Staff is very friendly. Never had an issue here. Just the wait time takes FOREVER.

Nice people on staff. Unfortunately, sometimes that just isn’t enough. Wait time mgmt is out of control. I was asked to get there early for paperwork and then still waited 1.5 hours beyond my appointment time before calling it quits and asking for a refund.I’d recommend looking for another healthcare provider that values others’ time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rashid for about 20 years. He takes time with you, keep blood work up to date and make sure your overall health care needs are met! I havent always felt comfortable with my doctors but with Dr. Rashid im comfortable and ask necessary questions! Highly recommended!

I have been with Dr. Rashid for over 20-25 years... I became very ill, for 3 days in a row I came in with new and worsening symptoms... He sent me to an excellent neurologist and about a year and a half I lost my insurance and didn’t come to Dr. Radhid for many years but when I did come back he remembered everything and he has been taking care of me every since...Beautiful friendly staff and cares about your health...

I am so glad to call Dr. Rashid my primary care doctor. He’s helped me through so many different issues. Not only is he a very caring and compassionate doctor, he’s extremely knowledgeable and it’s surprised me how much better he is than many other general doctors. I have never once doubted anything he has advised. You get way more than your money’s worth with him. Through the years only a couple of times the wait was longer than my appointment time BUT that was only because of unhappy patients who didn’t understand Dr. Rashid isn’t a miracle worker and took way longer than they should of which messed up everyone else’s appointment time. I for one am happy that Dr. Rashid takes his time with every single patient, even the few bad eggs, rather than rushing everyone and for me that wait is worth it.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rashid and his staff. He and his staff are kind, courteous, and caring. I started seeing Dr. Rashid in 2015 after moving to South Carolina from New York. I am so glad that he was the first doctor I was referred to by a coworker who said Dr. Rashid was and still is her mothers physician. It was the best decision I could have made. He has taken very good care of me and I would refer any of my family and friends to him for care.

The best Dr. give his time to listen to you and understand your illness. Only give medicines if it is necessary. My family is going to Dr.Rashid since 1999. Love and Respect to Dr.Rashid.

Dr. Rashid is very thoughtful and kind really takes his time to get to know you. I never felt rushed, a very pleasant experience.

Worst experience in my 53 years. 1st appt, 1.25 hour wait.I asked for the first appointment available today, 05/27/2019. They gave me 830am. At 930, I had to leave.When I asked to reschedule, the doctor came to the reception counter and said I should find another doctor.This means, my medical care for complications from a cervical fusion will be delayed.I wasnt able to get a refill for my diabetes medicine. I wasnt able to get a refill on my 3 blood pressure medicines and may be weeks before I can. I also waited 6 weeks before the first appointment with this doctor. This is a breach of the basic tenets of medical care.Shame when profits ( scheduling multiple people per hour ) are more inportand than your personal care. Shame onYou doctor. Shame

Went there for my immigration check-up. Very nice people, and right on time. When I had to come back to get my papers, it took only 10 minutes and it was done. Couldnt have chosen better.
