Billing is a nightmare, its not in mychart so no one at any prisma number can help even though services were preformed at a prisma hospital. Just have to wait til the bill shows up months after procedure and hope its correct

Worst billing service. They are refusing to adhere to the paid agreement set with the hospital and insurance company. Nightmare to work with!
I just received my first bill in Feb. 2016 for services completed in October of 2014. I have no issue with the service, but to receive the first bill 16 months after service is embarrassing and a sign of dysfunction in the billing offices.
