Mom was a patient of Vistas for over a year, and we could not express our gratitude enough to the care she received, especially in the pandemic time they never missed a day taking care of her. They serve with Godly examples with their patients

Healthcare: very please with our Nurse Cori and our Hospic aide Ms . EEveryone has been very supportedIt comforting to have the chaplain Richard come by and check on uswhen your love one is ill, it can be overwhelming at timeUsually I would rate 5 stars, but unfortunately the hospice aide manger/supervisors DO NOT communicate with the patients family member if hospice aide has a emergency. NOT GOOD VITAS it all about communication

On 8/29 I lost my dad after being on hospice care for about a year. I was the main caretaker for my dad so when the Dr. mentioned putting him on Hospice I/we were scared because we did not know what that entailed and thinking the end was near which is not always true. On the advice of his Dr. we decided to work with the Vitas Greenville team and will say Truly best decision my sisters and I made. As a daughter and main caretaker, making sure my dad was well taken care of was an understatement. I visited with my dad daily and there was never a visit that I felt he needed more.Watching my dads health decline was a very sad and stressful time requiring a lot of support. The Greenville Team - Tina, Vivian, and Chaplain Jarrett - never let me down. They truly touched my life as well as my dads and we will be forever grateful. Thank you Team Greenville for taking such good care of us!

My father with Alzheimer’s disease was placed on hospice in June 2018. Vitas nurses, aides, chaplains and delivery staff were kind, responsive, informative and so helpful. The care and compassion delivered by each member of the respectful staff was so appreciated. The supplies provided to my father were delivered timely and no argument of top of line products for incontinence, prescriptions delivered within a day of order! Vitas Greenville Tx location is impressive. Thank you. .

Certain nurses(not all because one was very sweet) were not sensitive with our family. My father was very bloated and uncomfortable and they didnt offer any medicine to help. After we switched to another hospice I realized how unhelpful Vitas was. The new hospice offered medicine for his bloating and were extremely kind and explained everything perfectly. They were also very sensitive. I would not recommend Vitas.
