I enjoyed working at this company as a temp and I really wished things could have worked out to get on permanent but unfortunately it didn’t due to the bias managers/supervisors. While this company is growing there is also a turnover rate. I must say that the Greenville site needs to work on management it’s the worst I’ve seen. You have upper management that will belittle you if they believe you aren’t good enough. It’s nothing but excuses after excuses. Great people always being overlooked for someone off the street. This company will not prosper with horrible managers like Jose Colon, Scott Myers, Travis Harris...

Its best to go to 1st entry after underpass. Let them direct you to another gate if necessary. Follow road, go over two big speed bumps, turn left at the sign on your right, I think it says DSM, check in at gate straight ahead. Take paperwork and DL to check in. Gate opens at 6:30am. The other gate is at 903 North, turn right and go to security checkin.

I was involved in a near miss at this facility, by a angered supervisor operating a work truck. It was easier to sweep this under the rug if they fired me so hes still out there.Just saying, watch your back out here, not everyone cares if you go home to your family

I am posting here because I see that most of the reviews are about loading/unloading trucks.If I could rate this place lower than one star I would.I can only hope that anyone applying for a position here, especially if you are planning to relocate here from another area, sees this. This is the single worst facility I have ever had the displeasure of working at.There is no safe place to work on this entire site. Every group is far too lean. The processess here are worse than anything I have ever seen. A simple task can easily become a week of work, as you wade through the compounding inefficiencies to try and find an adequate resolution.Even the people that have worked here for years say that it continues to worsen.Any serious (data driven) suggestions to improve are laughed off by senior leadership in favor of quick and ineffective band-aids.In addition to all that fun, the position I was promised when I relocated was changed *significantly*. Twice. My reporting structure was changed along with it. All within twelve months. Speaking with management and HR in an effort to try and align my role with what I was promised, resulted in threats about paying back my relocation stipend.DO NOT ACCEPT ANY SORT OF RELOCATION STIPEND. They *will* hold this over your head and wield it like a weapon.This is a predatory recruiting tactic, which unfortunately is perfectly legal (I checked). It appears that the site uses this to try and address their atrocious employee retention. It seems to be the only way they know how to keep people over the year mark.If for some unfortunate reason you are forced by circumstance to accept a position at this site, I would advise you to not make any binding agreements that might keep you here when things inevitably go south (i.e. mortgage, lease, relocation contract, etc).I chose to quit and pay back my relocation instead of spending another minute in this role.I cant get away from this place fast enough.

The entrance is best represented in Google maps as 5890 MLK Highway.Im a trucker and have been there several times; that address is easy to get in and out.Backing can be tight at times; but doable when you take your time.Definitely get there early and have your dispatch verify the load is ready.People there are very nice.

Nice people here, tho I floated from west gate and east gate a few times... dont use the old north gate... you gotta back out on 13/11 highway. Youll need local police help. I was let thru the old north gate by security as I helped him open and close north gate manually. I felt so embarrassed and stupid. I couldnt make the left turn in with my old long Peterbilt.Still after all that, the staff was super nice, tho mine was weird. Thank you

Not a nice place if you are dropping off load. Rude gate security people and they will make you wait and wait.

I have been driving 200 miles to pick a load, waited 5 hours after my appointment finally shipper told me they decided do not load. Stay away from this place , do not send your truck .
