Dr Todd was my doctor at this practice (he was awesome) but since he left I called to see if I could get an appointment with another doctor for my regular check-up. I was told by the receptionist that i had been dismissed from the practice (whatever that means) and she could not schedule me an appointment. I asked if I could register as a new patient but was told no and was not given any explanation as to why. I guess I will have to go somewhere else as apparently they dont want to see me at this practice.

Dr. Eva Wolf is a great doctor! Her bedside manor and level of care is hard to come by. She is thorough and seems to care about my health. I always recommend her to family and friends. I refuse to see any other doctor in the office. Hands down, she is the BEST!!!!

I will be filing a formal complaint against Tonya Perkins, I came here because my original doctor stopped practicing and no one is taking new patients. I am assigned to a NP that is so incompetent to say the least. This woman prescribed medication for my diabetes without even taken blood tests to check my A1C. Needles to say I was in a crazy rollercoaster right for almost two weeks.I come in for a visit and we discussed that I was diagnosed with Anxiety and she tells me I need to see a psychiatrist to get treated. Mind you I have been taking a regiment of medications that have been working with my anxiety for 8 years, and this NP decided to treat me like I was a drug addict. She puts me on a antihistamine that put me to sleep all day to treat my anxiety. I told her I could not use this medication and she then said I needed to see a psychiatrist, with no other choice I agreed, she then proceeded to take some blood work, no explanation just took my blood and said the psychiatrist will need this.I was curious so I looked up the test, this woman tested me for Syphilis, I almost passed out, why would she do that without consulting with me. I am married and can you imagine what my husband could’ve thought if he saw that test. But still she didn’t take advantage of the blood to test for my A1C and other necessary lab works. I have never ever been humiliated and treated like a low life in my life.I am going to file a formal complaint against this practice and Tonya Perkins personally, she should not be dealing with patients she is clueless. She almost killed me by giving me the wrong meds.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PRACTICE!

I will NEVER NEVER use Cross Creek Internal Medicine again. They were supposed to run a standard blood test that I get done every 6 months and they ran all kinds of extra test without my consent. When I called them on it, they said that Karla Burton (PA) would call me back. She never did. I called my insurance on them and they told my insurance that it was standard practice. I had been there before for the same blood work and no extra test were run. It is a scam on our insurance companies. It cost my insurance plan $65! They are a rip off and do not return calls! They are the reason our insurance is so expensive! You should never run test that arent authorized by the patient.

My mother is 83 years old. She went for her appointment on Friday of last week for prescription refills. They told her they could not see her anymore for missed appointments. She is completely out of life saving meds, heart, stage 3 kidney disease, etc. I have called 3 times trying to get them to call her in a 30 day supply until we can find her another physician, they will not respond. If you are going to dismiss a patient, that’s fine, but should you, as a physician, not make sure she had her meds in the meantime.

Very pleased with Dr Carter Edwards. I do wish someone would help me with the My Chart app other than giving me activation codes that dont work.

The Receptionists are extremely unhelpful. After three phone calls, and one visit in person, paperwork which had been faxed to my doctor four business days earlier was finally returned to its destination with inaccurate information. My two prescriptions were called in to the incorrect pharmacy even after I had called to give updated information. You can not leave messages on an answering machine for the doctors nurse, or after hours, for a non emergency call. If you ever need anything outside of an appointment, you will just be spinning your wheels due to the understaffed, or disorganized office staff. Whatever the cause for the problem, a solution definitely needs to be found.

I HAD MY OTHER DR. FOR OVER 24 YEARS, THEN HE RETIRED OUT, SO FINDING A DR. WITH MY 24 PLUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS, IT WAS NOT EASY TO FIND A DR. WHO WOULD STEP UP TO THE PLATE & TAKE A 56 YEAR OLD MAN WITH THIS MANY MEDICALPROBLEMS! ICANHONESTLYSAYTHAT NOT ONLY TAKE ME AS A PATIENT, BUT THE ENTIRE STAFF TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY! THIS MEDICAL FACILITY IS TRULY AN ASSET TO THE MEDICAL FIELD! EVERYONE THERE TREATS US LIKE FAMILY! I LOVE THIS DRS. OFFICE! I WOULD GIVE THEM 20 STARS IF THEY HAD THEM!

Ive been a patient here at this office for many years. Yes like any other place of employment, they had their ups and downs in staffing. But I can honestly say, Dr. Todd Albala is Great physician that cares about his patients. Hes not the type that will just tell you what you want to hear. He tells you exactly the medical point of view with your options to following his recommendation to improve your health or to continue to be unhealthy.

I have been a patient at Cross Creek for over 10 years and Ive been though 4 drs who have come and gone. Dr. Watson and Dr. Todd were the best! I had no idea Dr. Todd left until I called to have a prescription refilled. Since Dr. Todd left I have been bounced around between drs until they can establish a new primary care dr for me and was told I wouldnt be able to get in until AUGUST (it was June when I called). Its truly been a mess.I received two very different responses to results of a recent test. One Dr. (whom Ive never physically seen or spoken to) sent me an email saying she suggested a prescription and was going to refer me to two other Drs for consultation while I received a phone call from another Dr. (that I had actually seen) saying I needed surgery.Dr. Bruce Perlman has been extremely helpful but I was told he is not staying at the practice he is only there short term.

I went there originally for psychiatric help anf advive and received it. Then a whole new staff of drs comes in and my doctor completely changed my treatment protocol. I was admitted Jan 3 at Laurens Hospital for chest pain and had to do a follow visit with Dr Todd Albala yesterday. The hospital sais my chest pain was stress induced angina. Dr Albala was going over my treatment in the hospital and my upcoming visit to the cardiologist. I asked him if he would be continuing my klonopin prescription and his whole attitude changed. He started treating me like a drug seaker and left the room in a hurry. Told me i needed to see a psychiatrist. They told me at the hospital I needed to be on something for panic and that was part of the cause of my cardiac issues. They were giving me klonopin in the hospital.DR Albala spent maybe 5 minutes with me and treated me like I was a lowlife.

This office has frequent turnover in physicians. I have now had 3 doctors in three years that have left this office. The reception staff is rude and unhelpful. I will be looking for another physician going forward.
