selection of clothing, everything else is way overpriced. They get it for free, no reason that a dish should be $4! The dressing room is so dusty and dirty, I wouldn’t try if pants or take my shoes off to try on a dress.

Was looking for boys swimsuit and found 3 at $1.69 each! Hurray! Employees were helpful and nice. However, the bins were a bit overstacked, making it harder to sort thru them.
