My mother was a client at this location. She terminated her membership with two paid credits left on her account. I have a membership with the Massage Envy downtown. I was told that her remaining credits could be transferred to my account. When my mother called the Pelham location, she spoke with a Julissa (who asked if she needed her name “spelled out for her”). She was extremely rude and denied that the credits could be transferred. When my mom asked to speak with the manager, Julissa promptly hung up the phone. After calling back, she was able to speak with the manager on shift who also denied that the credits could be transferred. It wasn’t until my mother brought up that she knew they could be transferred because the Downtown location had already confirmed this that she finally agreed to transfer one of the two credits to my account as a “courtesy”. Lying, scamming and terrible customer service on their part. I would not recommend anyone use this location after the conversation I heard these two have with my mother. Please save yourself the hassle and go Downtown.

Been a customer here for 10 years and always receive above and beyond service. I’m always welcomed and treated warmly, never a less than stellar experience! My last visit a massage therapist helped me to check out, even though it wasnt her job. She just had a happy “can do” attitude to help me on my way.

I go there for my skin care needs such as facials & chemical peels! Naomi is a wonderful esthetician & is very thorough. I feel like I get the best results especially when I get chemical peels done!!

Went for a scheduled massage a few weeks back and have already planned my next - I had some major soreness in my left shoulder... The Therapist was great and the Staff was very helpful in setting up my membership - Before my session I got a chance to sit in silence before my massage and I found that additionally beneficial... I always elect for firm because even though somewhat painful I need that kind of therapy - I plan on going for at least a year in hopes of seeing some results......

I had the best experience with this company today. I went in for a massage after receiving a gift card for my birthday. The massage was great and the massage therapist, Katlyn, was amazing. When I went up to pay i could not find my gift card anywhere. I literally went out to my car and tore it apart thinking that maybe it fell out of my purse somehow. No luck, i went in prepared to just pay for the appointment. The girls at the desk were so sweet and understanding and told me that they could not find it in their system but but if i thought i could find it at home that they just wouldnt charge me until later that day to give me time to go look. I was so grateful. I went home and looked everywhere to no avail. I knew the gift card was purchased at the Simpsonville location so i called to see if maybe they had a way to find it. The girl that answered the phone was also named Katlyn. She looked every way she could and finally went back day by day for several weeks until she found it. She also found a gift card that i had received back in 2016 and never used. After all was said and done the gift cards covered all of my 90min massage, tip and i still have some left! I cannot thank her enough for her patience and kindness. I was never once made to feel like I was a bother or like she was in any way annoyed with me even though it was completely my fault that I couldnt find the card.

Went to the Pelham Road location today and it was a fantastic experience. Check in was fast and friendly! Schuyler was fantastic! The BEST massage I have ever gotten. Unless Schuyler leaves, I Will never go to another location! I cant wait to go again.....

I will start with yes, I am aware we are under pandemic times certain items have changed. I have been a member since 2017. I have been deducted every month the monthly fee of $ 65. I have now scheduled 5 appointments, and all 5 times they have called to cancel the appointment the same day of the appointment with no valid reasons. Julie the clinic administrator I simply told her I was not happy with the continued bad service she said choice words and told me whatever you can email to cancel. She informed me that she would not listen to me. I did not once use profanity with her, not once did I make any threat of violence in any form. She then had the audacity to tell me she would the authorities . She spoke like a thug on the street. I asked did I need to come in person to resolve this issue. I informed her I wanted a refund for the money I have put in and you continue to cancel she hung up on me. She was the most incompetent person in a business I have ever dealt with her unprofessional tone and language was demeaning to me. her tone and lack of professional courtesy are astonishing. They charge you if you cancel on the same day why should they not be held accountable to the same principals. They have now lost my business. I hope you read this review and do not allow them your business at all as well. My goal to shut them down.

Absolutely do not do business with this company. I agreed to a 1 year contract with them. Absolutely my mistake, and I will fully admit that now. At my last visit in my contracted year, I specifically declined to renew my contract and schedule any further appointments. This was not in anyway due to my massage therapist. She moved out of state and was fantastic. I was not given a cancellation form at that time. Yes, per the contract, I do have to submit this form by writing, and per the manager I should have remembered this from the year prior and just gone ahead and emailed her. I am not sure how I was supposed to get the form or the email without it being given to me after telling them I did not want to renew, but it’s my own fault that, even though I specifically told them I was not renewing and rescheduling and was not given the form at that time, that I did not complete this form. They have since continued to charge my card and are refusing to credit my card because this cancellation form that I never received was not completed. They have deliberately designed this system so they can continue to charge you after you decline to renew by not giving you the necessary form and then by saying, “Well, it’s in the contract.” Just because it’s in the contract doesn’t make this business practice okay. It is shady and misleading.

Believe therapist or someone working there who cleaned my room, found my Cellular Smart Watch & stole it. This was the ONLY place I went that day & took it off to have massage. Must have fallen from bag when pulled mask out to leave session.

During my first four appointments, I showed up and the front desk attendant said they scheduled the wrong date for me and my specific masseuse. This happened TWICE IN A ROW. No offer/compensation for having me show up twice to not receive a massage due to their mistake. No idea how you manage to screw up setting appointments twice in a row when you job is to literally only schedule appointments.

Great massages and most of my communication with the staff was great however I feel they were too aggressive in their sales pitches. i understand that sales need to be made, im a salesperson as well. however aggressive sales tactics when a customer is trying to relax and heal is just not acceptable imo. unfortunately this turns me off so much i will not be returning.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for over a year. I like Lisa and my boyfriend likes Leanne, Id really recommend them and Jay (or Jade? I cant quite remember her name). All three are very intuitive and professional and pleasant.The rooms are always clean and there are no heavy perfumes or candles or any cheesy decorations. It just has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I also really like the girls at the front desk, especially Jasmin. They are always courteous and personable.If youre looking for a straight-forward, not new-agey massage to help you relax or deal with pain, this is definitely a great place to go. If youre someone who is only looking for a massage a couple of times a year, this can also be a great place, but be ready for them to try to sell you a membership (which saves a lot of money, but isnt for everyone.)Overall, the experience is always pleasant and I would strongly recommend them.

I tried to schedule an appointment one week in advance but I NEVER received a confirmation phone call or email, and no one answered any of my questions. So...I happily took my business elsewhere. I WILL NEVER go to a Massage Envy again. Massage Envy is to massages what McDonalds is to cheeseburgers. There is nothing to envy about Massage Envy.

Deborah is the therapist to see!!!! She won’t disappoint, no matter what modality you need. Lots of experience and she’s incredibly calming.

Ive been going to Jay at Massage Envy for a couple of years now, once each month. I first started going to have her help my migraines, which she has, and now she fixes my running injuries and other sports-related injuries. Jay knows how the muscles are connected to one another and knows what to do to relieve pain and help your body heal faster.

I had the 60-MINUTE CUSTOMIZED HEALTHY SKIN FACIAL SESSION and it was PHENOMENAL. I went on my lunch hour and it was a wonderful way to recharge for the rest of my day... very relaxing! The relaxation room that you wait in prior to your service is such a wonderful concept and truly makes it part of your treatment. The treatment rooms were well appointed and comfortable as well. My aesthetician was wonderful and really was able to work with my skin that includes Rosacea. The treatment left my skin feeling amazing and looking even better. I was advised on a product to use at home and have been extremely pleased with that as well! I highly recommend Ragan and the team at M.E. on Pelham!!!
