My wife and I was celebrating our 38 wedding anniversary in November. So, I decided to surprise her with a massage at Back of Balance since it had a five star rating. I called to setup an appointment with Natasha and informed her of the anniversary. I requested a 60min massage and a 30min foot scrub. I also asked her to place a towel underneath my wife neck and a towel over her eyes. Natasha agreed to it and the appointment was now confirmed.We arrived around 20min prior to the appointment with the form Natasha asked to have filled out. After, she came to get my wife and I left. My wife called me about an hour later and said she was ready. So, after arriving back I asked Natasha what happen to the 90min I requested. She said I had you down for 60min and I said look at the texts I sent to you and you agreed too. She said Im sorry I will make up the 30min free of charge if you come back. I said yea. So, after leaving I asked my wife did she get a towel behind her neck and over her eyes and she said no. I was totally disappointed and frustrated. The surprise was ruined. This lady is UNORGANIZED and WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I am having lots of problems with my lower back and knees. I was impressed at the amount of time Natalie spent discussing my health problems with me so that she thoroughly understood my situation (which is a bit complicated). I wanted to understand my treatment so she did a good job explaining why she was working on what muscle groups. Not all massage therapists Ive worked with are willing to customize their approach. Recommend.

I had a great first experiece, Natasha was very attentive and tailored my massage to my individual needs. At the beginning of my massage my lower back was so sore it was tender to the touch, by the end my muscles felt relaxed and that tenderness was greatly reduced. Natasha is a very competent and professional therapist and the hot stone therapy is medicinal and healing. My issue, however, is that I arrived earlier than the 10 minutes requested and waited in the lobby. She came out exactly at 5:30 and handed me the forms and I asked where the bathroom was. I literally lost 15 minutes of the 60 minute massage time. All that could have been addressed before 5:30 and I could have gotten the full 60 minutes of time rather than a 45 minute massage. Just a friendly hint, this is how $20 tips become $10 tips and potential clients become non-clients. If you advertise something please fulfill the advertisement.
