I would not recommend this practice at all. Office failed to send the appropriate paperwork and cancelled the appointment when the paperwork wasn’t filled out. While on the phone with the office the lady was rude and acted as if it was all our fault. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Samake is very patient and understanding. She takes the time to put herself in your shoes and helps offer other resources etc if she is not able to provide. Would definitely recommend this practice.
