They are always so helpful and willing to bend over backwards for us. We are grateful for Homestead Hospice.

Was offered a job then was denied employment after they pulled my record from some online site they stated I had a charge from 2007! I mention to them that nothing is on my record I am a certified medical assistant and a certified nursing assistant also been employed by the state board and never had this problem! I think before a job is offered they should do their job first and not waste peoples time!

I will never recommend them to care for any hospice patient ever! They never showed up when they gave a time. It took an act of Congress to get medication ordered. My father died in pain. No compassion or care!

Exceptional care. Staff is professional and efficient. There is nothing they won’t do for the patient and the family. Highly recommend. I can only assume the negative comments were disgruntled employees or trolls.

Absolutely amazing people. I dont necessarily agree with how some things were handled but when I got scared when I didnt know which way to go because I was sleep deprived or just so broken hearted I wasnt sure if I was doing right or wrong they were just a phone call away or right by my side holding my hand. hand taught me so much and I dont know what I would have done without this team my husband had. I thank you all so much.

They left my mother laying in her own waste for days at a time, knowing my father couldn’t change her and that she was only getting changed once a day. I wanted to place her in a facility but the administration wouldn’t allow it because it was too much money.

If I could chose I would select NO stars. This hospice has become a complete nightmare for my family. My daddy has been sick for 13 years and just started receiving hospice care within the last six months. I cannot even count on my hands how many nurses he has been through. There is no consistency with this place. He recently found out that on top of his disease he currently has that he had stage 3 melanoma cancer. He had to revoke his hospice to have the surgery done to remove it. We were told that after the surgery we would be able to pick hospice back up. Not one single person from the Greenville Homestead Hospice has followed up and checked on my father (knowing how bad of shape he is in). Today someone was sent out to the house WITHOUT an appointment to pick up all of Homesteads materials. We had to argue with them that they COULD NOT take my fathers oxygen until he received oxygen from his new hospice. To say I am dis-satisfied with this hospice is an understatement. No blood is boiling for the way my father has been handled. Never again. I do not recommend this hospice to ANYONE.

We had the most difficult time with our 29 year old daughter not getting on the liver transplant list from MUSC. We coordinated ahead of time before leaving the hospital so when we called after getting home they were all ready for us. Robin the lead nurse talked us thru the whole process and stayed in contact with us continuously thru the first 2 days. The hospice nurse assigned to us then was phenomenal. Explaining everything that was happening to her on a very personal note. Im not sure what happened to the lady in the other review but this company bent over backwards for us in our time of need. I most highly recommend this group to anyone in this time of need.
