South Carolina Home Care has provided wonderful services for my 97-year-old mother who wants to age in place. The caregivers are professional and can address all her needs and they are kind and courteous and are the eyes on Mom I need since I live far away. I asked for a substitute daughter and thats what we are getting. They provide companionship and that encouragement for her to keep moving and stay alert. Great company and great staff.

They listened carefully and quickly assessed and adapted to the situation. The terms of our relationship with SCHC were clearly delineated and reasonable, adding to our comfort in continuing the visits. Since my brother and I live out of state, we have needed to do some coordinating via phone and email. Wendy is a great facilitator, making sure that Mary, who is the direct caregiver, is in communication with us, so that we are all on the same page. They reach out to us when they see an issue and respond quickly to us when we have a concern. We have some added issues with our mothers companion which make being in contact with caregivers doubly important. In all, Wendy and Mary have put us at ease, both in providing welcome visits that brighten our mothers day and mood and in making us feel that the lines of communication are always open.
