This is a good place to work overall. The job culture encourages employees to treat each other with fairness and respect. It has been a great experience to work with so many like minded individuals who truly just want the best for their patients and patients families. There are a lot of people in this organization that get up in the morning with the intention of making the time a patient has left the best it can be. The expectation in this organization is to go above and beyond for our patients. I think this is what really makes us shine the most as a hospice.

Lutheran Hospice staff are all kind and knowledgeable individuals. The services offered focus on dignity and compassion and symptoms management at end of life. I highly recommend this hospice over any other due to the high quality of care and professionalism!!!!!!

Was hired in Greenville SC office as RN case manager. Nursing staff easy to get along with . Program director lacks communication. Never returns phone calls when you have a question. No computer training at all, spoke with nurses whom I shadowed and was told I would have to figure it out myself. Office staff great help. Wouldnt recommend this company for employment unless you already have their computer charting already.

The staff are caring and professional people. They are experts at meeting the needs of their patients and families.

Three personal friends had been patients of Lutheran Hospice in Greenville, SC (one in a facility; two at home). The care they received from the nurses, CNAs, chaplain, and other visiting health-care related persons was very professional and kind. The attitude of a faith-based hospice is especially important to me. I would definitely use Lutheran Hospice if needed, and I would definitely recommend their services.
