We have been using them for years. Very fast. Very friendly. Easy to work with. I have questioned a couple test and they recheck them immediately for free.

I Ordered A Test Kit From Amazon......Sent It In A Monday....They Received It On A Thursday..Got My Results On A Monday...So Most Likely Is A 3 Day Wait....I Had To Call For A Mistake I Made In My Sample That I Sent In When I Tracked The Pkg it Said Recieved Called The Lab And The Message I Left Got Recieved...So In Other Word Great Communication..Between Us The Customer To The Rep To The Lab Tech.....HadTo Call 3 Times I Giess I Got Desperate Always Answered My Call With Professional And Carong Manner....The 1st Test Is Included With The Price Any Other Sample Is 15 extra dollars. Is Well Worth It

Fast: same day results.Fair: only $30 per layer (or material) which is cheaper than Home Depot or sending it off.Friendly: answered all one million questions I had.Direct: I took a piece of my sample and dropped it off directly to them.

So far I have been disappointed. I had a question so I used the email on their contacts page. I received an error saying the server could not be contacted. So I called their phone number listed on their website and I received a message saying that the voicemail was full and not receiving calls. It was after hours but this is not s professional way to run a business.Update: Seeml Labs had to go to great lenthgs to contact me due to missing information when I sent in my tests. Daina was very thorough in he effort to find me and all problems have been resolved. I am very pleased with the lab and would recommend it.

Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. She (one of the lab analysts) seemed annoyed, almost angry, to have to be talking to me and it seemed like she was intentionally not answering my question and not really listening to me. I called them to ask a question about mold testing and the analyst was very unfriendly and wouldnt answer my question directly. It was very irritating because she kept going in circles and saying the same thing but not answering the question. She wouldnt give me a straight answer. I was trying to be nice but I seemed to be annoying her.
