Great gym, a lot of different type of equipment. I’ve lost 10 pounds since I started working out here. The best thing about this gym is not too crowded for people that may be shy. It also has great trainers that will actually help you get better mentally and physically. Overall a great environment.

Pro Fitness is a great gym that has a good local feel. I’ve enjoyed bringing my son with me to workout and we have seen positive results. Roy is top notch and knows the members on a first name basis. The gym has a family feel and is inviting to all.Roy’s baseball strength and performance program is helping to elevate my son’s baseball performance to the next level. Very impressed with the amount of equipment available both in the gym and with his baseball training. Really enjoy seeing measurable data with my son’s exit velocity and speed. Also love the use of video to analyze mechanics.Highly recommend both the gym and Roy for your fitness and athletic performance needs.

Really awesome place to go to. The owners are friendly, the members are nice and nonjudgmental, everyone gets along. I love the old-school look and feel to it, and ever since Ive been coming here there has never a shortage a weights. The machines are well maintained and clean. Also an awesome selection of music 24/7.

This is a great gym that has an old school feel to it. Chelsie and Roy are great people and very accommodating. They are always expanding so it is good to know where your money is going. After switching from fitness connection to here I will never go back.

The owner is a great guy! By text message only he set up my membership on a Saturday late in the day so I would not miss my workout coming in to town as a guest even! The equipment is very well diversified and has several unique pieces. Best of all the machines are current clean and are smooth to use. I’m a competitive Bodybuilder and this gym is top of the line has everything I need. Good for beginners too it’s laid out in a user friendly manner. Nice line of cardio equipment clean bathrooms and changing rooms and quick and easy area to store bags, jackets, etc. GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT! Pro Fitness 24!

This place is great!! Spoke with Chelsie about my situation and that I wasn’t gonna be in Greenville for too long but was looking for a gym with 24/7 access. Since I was in the military she gave me a discount for three months and was so appreciative of my service. Great management and great customer service with everything you need for any kind of workout.

I’ve been training with Chelsie for about 4 months and can see so much change in my body, I am stronger then I have ever been, and my confidence has improved significantly. I enjoy working out every day for the first time in my life because of this gym. It’s a gym filled with good energy and a comfortable atmosphere.

Chelsie is an amazing trainer. I dont know how she does it all but she makes me feel like the most important client every single day! She lives what she teaches.

That I can work at my own pace can use any piece of the equipment in there at any time its safe its clean the tanning beds are safe and clean bathroom accessible and you feel very secure there

Love this gym! I worked with Chelsie for a few months and I would recommend her to anyone! Her and her husband Roy; are amazing trainers and overall just good people. Love coming to this place, Roy the owner is awesome! Friendly atmosphere! Everything is clean and kept taking care of. I use the tanning bed and its always quick hardly any wait time.

This is gym has everything you need without all the hassle of many of the large chain gyms I’ve used in the past. They accommodated me as a travel RN and I’m coming back after extending. The fellow gym goers are friendly and the staff is helpful!

I have worked out at all major gyms in Greenville, PF, champions, and Golds Gym this is by far my favorite. The gym feels more like a home than a random building. Mr. Roy takes good care of building and is friendly. This is worth the money.

It’s very clean and I can tell they’re going above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe while still getting they’re workout done. And they will work out a great deal for you and your family! This is a great place where I can go for my early morning workouts (anywhere from 4am to 530am start time). I lift weights and as a female, I honestly feel comfortable and respected by other folks that may be at the gym while using some of the bigger equipment and free weights. My hour or so weight lifting time is a big part of self-care and Im glad Ive been able to have a solid place to keep up my routine!

Personally I love the environment, everyone always seems to be so open and Roy has been the biggest help. I can’t wait to hit all the goals I want here at this gym!

The best thing about this gym is the way it is laid out, and the atmosphere. They don’t have the largest space but the equipment is laid out in way that was obviously planned to maximize their space. You can tell the owner is someone who has a lifting background. Another plus is the atmosphere. It’s not a typical commercial gym and there is more attention to detail for those looking for a more old school gym experience. Overall, a solid place to workout 5 stars.

Ive been a member for a few weeks now and it has been one of my favorite gyms. Its got all the equipment one would need and its never too crowded. The rates are pretty good and you can get even better ones depending on how long you sign on for. Also, I like how its a small run business and the owner is almost always in the gym if you have any problems or to give advice or help on certain things. Overall, its probably one of the best gyms in Greenville.

I came in this afternoon to look around and get a feel of their atmosphere. Ive got to say, from the 20-30 minutes of being there, I felt right at home. Chelsie (owner) was very nice and treated you as if she knew you for years. The gym equipment seemed like very good quality and the back room is definitely going to be my meditation area for excercise. Very excited to begin my fitness journey at their gym!

I am a Pitt community College basketball player and I came here looking for a trainer that could get me faster, stronger, and help me gain weight, and Roy is the guy to do just that! Amazing training and he know exactly what to do to help ! Great man and great program.

Pardon me but your statement is incorrect. I was a member of this gym. I was apart of your small group personal training until I moved. I gave this rating years ago and I honestly dont have any ill will towards you or your business. However, this rating was how I felt about my experience when I was there as I I was truly unsatisfied with some things that transpired while I was a member. I understand my rating doesnt look good and you may not recognize my name change as I am married now but your statement is incorrect. I was very much a member there. Thank you :)

I enjoy this gym and the owner is very personable. He reached out via phone call and text when I was first trying to sign up to give me information. The gym, equipment wise, is great. I go early in the morning and have the place to myself. Price is good, very clean. No complaints.

I wouldn’t be suggest you go to this gym for personal training.. They wouldn’t let me get out of my personal training contract when I was having daily panic attacks and couldn’t continue the 3 day a week personal training....even if you have a doctor notes saying you can’t do the training right now. (Which I told them I could provide for them) They wanted me (when I was still in college and having severe panic attacks that left me unable to move) to continue paying and not allow me to get out of the contract. (I confided in my trainer multiple times about my panic attacks and I treated them as friends. Once they got to the point where I was having panic attacks on a daily bases - I quit school, my job, everything in order to get my mental health on track and figure it out.... along with other issues going on. )Once I told them I wanted to terminate the contract because I simply COULDNT continue it because of health issues - they became aggressive - rude - and wouldn’t allow it- threatened - etc.I got my father involved and came emails after emails of threats from the gym to my dad -Threatening court and taking all our money etc.Finally they let it go.(I have all the emails still on My computer)I feel as if they would rather have your money then have your back.Also, for me personally, after months of going there I had no physical progress for going three days a week with a personal trainer.I lost 60 pounds on my own. I wouldn’t suggest paying over expensive fees for a trainer that doesn’t have your back.Side note tho: the female trainer is really sweet and did have my back . She was the one that ended the long threatening email exchange from her husband/owner to My dad.Very nice lady. Very understanding.Also for just the gym membership It was fine. Good equipment and not that many people in there at certain times.Also: as soon as I put up this honest review, the owners started contacting me. The male owner of the company began to make me feel harassed trying to get me to remove my review.

My 1st Day was today and I was just checking out the facility & I love it so far Mr. Roy nice man.. I can’t wait too see how far I can go !

I love the intimate feeling of this gym and the “beast mode” vibe it give me. They have all the equipment you need for a variety of different work out styles and I love that it’s 24 hours with passcode access. Roy and Chelsea are extremely helpful and great with communicating!!!

Pro Fitness has really allowed me to continue with my GAINZ. I highly recommend visiting this gym! The owners genuinely care for their establishment and are always willing to help with whatever fitness goals you have in mind.

Chelsie has helped me begin not only to reach my goals, but is a good motivator an encourager. The atmosphere is pleasant an friendly.

Nothing in the gym has ever been cleaned and all the equipment is unorganized and worn down. Its very cramped and probably the worst gym in Greenville.

Owner Roy was amazing I was busy when I made my first inquiry about joining and he followed up and was patient. The facility itself is small but it has everything you need. It is clean, all the machines are updated and in good working condition, and it is not overcrowded. I have a hectic schedule and the ability to workout in the middle of the night on my way home is exactly what I was looking for and very much made me join.

Been looking for a gym to go too since covid shut everything down, I joined a gym pass with my job and pf 24 didn’t have an issue with my pass like for for life did. Roy got Me signed up and I started lifting that same day. Good environment good people good place to work out whenever you have the need to.

Signing my contract was easy and simple. Roy was very personable and knowledgeable. Having the freedom to train and workout at my leisure is important to me, and I can do that using my personal code to walk in 24/7. The facility is clean and there is never a wait to use equipment like at other places I have been.Highly recommend!

Ive been working out here for 6 months. My typical routine is to warmup on cardio machines, pre-stretch in the back room, do a powerlifting workout session, post-stretch in the back room. Sometimes on weekends I use the boxing equipment.Roy takes great care of the place. Him and his wife are awesome business owners. You can tell they really care about the place. My workout times vary between morning, afternoon and evening. You see the owners there at least 14 hours of the day.If I was not moving back to Raleigh, Id choose to keep working out at Power 24 because of how well taken care of the place is. Theyve done a great job keeping the place clean, especially during a pandemic.

I have really enjoyed working out at Pro24 the past 2 years. Its always very clean and the owners are professional. If youre looking for a trainer, I 100% recommend Chelsie. Shes wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable. I have stayed out of gyms in the past because of feeling uncomfortable but Ive never felt that way here. Ive recently started a 6 month training program with Roy. Hes been very knowledgeable on both the nutritional and physical sides of helping me get myself back in shape. The gym is clean and provides a laid back atmosphere as well as plenty of machines to work out on. Im pleased so far to say the least!
