FRAUD. I went to this clinic last year for a free consultation about my skin with Bridget Simmon. She recommended me a treatment ($3200) and some daily creams that were already in the clinic for something like $250. I said I would think about it and check my card since I have an international credit card and it doesnt work always. I LEFT WITHOUT ANY PRODUCT and never came back. It was my first time there. Well, like a month ago I received a call from them saying I had to pay the products I took, EXCUSE ME?! I explained them the situation and obviously that I didnt have to pay anything that I DIDNT GET. I dont know how they work but usually you dont give a $250 products to a person who has been there for the first visit expecting them to come and pay later so I dont think even this is how they work. Two weeks later a got a SECOND CALL from them saying the same, blaming me for STEALING! This is too much, NEVER in my life had any issue that was even close to this lack of professionalism and management. But TODAY a received a call from a DEBT COLLECTOR, saying to me the same story. I called the clinic to talk with the office manager, they said they would call me back but I havent received any call yet. This kind of unprofessionalism can ruin your credit, THIS IS SHAMEFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE

I LOVE the Pelham road office. However, I had to go to the halton road office due to my work schedule. When I left the office, I noticed my contact felt strange when I had put it back in my eye. When I opened the case to take it out, I noticed the case they had given me had someone else’s contacts in it. I called the office to let them know in case there were any issues later. ( I didn’t know if this person could have had pink eye etc...) no call back. Called again the next day, and the person at the front desk was slurping her drink as she huffed and told me she would send the person another email to have them call me. Still nothing. I decided not to order contacts there and called to have my prescription as well as my husband’s faxed over to another place. My husband’s was sent but not mine. (Husband’s was at Pelham location and mine was Halton) I called back to Halton to have them fax it again and she told me I would have to call her back after I found out what the fax number was. I explained to her that I was not asked for a fax number before and my husband’s prescription was sent. She huffed and said she would call the Pelham location to get the fax and hung up. The next day I went to order contacts and the prescription had still not been sent....only a fax cover letter. Just a bad experience with this location all around and will not be back.
